Went for a post winter car wash on Friday noon. No line, service was quick. The car was cleaned well, inside and outside. Dust was removed from the dashboard. Floor mats were washed. Tire rims were power washed and got the shine at the end too. The waiting is clean, full of car accessories. Was happy to get my car cleaned from here. read more

Great car wash, a bit hard to find however once there met all of my requirements. Easy to get into the car wash with the check in process being easy, out of car then inside to watch the car go through the wash. Had lots of options for vehicle enhancements and got to get some new fragrances for the car. The price paid fit the service. I was the only on there on a Saturday evening, so can't say how it'd be if they were busy. The only item for improvement is the windshield could have been a bit clearer as once nighttime fell you could see streaks from the oncoming headlights. The experience at Closter Carwash is always consistent. They have an engaging digital (Instagram) and physical environment (connect 4 game, massaging chairs, etc). Their prices are very reasonable and they have early bird specials Monday - Thursday. The lines move quickly even with the rush of people. I paid for the most expensive package, a "mini detail" as their menu calls it. It included everything that was needed. My baby needed a really good clean, especially on the inside. For 50 dollars, I wouldn't come here again. They did an excellent job on the interior of my vehicle, but the outside, I am very disappointed in. There was still dirt on my car. You could clearly see dirt on the passenger side door, as well as on the mirrors. I shouldn't have dirt on my car after paying 50 dollars to have it cleaned. I feel cheated. Brought my brand new jeep for a car wash. Been here many times with all my vehicles. Always loved this place. Always recommended them. Unfortunately the last time I was there the machine broken down with my car in it. They drove it out of it and said they were going to hand wash it. Someone in 1 minute my 50$ car wash I paid for was jeep was ready. When other people who were in there before me still weren't done for just regular wash. I paid for one of the best washed they had. I pulled out of parking lot and realized my back window was open. Then I noticed my rain guard ripped off and hanging. Then I realized there was thick soap all over truck. EVERYWHERE! There was a giant bird poo on roof. Never cleaned. I turned around to say something. And when I was showing them I realized my truck was completely scratched all over. Top to bottom. A little something everywhere. At first they made it seem like they were going to take care of me. I waited for an hour and my truck was in the back just burning gas. They said they were gonna hand wash it and try and fucked out the scratches. Instead they continue to wash all the other vehicles by hand and just left my truck sitting in the back. I finally said soemthing. And then that's when it got bad. Some women who just drys the cars decided to make things ugly by being very very rude and yelling at me saying that I was trying to blame them for something that was already there. Go figure someone else I know who was there had their car scratched too. Was in the wash same as mine. They were so mad they jsut left. Now I'm back in the front complaining trying to figure out how they're going to make this right and someone walks in from two days ago saying that this place broke their windshield. They agreed to pay for it so they told the guy to get an estimate he came back two days later and they said they were not paying for his estimate they thought it was too high they wouldn't negotiate at all so he ended up calling the police which I ended up also. Now me and this other gentleman both have to go to small claims court because they won't do anything at all to make it right. Nothing but a nightmare I just wanted my car washed I love this place and now I absolutely hate them and I highly recommend never coming here because they do not take care of their customers. They could of simply hand washed my car and let me come back for them to detail my car and reinstall the rain guards. Instead this "lovely lady" who was drying cars tried to thug me and this other local hard working man. I was there for 3 hours dealing with all this. So was the other gentlemen. There was no "manager" that spoke English there. So this wanna be thug who drys cars outside just ruined their name for me. And hopefully saves you the headache. read more

Yuck. My car tires were caked with black shine that sprayed all over my white car when I drove out of the lot. The team are not thorough and they leave things like all sides of seats and seat cushions full of dust, crumbs and dirt. I HAD TO VACUUM MY CAR WITH THEIR VACUUM AFTER THEY "finished". After going camping for a weekend it was well overdue! i redeemed a coupon which brought me in for a a free wash or a 16$ and change credit... i opted for the wash detailing which retails at 42$ thinking with the offer it was a no brainer... I was very happy with the results... Many car washes are expensive and not worth the money, leaving out all the little details as cupholders and compartments...if this result is consistent at that 42$ price tag it's definitely worth it.. I literally drive all the way out to this town from where I live to get my car washed here because my car always comes out looking so clean. They use better quality cleaning sprays and the guys that help dry at the end are very hard working and thorough to not miss any spots. This place is by far the best compared to other car washes in this part of NJ and I would strongly recommend coming here if you actually want your car cleaned! read more

I only do hand car washes here. And each time the detail is excellent and nothing is missed. They have a brush wash and hand wash line. Price is reasonable and they offer spray wax and hand wax services. Only critique I'd have is a lack of shade when waiting outside in the summer. An awning would be great here. read more

Horrible car wash. Many options within 5 minutes of here. Do not use this car wash. This was my second time coming here. First time here was about a month ago and got "the works". The works is when they use dirty towels on your car and randomly spray car products resulting in spots all over the car. Second visit I got the exterior only wash and the spots from my last wash are still visible. The manager on duty's name was Rudy and he was smiling in my face when I said I didn't like it. I work in customer service and know not to act like that when a customer is upset with a service. Minutes after my original review was posted another review was written glorifying the employees at this place. Funny bc that review doesn't mention how clean their car was after. Used to be good, but quality has degraded significantly. Got full service, but the interior wasn't cleaned at all. Of course cleaner said he cleaned it, so I had to get the manager, who checked and admitted it wasn't clean. Also, they threw away my plastic parking tag. That's fine - accidents can happen. You can post all about the fancy sports cars but I have 3 kids, 2 dogs and car pool often, I provided the true test: the dreaded "mommy van". :) Yesterday I requested the super clean and it was spectacular! They removed and washed my Weather Tech mats, vacuumed the whole van, cleaned the seats and dash, etc. The car looks brand new! I was so happy, I returned later that day with my husband's Highlander.
