Like that they offer the unlimited monthly through EverWash app. Sometimes they do great, sometimes not so great. They always do the mats, but you have to asked for a vacuum. Recently had to wipe some pink streaks they left on my car door. The time before that my drivers side window was covered in watermarks. It's still decent. I used to do the silver package, but now I do bronze and I don't even notice the difference. read more

Just left this place and when my car dried so many water spots which were very noticeable. what happened to this place.

We were there only two hours ago. After going through the car wash we waited for them to finish the job. They didn't. We spent twenty minutes after the fact wiping away all the dried soap they left on our car. We urge you to seek a better washing establish. You might have to leave town. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. On Saturday, after waiting in line for over an hour, I finally got my car washed. At the end of the wash, I noticed that my windshield was cracked. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he was rude, dismissive, and intellectually dishonest. He mocked me and claimed that "nothing like this ever happens here." However, after checking Yelp reviews, I saw that incidents like this do happen here--and frequently. His tone was nasty and condescending, and I felt completely disrespected and devalued as a customer. I had a membership, but after this experience, I will never return. I sincerely hope it rains all summer long so no one needs to support this business. read more

I went to get my Jeep washed on Sunday, and the plastic on the bottom of my seat was almost ripped off and is broken, which now I will have to get fixed. I chose the Gold package, their highest package (bronze, silver, gold) and they didn't vacuum my trunk. And the driver floor area still needed more vacuuming as well! How does one get the highest package and a basic task like vacuuming the floor not get done? I feel like many of us before getting a car wash clean out our car so those servicing the car wash have the space to follow through with the "washing" tasks. My trunk was completely emptied and ready to be vacuumed. Disappointing. Exterior looked great and everyone is pleasant but service could definitely be better! read more

place is advertised as 100% hand car wash. About 30% is done by hand 60% done by brushes on poles and the remaining 10% of the car doesn't get touched at all. Wheels come out just as dirty as when they went in. Has to be a better hand car wash in the area than this place. read more

The staff does a great job at thoroughly cleaning the car. I had a one month unlimited pass for their gold service. The woman inside is VERY rude and even on one of the first times I went the man upfront was not patient and rude as well. I canceled my auto renew and the woman came up to me to tell me my membership doesn't work. I said it is valid till the 15th of the month and she gave me a nasty look and then would not speak to me when I asked if my car was ready. read more

There should be a zero star rating specifically for this place! Have been coming here for years. Noticed the water was low on the rinse cycle and mentioned it to the owner. He insisted on telling me it looked fine while I kept showing him foam on top and sides of the car. All I was trying to do is let him know that it didn't rinse properly and he basically told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. We continued to argue and he basically started cursing and threatening. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY. All he had to do is show some understanding. I went here 5/1/21 and got the silver package. I wish I never went. One of the workers stole from me. This is why I hate getting out of my car at a car wash. Should I have to completely empty my car for it to cleaned?! Shameful. And to make it worse, only the driver side interior was dry wiped. I have a dog car seat in my passenger seat but just because you can't sit in the seat to clean in front of it doesn't mean it shouldn't have been cleaned. read more
