Got my first car wash here. Awful. Paid for the premium. My vacuumed car still had hair (see pics). When I said the doors weren't wiped they said they "don't wipe doors here." I have never heard of such a thing. Trunk completely disgusting. They didn't do it at all. Paid 22 dollars for the Ultra wash. Supposed to get the works glass, tires, vacuum. They spent maybe 30 seconds vacuuming totally missing the edges of carpet and between seats. Total rush job yet I was only customer at time. Open doors and door jambs not even touched wtf? Open hatch and wasn't even vacuumed or glass cleaned. So I came here early on a Thursday morning. Not too busy. I paid 15.75 for an ultra wash I believe. They were supposed to clean the tires too. Overall it wasn't a terrible job, a little streaky. They completely missed a spot inside on the passengers side. The horror was the tires honestly. I know my car gathers bad brake dust but for the ultra price they really could've done a better job. Staff was friendly enough. I wanted to say something and I probably should have. I feel like I could've paid the 10 bucks for a normal wash and it would've came out the same. A star shouldn't be given at all. I am completely shocked and disgusted just have no words to describe this place and how I feel with the staff. I have lived in this area about 10+ years and been coming to this car wash forever seeing the same employees work here all this time. Today March 14,2025 around 3:30pm I had a surprise that has cause a very big regret not just with myself but with the untrustworthy staff here. I am fully aware I left a white envelope sealed with my name on it in between my driver seat not thinking much of it I knew it was there but would never in a million years think that the place I came to all this time someone would take something that belongs to me. As I watched my car go through the machine to get washed and then dried I stepped outside to see it get dried with the towels. The (hispanic) employee who moved my car to the front I watched him stay in my car for about to 5-7 minutes as the other employees dried the car from the outside. I kept thinking to myself no one ever stays that long inside to clean my car but I gave him the benefit of the doubt I watched as my door kept opening and closing little by little but still didn't think much. Another employee opened my passenger door to clean but quickly shut it within seconds something I thought was odd too. As all the employees left my car the same hispanic guy was in my car and stepped outside as I got closer to the car. My thoughts went through my mind and before I drove off I noticed my driver seat was moved all the way back, an umbrella (that was on the floor) was in the side holder of the passenger, and my steering wheel something that has never been touched was completely adjusted again something they have never adjusted in all the times I came here. As I noticed all this I see that my envelope is missing I move my car back to the line to park it and think maybe it went under the seat but noticed the employee who cleaned the inside of my car disappeared for a minute or two until another car came as the rest of the workers stayed outside. As I start tearing my car apart trying to find my envelope I realize that the employee has taken it. Freaking out and extremely frustrated I go inside and tell the older guy at the register who tells me that has never happened have you checked everywhere and comes with me outside to check my car. I show him where I left the envelope and he still proceeds to tell me no one will take it that probably the "vacuum" sucked it up or I should ask the workers who dried the car. I approached the one young Hispanic guy (the one who opened the back passenger door) who seemed shocked but I noticed that the employee who had cleaned the inside of my car was taking long to clean other cars (in a way avoiding). Once done I approached him he followed me to my car I proceeded to tell him there was an envelope there sealed with my name and how all the times I come I have never seem him take so long inside a car cleaning. He starts to tell me that he hasn't seen anything and then proceeds to tell me "if the envelope has money" once he says that I told him I don't know but if it did to please give it back and I would give him something but he still proceeds to lie. I go back inside explain the frustration and what the employee just mentioned to me to the guy at the register and he tells me to knock on the door that the owner is there. When I do that I am very distraught with my emotions getting the best of me and I start crying explaining to him what had just happened the owner seemed a bit surprised but was no help in the situation did not bring the two employees I saw come forward to talk or anything the guy at the register started to laugh at some point and make jokes about what happened. I believe this has been my worst experience at this car wash with all my previous times coming and leaving certain valuables in my car that have never been touched before until today. It frustrates me of how they took advantage of me and the situation. To anyone reading this please double check your cars before leaving this place. read more

The worse car wash in the area. I moved to Nutley last year. Found this car wash near me. Got the $35 a month unlimited wash. My car is a 2022 brand new, they never clean it. When I complained the big Spanish guy said the car was "stained".... A brand new car! I told him the difference between "stain" and "dirty" since he did not know the difference. In order to cancel you have to do it in writing via mail 5 days prior to the 1st of the month. Don't bother getting the monthly, not worth it! read more

This is a decent car wash. It's not perfect.....I find missed spots on my car when I leave but the prices are very good and it's convenient. For the price they do a pretty good job vacuuming and cleaning the dashboard and inside glass. Have never had anything damaged here either. This used to be my go to budget car wash.. exterior for $5.50, full wash for about 10 bucks. Over the last 12 months they raised their prices by about 40% and the quality has decreased dramatically.. old equipment, poor attention to detail, and now you're paying almost a premium. Most definitely not the best in town. They tend to miss a window or two, the wipe down is not always thorough and these guys look like they simply don't want to be there. It is a convenient stop close to home and if you keep in mind of their specials you really can't go wrong. $7 on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays they give you a " FULL SERVICE CARWASH" which entails Windows cleaned, vaccume, machine & towel dried along with a "HOT FOAM TRIPLE WAX". SUVs , Trucks, Vans & Crossovers will cost you $0.50 more. No coupons accepted over this special. Not a bad deal for a place that normally doesn't have a line and its quick. The car wash here is decent. If you come here Tues-Thursday 7:30-6pm you can get a full service car wash for $5.50. SUV is an extra $.50. That's a pretty good deal. I had not gotten a car wash for months, prior to all the snow storms, so my car was in need of a major cleaning. They did a decent job vacuuming the interior and even vacuumed all the Cheerios/misc from the car seat. The floor mats still had dirt on them though. After the car came out of the drive through, 3 guys towel dried the exterior and also spray cleaned the dashboard and the interior parts of the door. Overall a good job for $6. Tip: in the town circular (junk mail), there are $1.50 off coupons for a full service car wash. Can't use it on the weekday special though. read more

I asked them to vacuum my car well . They didn't vacuum at all ! There were still leaves on the floor mats and hair on the seats which can be picked up with the vacuum. I lifted the mat and they didn't do under there either nor the cup holder which I cleaned out not the door handles . When I called to tell them they said come back but the lines are horrible . The outside guys said to come tomorrow and the manager said he'd only honor it only today . I did this on my lunch hour and don't have time to wait for another line and round. Even though I've been here about six times I feel like it's going downhill I'm here right now and the girl at the counter there is this like young teenage girl she is so rude I never saw her before but they also have an African American guy that checks you in in the front who has like a southern accent and played football and he is also nice so that's why I give a five star anyway the gentleman I working hard on my car right now drying it and polishing it up pretty nice I don't know why this place gets bad reviews I've never had a problem here I think the thing that sucks about this place is they won't give you cashback to give them a tip with your credit card or your debit and I don't like to leave without giving a tip I think that's lowlife and trashy When I walked inside of the little gift shop to pay I noticed that none of the candy cookie snacks were stopped like they usually are and I axed her if they're going out of business she was like now I said normally you have a lot of good stuff and now Yates kind of empty it looks like they're swinging hash well shady was something read more

Just had my SUV cleaned paid $15.00 with coupon normally $16.50 for ultra inside and out SUV car wash + $1.00 tip - place not busy at all had to tell them to clean inside rear windshield and 2 rear inside windows that don't open - also they did NOT vacuum my trunk which was empty and would have been a 1 minute job WOULD NEVER GO BACK for price paid --- too many other places that do a better job for price paid!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is my local carwash. I like it because its convenient. It's right on Washington Avenue so I can stop in on my way to/from work or any other place. I have been here both during the week and on weekends and have never really encountered a line. I am usually able to drive right up to the attendant who takes the car and drives it around into the carwash. There is a little shop inside with basic car necessity such as air freshner. In the shop is also where you pay for your car wash. You can also see your car go thru the carwash while you wait in the warmth of the shop. It is not the most detailed and thorough carwash but it gets the job done and gets your car looking clean and shiny. read more

I just got back from traveling halfway across the U.S. & my car was completely covered in road salt & grime. I opted for the high end package (#3). I completely understand that it is very cold outside & that they were taking their time drying the cars inside. The air dryer wasn't working or they had it turned off so they were hand drying it. There were 3 employees working in the drying area. When I arrived, there was only 1 car in the washing area, another being vacuumed in front of me then my car. When it got to become my car's turn to be dried, I was standing there watching them & seen that they did an extremely poor job. They did the windshield, windows & hood but that was it. The side mirrors (couldn't see out of them at all) & rest of my car was completely wet, had soap dripping & had signs of road salt still. My car is black so this made it extremely easy to visually see. I was standing there waiting for them to finish my car when one of the attendants came up to me saying that the car was done. I told him no, that it wasn't he just pointed for me to go inside & that everything was ice. I watched my soapy, dripping wet car turn to soapy ice so it's impossible that my car was already ice when they pulled it out. The cashier told me to bring the car back around or come back later for a re-wash. There were at least 8 cars behind me & it already took about 20 minutes for my car to complete the full cycle. I used to work at a car wash & detail various types of autos. This is completely unprofessional & DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL & will never go back here & will tell others not to go there either. read more

Simply put, you get what you pay for. Water marks were left all over the car. It was not dried properly, and seemed kind of wash. If you're looking for a quick wash and do not care if dust, and water marks are left on the car than this is the place for you! Staff was very friendly, just wish the wash was better. read more
