Fast service. Staff isnt overly enthusiastic but the girl at checkout was nice. My husband came here and was happy with his car so we came back for mine. We both purchased the Gold package. I liked that the interior wasn't overly greasy. The back seat could have used a little wiping but other than that I can't complain! The store was fully stocked with car essentials and snacks. Ok, I don't use yelp for bad reviews ever. I usually just move on, but what happened to us at our last visit here is abysmal. I drive a brand new car, I brought it here for a presidential wash and they always do actually a pretty good job. The next time I used my driver side car door handle it was completely broken. The gentleman tried to sit there and fix it which was very nice and then proceeded to tell me to bring it to the dealer and complain when clearly this place broke my car handle on top of that since I need a new handle it needed to be fixed and it's going to cost me 900 dollars. They offered nothing in return. They offered absolutely nothing no sympathy no hey can we pay for this wash. This place knows nothing about customer service. I have gone here several times. All employees have been nice and responsive to me. However, the cleaning job they do on my car is just average. Sometimes there is still dust on some areas inside the car. A bit of bird poop was still on my windshield. Rims still a bit dirty. Should have trusted the reviews but it's very hard to find a decent hand wash around here. Paid $28 for the "Platinum Wash" which is supposed to include a decent interior cleaning. I know it's not a detailing, but this is what I got in the back seat when they just flung the rubber mats back in. The truck is brand new so not like it has years of dirt build up And they didn't even vacuum or wipe oUt the rear tray. Now I have to go home and wipe everything down. Find some place else. I used to come here all the time. The service has gotten only worse over the past couple years. Recently they scratched my drivers side window and the owner was incredibly rude and refused to help remedy the situation. He even lied and said he "reviewed the footage and never saw an employee go to my window." My car was not only dirty after the wash, that ended up being over $30, but i now had a scratched window that the owner refused to assist with. I will never come back to this place again. Very disappointed at the value and service here. My spouse told me that it had gone down hill and it is clear they have. I spoke to a the team lead and though he was nice nothing was done. Additionally he informed the the starting lead is responsible for ensuring the vacuum inside is thorough. It is obvious they are rushing car and not taking care. I've come back here a couple of times hoping it would be better but continue to come away disappointed. I paid for the silver wash (about $30) which should be a solid interior and exterior clean with tire shine. Sadly, the interior was barely wiped down. Plus, the tire shine was all over the rims. The floor mats weren't removed and washed. The top of the car was splattered with dry soap. Perhaps they were understaffed. The crew is always nice, but lots of details overlooked. WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK I was selling my car - a Mercedes 350 convertible. I brought it to Quality where I've been going for years because it's convenient and got the best car wash you could get. When I got home I noticed the lever that's used to push the driver's seat up so someone could get in the back seat was ripped off. Not a cheap fix. I found the lever in the back seat. There was no way it could have fallen off. It had to be ripped off when someone tried to get into the back seat and the automatic front seat wasn't moving fast enough. I went back to the car wash and asked to talk to the owner and was told the owner has instructed the cashier not to give out his name. So I asked to talk to the manager who conveniently wasn't there. Then I asked for his phone number but that can't be given out either. So I was told to leave a note and my phone number. No one ever got back to me. Most expensive car wash I ever got! read more

Disgusting car wash... Decided to pay for the most expensive package because I wanted the interior vacuumed. I honestly wasn't expecting much, I just wanted the interior to be a little cleaner. Even with my expectations being so low, I came out disappointed. Just a sad business they have going on. Paid almost $60 for the services to get the dashboard cleaned, interior vaccuumed and get the bird stain out of my car.... I can still see dirt on my dashboard, the console area of my car still had some crumbs, the back of my car still had sand, and to top it off, there was still remnants of bird poop on the car. I've been to cheaper car wash and had better / cleaner/ shinier results than this. It's overpriced and the quality of work doesn't exceed my expectations. The guy before me had to take his car through twice because it was dirty when it came out and my car wasn't as clean as I expected it to be, especially since it was washed a week prior. I went on Saturday and to be fair it was really busy. About 14 cars in the line. The line went pretty quick but I could see why when I got home. I have a Wrangler and paid for the top wash (outside of the full detailing). The interior was done pretty nice, but the outside and trunk was completely rushed in terms of the wipe down. The jeep is covered in soapy streak marks all over the car. It's now obviously clean, but looks a mess. Very disappointing to have the wipe down rushed like that for about 30 bucks. read more

Beware of this car wash. I've been here many times but the problem is you just never know who is in charge and if they are going to do a good job that day. I paid $24.57 for the wash. As it was coming through I could see the rinse wasn't working properly and my car was full of soap. Before pulling it out one guy started wiping all the soap with a towel then pulled the car out so it can be dried. I pulled in at 11:10am, no one else in line but this car wash trip still took me over 25 minutes and after all that- They did an awful job. What a waste of my time & money. And if you ask someone a question, they look at you like your speaking another language and walk away. But that's ok, I learned my lesson. I'll never go back there again. No organizatioin, no ones in charge. I asked for a manager 3 times they ignored me. No one is managing this place. Save your money go somewhere else. There's so many other car washes in this area. This is a solid car wash. A little expensive, but you get a vacuum of the interior and mats, a good wash, and a hand dry. This isn't a detail shop and I think that's confusing to a few of the previous reviewers. First time I was there it was a little confusing. You can tell they get a ton of repeat business because they're not used to new customers. If you don't want microscopic swirls and blemishes in your paint then a hand car wash is the only way to go. Rotating brushes, over time, will leave imperfections that are visible in bright sunlight. In western Essex County there are only a couple of hand washes and this is the best of the lot. They do a decent job, both for interior and exterior, and the price reflects the extra manpower needed for a hand wash, which is fine by me. What irks me is that when I paid for express spray wax (applied after the wash, outside) they failed to do the roof of my pickup truck. Twice. Likewise, they do the driver's and passenger's inside windows and the dash/windshield, but they never spray and clean the inside back windows, which I would argue are far more important since that's often the source of glare and reflections when you're driving at night. I'm going to bring these problems to the management's attention as well. While both these problems are serious, the overall job is better than most other car washes in the area. Ideally this would be 3-1/2 stars. read more
