Small stone hit windshield in corner. Hardly visible, but lots of tiny short cracks leading from the impact site that could crack the whole windshield. Called A1 and owner provided his cell so I could send a pic. Owner looked at pic I sent and said they would try to fix it. He was very up front that due to the type of crack it might not be successful. Got an appointment for the next morning. Technician was professional and explained very patiently what he was doing and showed me what was possible. It worked out better than expected and hopefully it will prevent the cracks from growing. Worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. The girl who answers the phone mis-quoted me prices twice and gave me an attitude when I asked why it didn't match the quote I got online.... On their website. I declined the service after I called back realizing she had set me up to receive the wrong window. I ended up calling back to set up next-day service, the same girl took my info again, put the phone down and walked away. Eventually someone else came along, picked up the phone and asked if j was being helped. He then lied to me and told me they wouldn't be able to service my car for an entire week. When asked why, what happened to the appointment I had already been offered he told me they wouldn't service me because I was "being emotional". I work in customer service as well and I know people can get worked up and aren't always kind but that does not mean you can treat the customer poorly. I tried to then speak with a manager and she told me the "regional manager would return my call," which has not yet happened. Any other glass repair I would recommend over this place, I cannot believe how rude and obnoxious the staff is and I would never go here, ever. read more

Got a super fast quote for a complete windshield replacement that was very competitive. Quote said that the price was complete, installed. I received a call the day before the scheduled installation, and they told me that i now owed $49.00 more for the adhesive as this was not included in the price... needless to say, I promptly canceled the order and looked to another shop! read more
