So I get there the day of my appointment at 9am. The guy doing the detailing tells me he's working on another car that just came in and maybe he can work on my car in the afternoon, but no guarantees. I tell him I made an appointment. He shrugs his shoulders. So I go and see the lady I made the appointment with inside the car wash. She looks at her paperwork and confirms my appointment, but since he's working on another car, maybe I should have gotten there earlier. I tell her that I was told to be there by 9am, which I am. She tells me I might have to wait. I tell her I have an appointment, and she says it's like at the doctor's office when they're running late, you don't get to see the doctor at your appointment time. I tell her that the guy says he's not even sure he can finish my car today... You ever see the Seinfeld where he's at the airport to p/u his rental car but is told they don't have any cars left and he says "but I have a reservation!" Same deal, they know how to write down an appointment or a reservation, but they don't know how to hold the appointment/reservation, which is the most important part! I left. I still get my car washed there, but I won't ever go back for detailing or anything else like that.

My car was long overdue for a wash especially with the snow and ice we've had so I said they have their work cut out for them. The establishment is on a corner and is a smaller building but they are 100% efficient! There were about 4 cars ahead of me and I only waited about 10 minutes if that. Pulling in to the wash area there are literally hoses and wash towels they use to deeply scrub and clean your car and you then drive through an automatic dryer to take a little of the water away and then it is hand dried (& vacuumed and cleaned interior if you want). And all of this for such a reasonable price! There was a sign saying prices will go up beginning February 12th but, I'm still coming for my weekly wash here bc they truly took care of my baby and the owner Jeff is a nice guy as well. Oh and it is a CASH ONLY place for make sure you have the dollar bills before heading in.

Wish and additional $2-3 per extra, they also offer package deals for cheaper. This is a hand car wash, and you drive it through. The first person adds soap, they scrub it in super fast. Then you drive slowly through the car shower, slowly through the dryer, then park your car where they tell you and go inside and pay. I usually get armor all on my tires, and have them soap my car mats for an up charge. Never had a bad experience here. They are pretty quick, but the line can back up. The entrance is usually 5-8 cars deep with more waiting on the street. The exit usually has about 15 cars. And they have a great production system in place to dry the cars. Give a tip if you can every $1 helps them. All in all a nice little car wash. Great place to get it done.
