Today I bring the car in and they don't wipe down the interior. I bring it to their attention and I was cursed out by the manager for complaining the last time I was in. Two weeks ago (the last time I was in) They Sent my New car through the wash with the windows down. Interior wet told oop's sorry. I'll never go there again. If I could give a 0 star review I would. 1st time they did a decent wash, but the last 2 times they spent 30 seconds. The guy on the left side for the past 2 times spends maybe 15 seconds and is on the phone. Here's my timestamp of receipt 12:48 pm, it shows am on the receipt, but they're not opened at that time. Took longer for me to take photos and write this review then they did on caring for my vehicle. They didn't dry my car fully either. I drove my car back home and parked in the garage where you can still see the dirt, bug splats and water. They have kids working there. The kid drove the customers car forward and back where he almost backed into my vehicle. He also hit my car with a heavy cable that was the pressure hose. Not worth the $15 including tax read more

Absolutely rude owner/manager! Watching the workers exclude my rubber floor mats, how could they have vacuumed the floors under them properly? I then mentioned to the worker that they were not removed and cleaned, as I was watching the car BEHIND mine get his washed. They reluctantly did it quickly, a split second vacuum afterwards and then driven into the wash. As I went to pay, I told the owner/manager that they would probably have to vacuum again because that was missed. No attitude, just informing him.. His response, "oh yes I remember you. White Tesla from the last time. Yes I remember the last time when you were getting your haircut and you complained then too" Wait, WHAT!?? Now here there are SEVERAL issues. First, his immediate defensive stance when he never tried to see what the issue was. Perhaps check to see if they did in fact vacuum!! Second, I have never taken my white Tesla to this car wash. NEVER! So I repeated numerous times I have not taken this car here previously and he continued to be adamant that I have. So apparently Tesla owners are the only people to complain at this place.. Third, and the most obvious that this douchebag was WRONG, I have a shaved head, a complete smooth bald head which I personally shave. And I have been doing it for 18 years!! I was wearing a baseball cap so he couldnt notice that HOWEVER, the fact that this guy was defending his workers laziness and incompetence is ridiculous!!! And he immediately became more rude and disrespectful as he walked away from me repeating out loud, "yes I remember you, white Tesla, blah blah blah".. You own or manage a car wash, guess what??? YOU WASH CARS!!! MORON! After I left, I had to spend more time cleaning my windows, the roof of the car, which is also glass, and vacuuming! Such a disgrace of a place! Completely lacking customer service, management ability, any sense of decency! Instead of trying to rapidly push cars through, do your jobs!! The first time I came here I was impressed but lately not so much... I usually get the grand slam so they can vacuum and wipe down the interior along with the mats. When I got home, I checked under my seat and noticed they never vacuumed there, my mats were all wet leading to the carpet being wet underneath, anddddd the back was never vacuum (both the seats and floor). I was sad :( some time after I got the grand slam again and this time was worse. Now I won't get the grand slam ever again. This was my preferred car wash but I went yesterday to get a "triple" for my minivan after a road trip for winter break and was not happy with the results. When I arrived home I noticed that they did not even touch the last row of seating. The floor had sand all over and the seat had French fries as well as other dirt on it. Took my 2020 GMC Terrain to get the outside detailed and the inside shampoo only and Jose did a amazing job. He returned the car the same way I had gotten it from the dealer when I first bought it. The other car washes started leaving swirls from the machines and the roof on the inside had marks from tires but everything was cleaned perfectly. Love these guys. It was my first time here. Decided to come since I have to wait around for my daughter... but I so regret it doing so. Spent $18 for my car to still be dirty! I chose the Grand Slam which includes outside and inside cleaning plus shine in the tires. My inside was half way cleaned there is still dust and crumbs from my babies cookies around, the windows were not cleaned all the way. I understand it is busy but that doesn't mean bad service! I've been going to this place since it opened in my town. They have always done a wonder job, but the last few car washes were so bad I had to go to another car wash get my Jeep clean right after going here! I even asked the gentlemen to please clean the front on my Jeep as it was filled with dirt. He just gave me a dirty look and walked away. This used to be my favorite car wash. In the last couple of years it went downhill. The window cleanings are the worse. Every time I get my car washed I have to clean each window and the sun roof over again. They use dirty towels to dry the car which causes streaking and cloudiness. There's spot of dirt after receiving a war and then there will be big surface areas that aren't dry which leads to water spots and makes the car wash pointless. Absolutely horrible! They use the same wash mitts on my rims and the car's paint. Then the guy dried half of my car, put the drying towel on the floor and picked it back up off the floor to finish drying the car filled with sand and dirt! WTF!? As with all hand car washes, I treat them as a ymmv scenario based on how many cars are currently queued up. I was number 4 out of 5 cars going in so I think they were still in their rush mode when they got to mine. They didn't seem to be particularly trying to wash/scrub areas where I had more dirt; mostly just tried to cover every area with soap then do a quick rinse. The bright spot was that the worker cleaning my windows afterwards really put in extra effort to clean it. I know the interior of my windshield had a lot of dirt on it and I saw him reapplying the window cleaner on it several times to make sure it came out well. He stayed on the car for a few extra minutes when all the other workers went over to the next car that had come out. All in all, I think this is about an average level experience. I will probably just try to go when volume is low. read more

I bought a new Jeep and wanted it hand washed. I got the best wash package and they left more spots then I originally went in with. When I went in to pay, there was a very young girl between 3&5 who proceeded to ask me for my money. Although she was cute it was no place for a little girl. The inside was left dirty, spots & stains were left on the outside, and they didn't even bother to vacuum the hatchback. I do not plan on going back. read more
