Possibly scratched the paint underneath my driver's side mirror, and bird crap is still there towards the front bumper. I'll post pictures My car has pretty low ground clearance. I left the car wash, because I didn't think much of it at the time until I saw the paint at home, and there was another car behind me I am a regular customer, but I'm afraid of scratching the mirror paint again now that I've seen the damage. Most people probably don't have this problem, because most people are driving SUVs/crossovers/trucks where the mirrors are much higher than the roller thing. After vacuuming it myself in my work clothes the vacuum had no suction. Avoid this hellhole. I got the $16 wash which was the most expensive one. There was a man at the exit who wipes down your car. He barely dried mine off. And i inspected my car after and it still looked dirty. Didn't meet my expectations. Okay so I gave this one more shot. Doesn't even look like I got a wash bc the bird crap is still all over my car!! My car is still dirty. Was recently contacted by the owner Mike G and he was right I was a little rough in my review - I wrote it when I was pretty annoyed... so I edited it a bit. The upgrades they've made here at Traxx have improved the wash you get and something I forgot to mention before is that I've always been happy with the guys who dry off your car once you're done. They do a really good job... However, I stand by my remarks about the last three or four times I've come here and the guys who start you off are always on the phone or texting. The owner says he's working on that with the guys so I'll believe him and hopefully the next time there it's a little different. Edited... I really hate washing my vehicles. I shouldn't, it should be in my blood since my father washed our cars EVERY weekend, but I really just don't like doing it. And since I hate washing my car so much I've been coming to this car wash for a long time-even before it changed owners and became the Green Clean Car Wash and now Traxx. Anyway, I've never had any real problems with them getting my car clean-the automated wash does a good job of getting the car clean and having a guy at the end to dry it off is nice too. Traxx is in Montville, and in my opinion the prices are a little high, but I'd have no issue with it if the guys who are there to get your car started on the line and who are are supposed to power wash any caked on dirt or bird poop on the vehicle would consistently do so. The last 3-4 times I've been there the guy has either been on his phone or was texting and I have only gotten a cursory spray of the driver's side and once I got a quick shot of the back of the car. I get it, you aren't there solving the world's economic problems, or catching bad guys, or developing the cure for cancer, but it's still a JOB and I'm paying for a service so I'm begging you...put your phone down phone and do the job you're there to do...please. I have been using Trax as my car wash for about 3 years, taking advantage of the Unlimited monthly membership program. This allowed me to wash my car as frequently as needed (Once per day). Oscar and his crew has always been welcoming and I wish I could continue to support them but will have to end the membership due to me moving far from this location. I splurged and spent the $16 for what is billed as "THE WORKS." The only price tier that offered FREE VACUUMING. (Swift business move) What I received was an exterior wash. As for "Free Vacuuming...I didn't realize that "FREE VACUUMING" meant that I was given the privilege of vacuuming my own car for $16. My advice, don't call it "The Works." Call it expensive exterior wash. Update: As you drive passed the sign, the bottom offer reads, "Exterior Wash" in a big bold heading. The price offered is clearly marked $8.. Fair enough. Here's where it gets skanky... The other price tiers listed above "EXTERIOR WASH" have Exterior wash" only in small, lower case letters. One naturally assumes that the other options include interior cleaning (not performed by the customer). And, at 5 mph the eye is deftly guided up the list from "EXTERIOR" to THE WORKS which lists "Free Vacuum" in the most easily recognized, calculated, stand-out position - lower right hand. So, I pull up to the wash, expecting the attendant to open my door, usher me out and initiate THE WORKS. But, that expectation quickly vanished. My card is swiped and I'm told to stay put. Ah, the interior vacuuming and such occurs AFTER the car wash! Silly me. After the wash, I drive out of the tunnel and I am met by one dude who wipes down my car. I roll down my window and meekly inquire of my free vacuuming. "Oh, did you get the works?", he asked. "Yes." He pointed to a vacuum cleaning machine. I pulled up. Got out of my car and noticed that it took four quarters. I walk over to him and he bypasses the coin function for me. When I left the car wash to see how well it cleaned my car, I was very disappointed. It just seems like they just washed it with water and even though the machines looked like it did their job their job in scrubbing, it didn't take off anything. Worst ever car wash! Paid $44.99 + tax for outside wash and inside cleaning. Car had patches of dirt outside when they finished. When I pointed it out, one of the cleaning person threw a rag at me and said "Do it yourself". I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the car myself. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Their name should be Trax Car and leave the wash out of it. First and last time. I paid for the works as you will see on my receipt. And my car came out like my 4 year old washed it. The guy barely touched it to wipe off the water or finish up the rest of the car that had gotten missed by the automated sponges. The pictures speak for themselves. Only one guy to wipe the car ... yes that makes total sense since he only wiped the front of the car and the mirrors.... Nobody checks what wash or service you selected. So I could have paid the works and who knows gotten the basic.... very poorly designed and I won't be back. They offer a membership... for what???? To get your car wet??? This is the worst carwash I've ever had.. I paid $16 for a wash because they were open while on my way to work. There was one guy drying after the car came out, I asked if he could please clean the inside of the windshield? He handed me the soaked nasty rag, I was stunned grabbing it from him not realizing what he was handing me. I started to wipe it on the windshield realizing it was leaving way smears because it's the rag used to wipe the cars down and it was putting wax streaks on the windshield. The windshield was the reason I got the was and is worse then when went in. To top it off when I got to work I could see the horrible wash, the car is white car so it gets drip lines from the handles etc. Opening the door I saw the door jam was still as dirty as it was when I went in and all the black drip lines all over the car... read more

You take your car to car wash hoping you will get a clean car both exterior and interior. This place is a total waste of money. Your car exterior will be more clean if you left it standing in rain. You pay extra for the interior and the person does not have the courtesy to even pull out your carpets to clean it. They vacuum from the top of the carpet and don't even bother using a clean cloth to clean up the center console and dashboard too. If you bring the details to persons attention, you are disturbing the a$$hole on phone and out comes a screaming fatso football player, who does not know how to talk asking for extra money for even removing the dirt lying in the front. Went today, won't go back again. Exterior was still dirty afterwards, and had water spots. Had to pay extra for interior service, which took forever and was extremely disappointing. Leaves, debris, dog hair remained. Center console was as dirty as when I got there. I don't think they even attempted to vacuum the trunk, I saw no difference from when I got there. Also, the guy trying to upsell the monthly package had no clue about the interior option (it's not listed on the board, you have to select it on the computer menu, once you've already selected an exterior option). I usually go to another car wash that is exceptional (5 Star Car Wash in Denville on Rt. 10) but I was passing by and needed a wash. Won't make that mistake twice! read more

I spoke with the manager, Oscar, and he was very friendly and assured me that my car would be fine in this car wash. My friend purchased a monthly membership for $32 a month. Negative stars if I could. I needed a quick wash and decided to stop in. It's not a hand wash but they charge you like it is. The guy who wiped down my car left huge streaks across the windshield. My car was still dripping wet and still had bird poo on it. When I complained they said that its because I don't wash my car often enough so I should buy their monthly package. Oh and they "forgot" to vacuum the trunk as as well. Seriously? My ten year old cousin could do a better job than these guys. 3 stars - 2 subtracted for the guy that chases you down to sign up for the monthly. Mainly because it holds up the line. This day and age we don't need pressure tactics. Maybe put up an online enrollment and get signage to explain it! Also because they only spray on side. Plus is it's only $19 for unlimited, but limited to two washes a day. Just run your car twice. If you drive past here and wonder if you should sign up for the monthly plan, just go for it. It starts at $19.99 for a monthly wash (once per day). Their hours are superior to most car washes which is great so I can stop by after work whenever. The poor reviews are a bit of an exaggeration. I was hesitant to go here but the owner is engaged on here and seems to be on top of his business. Also, several car washes seem to share similar reviews/complaints. My analysis: people of mostly nitpicking. Between there being some water drops left on their car (contrary to someones review, the towel person(s) take more than "2 seconds" to dry off your car, and are fairly detailed), a speck of dirt that the car wash didn't clean, etc. Only a hand wash will clean your car 99%+. You are paying for convenience. Also, if you cannot reasonably align your car on their track, you probably shouldn't be driving, esp since the attendant easily directs you in-- all of their employees are great. I especially like the ability to stay in your car the entire time-- uncommon, yet very convenient and efficient. PS - T&B Car Wash down rt46 sucks and are overpriced. read more

There is no quality and service. New management is worst. I paid 16 dollars for top of the line car wash available. My car was not properly washed, no interior cleaning included. The wheels were not at all dressed. even though this was included in the service. Right side of the car was not washed at all. when I complained to the attendant, the attendant was rude and said you came to this place and no one called you. We have to pay taxes and this is what you will get. I Payed for a platinum wash and my wheels look untouched. I saw other car had a same issue.
