Have been having so much bad luck with my car recently so when my insurance told me Citro's was under them I decided to give them a try. Took a little while to get the initial appointment but once I was in it was quick and seamless! they were always friendly and happy to answer all of my questions over the phone and in person! A week later I noticed something was weird and brought it up to them so they told me I'm more than welcome to bring it back in to look at, and I brought it back in and they fixed the issue right away! Also went in originally for raccoon damage (they're bigger than they seam) but unfortunately had low tire pressure right before drop off and they fixed that as well! read more

After a metal projectile slammed into my car at 60 miles an hour, the front end was a mess. My car came out looking like new, paint looks great, and it looks like it did when I first purchased it. My car had some damage to the bumper that I found out months later caused a ton of internal damage to the radiator support and a lot of parts had to be replaced. The staff at Citro's was so kind and helpful! They have great customer service. They were always quick to give me updates and available to answer any questions that I had. My car had to be repaired during the coronavirus pandemic and they made sure to clean the inside of my car and even wiped down my credit card and keys before returning them to me. Doreen genuinely cared that I had damage to my 2016 vehicle and I didn't feel as though I was just another job to them. I got into a very bad accident with my truck in 2008. They fixed my truck to perfection! You couldn't even tell this truck was in an accident. I have never used another auto body since. Well... I have only needed one once after that, but needless to say if I ever need auto body work, this is my place.
