Full detail, Opti glass are my current options since we took my car back in again. I hadn't been here for the past couple of years, it was time to check in again. We recently purchased a bigger car and immediately, my husband returned to get another Opti coat pro plus and Opti glass to his new car. Our cars were back in great condition within a couple days this past week. Absolutely terrible customer service. The guy working at the counter refused to give me my change…read moreand insisted that I should leave it as a tip. If I want to leave a tip, I will. It is not okay for an employee to decide that my change is automatically their tip. I asked him THREE times, "Can I please have my change so I can go?" At that point, after being treated with such a disrespectful attitude, I had absolutely no reason to want to leave a tip. To make matters worse, there was a clear language barrier, and the employees seemed to have difficulty communicating with customers in English. I was even asked why I don't speak Spanish, which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I should not be expected to speak another language in order to receive basic customer service. The employees clearly need proper training on how to communicate with customers, handle transactions, and understand that tips are optional, not something they can demand or take without permission. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not somewhere I would recommend.

Several calls, texts and emails back and 30 hours later still no contact. Absolutely the worst customer service experienced. I would hesitate to ever use them because if there is an issue you may never get help. And I purposely waited to posted to give them a chance to contact me which has not occurred. The pricing depends on the condition of the car. I don't have any kids yet or pets so our Audi was decently clean inside. I recently got a fuel pump replaced and hoped the smell was dissipate after a cleaning. I also opted for the 3 month ceramic spray to my hand wash. While I know the prep involved with a 12 month ceramic, I was interested in seeing what is possible. Like I mentioned before, I usually have another car wash but they were full today. Time: since it's a hand wash. I know it takes a while. Since it was a nice day, I didn't mind waiting. Results: the car looks great and I'm happy to find a new place to take my car for a wash. Pricing: time is money and pricing was fair. I believe Mr. Bees will earn more trust in the community as their team takes their time to ensure each car is treated with the same care.
