I recently returned to sign up at this location because the one I was going to buy Sears in Hackensack was finally putting new machines in after quite a long time and now here they're putting in new machines and they have a major problem because their other location that's on Essex Street in Hackensack is jerking the customers around because they tell us to go to the one in Hackensack on Essex Street and then when you get there, they're trying to tell you that your stickers is no good anymore and they say the scanner doesn't read it and then when I go back to route 17 they scan it with their scanner and it comes right up so the location on Essex Street is full of obnoxious Spanish-speaking males who get in your face and then threaten to call the police on you but unfortunately for them, I don't care they can call the police and I sit there in their line and I delay their business for a few seconds until I pull away and talk to the manager and explain the situation to them, but it's really a shame that if it's true that they own both places then the prices should be the same, and there would be no war between the two locations read more

Have had the Silver unlimited plan for a couple years now. It's up to $23 and change a month now including tax. Haven't been getting my car washed much during the past year due to COVID so they've made out! I've always gotten a good wash and a decent hand drying at the end, so no complaints from me! Free vacuums too so hard to beat! Seen a few car washed for $7.00 and no free vacuums. Don't know about the quality of the wash, but if you're on a budget shop around. Stay away from this place. Was running late for work, but decided to get a quick wash from all the pollen. Pulled into this place cause it was on my way. Couldn't pull up to machine to pay cause either a worker or owner was standing there hawking memberships. I politely declined, because I was in a rush, and because I do not live anywhere near it, and I already have a membership at a wash near my house. This baboon kept talking over me, and going on and on. The other worker behind him was looking so apologetic. Every time I said NO, he just kept talking over me. After a good amount of my wasted time I started getting angry. He finally took my credit card and said please don't come back. Sweetest words I've ever heard. Did he really think I'd come back after being harassed for a simple automatic overpriced car wash, which ended up being sub-par. He should focus on doing the wash right instead of harassing customers. Unfortunately his insistence and annoying bullying behavior will not help this business. read more

I first decided to give this wash a try because I was offered a free exterior wash on instagram and it was decent. The coupon was easy to redeem and there was so pushy sales person. They offer free self vacuum before your wash and it's it works really well. There's a couple of stations so not much of a wait. You can opt to have full service and someone will help you do an interior cleaning after your wash. The basic exterior was was ok but it leaves a lot of be desired. It doesn't remove hard dirt stains that really require some effort to remove. The drying process is very lax and there was still a ton of water left behind. It's not the best or most comprehensive wash but it's decent in a pinch. It's a good in between wash, especially during the winter season to remove all that salt. I recently signed up for a discounted basic exterior monthly membership and it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and you can be in and out and 5 minutes. read more

Let me start off by saying I've always gone there and have purchased a regular wash which does the job. I have to admit their equipment is good and up to date. Now, I purchased the $60 bucks wash a couple of times and every time it's been awful but today was the worse and last time I will even go to this place. You would figure after a $60 dollar was the job would be done correctly. I come to Magic Auto Touch pretty regularly. I typically like to wash the car at home but during the winter months that's just not an option. The unlimited monthly pass is pretty good at $20/month. They do a pretty good job of washing and drying your car. I'm sure there are cheaper monthly car wash passes to be had, but from my experience Magic Touch cleans better. Plus they have free vacuums because it's important to have a clean interior too. They also give you dash wipes whenever you get a wash which is pretty convenient. I have no complaints. Bonus points for being able to stay in your car when it goes through the wash. I loved staying in the car as a kid and I think I love it even more as an adult. read more

Best car wash in the area. I mean, it's not as good as if you spent a few hours on a Saturday afternoon detailing your car, but it's great for 5 minutes of staring and less than $20. You can even spray the soap off your car as you watch it get dragged through the car wash! They do oil changes, as well as detailing. I may have to look into the detailing soon, I wanna see how much better a professional is than I am at detailing my car/motorcycle. read more

***Buyer beware*** Theft at the Carwash Here's my story I've been Going to the car wash / oil change for 15 years with my five vehicles. I have had manny good and bad experiences here but I kept coming back. but no more!! I purchased a special $11 for 30 days unlimited car washes sounds great who wouldn't buy it. I was told not to use the self service credit card machine for the purchase. To give my money to the attendant. Once at the attendant he would not take cash, he told me it was credit only so I willing fully turned over my credit card (which has not had a purchase in over 60 days) I thought the service was so good that I returned with my wife's car. Three days later I received a fraud text from my credit card. I immediately checked my transactions and to my surprise I had over $700 in food charges from various takeout restaurants in southern Bergen county one of which asked for the 3 digit security code on the back. I went to the management (Leo and Raul) I explained what had taken place to them. They assured me that my credit card number and 3 digit security code was not taken from their establishment. I explained to them that it was impossible to get my security code unless someone physically had my credit card in hand. And the only business that credit card was used was theirs. Leo then said to me that the General Manager was aware and it was NO BIG Deal just to let the credit company handle it. And he then said "what do you want me to do" check the cameras we don't have THIEVES working here. I told him that I would no longer patron his business. That's the short story. read more

The hand washing was excellent; however, the windshield screen exhibited noticeable scratches in different places, likely resulting from the front machine washing wipes. The side machine washing wipes left no scratches on the window screens. It is probable that I will need to replace the windshield screen due to the extent of the scratches. I called the manager as he asked me to do that and next day morning I went back and he took photos of the scratches of the windshield and the hood. The manager started to blame me for using ice scrapers on a week where there has not been any ice, in addition the scratches were in the middle of the windshield, not in the front of the driver's seat where usually someone would use an ice scraper. After taking pictures he mentioned that he is going to sent it to the company management, after that he sent me the attached email not only justifying his position putting the blame on the costumer. He wrote "Hello, We received your incident report and after review. These scratches did not come from the car wash. These scratches do not fit the pattern of any of our equipment therefore it could not have happened at the car wash. These look like scratches from trying to scrape ice off of the vehicle. Thank you, Josh Office Manager" after the incident I found other five reviews having the same problem. I brought my car there to get a wash and vacuum. Believe it or not, the only way you can get this done is with a $70 charge! I spoke to a staff member who told me I could get unlimited one month for $29 and cancel within one week of the expiration date. I took him up on this offer as it seemed reasonable. When I got to the front of the car wash they asked for my card and charged me $44 !!! I said the guy told me $29. It turns out he made a mistake and it is $44! I told him forget it, please refund my card. It was already a line for behind me so they let me go through for free after my refund. Spent $45 on a car wash. I want my money back. After the car went through the car wash we were directed to on of the bins for it to be dried Tire's cleaned. Everything wiped down. Inside vacuumed and everything inside wiped down and clean. How does a car get half a car serviced? I kid you not. The only side that was cleaned was the drivers side. Ridiculous! I am so impressed with how my truck came out! I have finally found a great car wash to frequent. I paid $23 for the Flex wash and my car came out spotless. The exterior was sparkling and the interior was immaculate. My rims have never looked that good honestly. They dry your car off first and then back it up into the Flex wash bay and vacuum and scrub your entire interior for about 15-20 mins. They have a great selection of air fresheners for your vehicle as well along with plenty of seating while you wait. This place is fast, efficient, and... sly!! My advice: if you are going there to get an oil change, just get the oil change and do not be persuaded into buying any other "extra" services they recommend. They just take advantage of females that don't know anything about cars. If you aren't sure what they are talking about, call someone who understands how a car works or do a quick Google search. I should have Googled, because I was sold an engine flush for 60 bucks, and I am 99.9 percent positive I did not need it. The receipt showed a charge of 10.00 for a reminder card and then 10.00 was subtracted for a discount. Ummmm... a reminder to change your oil does not freaking cost 10 bucks. Whoever who owns this place should be arrested. A man stands outside harassing people to join his membership program and then enrolls them anyway even when told no several times and no documentation is signed. If you use a credit card here you will be charged MONTHLY for a membership you never signed up for. They will even create a member ID for you and make it look like you enrolled. Fraudulent snakes. The wash wasn't even good on top of it so they can't even do their one job correctly. Based off these reviews this happens to everyone that comes here and everyone struggles to hear back from them. Went here this past Friday to get my car looking nice & clean for the weekend. When I pulled up to place my order for what type of wash I wanted, there was an employee there waiting to help with the process, which I thought was nice because it made everything that much easier. This car wash is a drive through one (bringing me back to the 90's yet again) & afterwards there are a ton of employees ready to continue to clean & dry your car depending on what package you ordered. On this day, I ordered a "Gold Package" which includes a deep clean, wax, & the inside of the car cleaned. This package ran me $30 (before tip) so I thought my car was going to be looking brand new once it was done. After leaving & further inspecting my car, the inside was very clean & the outside had a nice shine to it (what's saving it from being a 1) but there were still A LOT of dirt marks all around the car that were not cleaned off. Not really sure how all these spots were missed, especially since I paid a good price for it to be cleaned well. Very flawed if you ask me, more than likely I won't be returning here for another car wash. read more

I waited over an hour on Halloween Day to see haunted car wash. We finally got front of the entrance, they said they are close. There was a long line after me(maybe another 20cars). Instead of someone came out the line and turn down the cars wouldn't make it, they let all the people wait whole time and turned down each car. Swipe my credit card and told me if I want to cancel the membership just do it before the one month auto renewal. I did exactly that, went online a few days before my auto renewal date and did the cancellation. And thought that I had taken care of it, until I notice recently that I had been charge by them every month for the last five months. My credit card company is working on the dispute for me.
