On my drive to work, I kept seeing a grand opening sign here for a $1 car wash but kept missing the opportunity until it increased to $3, so0o I finally decided to stop & wash my car on a nice sunny day. It's right next to Dairy Queen so make sure to slow down to not miss the entrance. You'll be able to first drive by their FREE vacuums which have spacious lots to hustle around your car without worrying about elbowing or scratching your neighbor's car. The vacuums looked all newly replaced, were strong & were able to reach around to the back of my car. Then I went for the Silver wash which is priced at $12, but the attendant stopped to share that they still have their ongoing grand opening promotion for a 30 days UNLIMITED LAVA WASH (their highest wash option) for $1!!! Such a great bargain & incentive to lure in customers! I had a colorful wash, short ride but fun and was met by hand dryers at the end. I had no issues or complaints & will be excited to return! Located on Route 46 West in Elmwood Park, Soaring Car Wash is my closest full-service express model car wash.  I decided on the single wash with full outside service at $25. A friendly staff would assist first-time patrons with the payment.  The attention to detail during the cleaning was outstanding. They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

I always heard to only do hand washes to minimize scratches on the car. The first time I come here not only did they do a horrible job with the outside wash. It wasn't dried properly at all so it looked like crap but they scratched the hell out my paint. I went to the manager (as seen in the picture) and after telling him my problem that their towel or drying mat scratched it so bad that it looked partly keyed I was told "prove it" then he continued to laugh in my face (as you can see in the picture). The thing about teslas is the car is recording at all times. What would've been a $60 buff is going to turn into something completely different and this business has no one to thank but the manager. I would've been okay with a simple "we apologize" and would've said just be more mindful of peoples cars and paid for the buff my self. I'd love to see how long the manager stays laughing at messing peoples cars up.

I was the only car on this afternoon when I pulled in so went for the full detail. I requested the VIP package which I felt was worth every penny! Pedro and his team really jumped in and addressed every nook and cranny! They washed the mats, vacuumed, dried the outside, wiped down the interior and windows and gave it some extra attention inside to! Pedro was even able to take care of some tree sap on the hood that we just couldn't get off. And the best part was they did it all in less than hour while continuing to address the 4-5 cars that came right after I did. Whether you need a quick wash or a full attention we've always been happy with the service at Rutherford Car Wash.
