Exterior car wash and interior detailing was affordable and of good quality! The employees are kind and accommodating. The owner is especially attentive. There were some spots in my car less thoroughly cleaned than others, but for the price I paid, there is no use in nitpicking. If you're looking to be wined and dined, don't go here. Been here a few times before over last couple years and had a good experience. Staff is friendly and the process is organized and efficient. This last visit though I had my new car and opted into the $45 VIP Wash and Wax (Exterior Detail). The cleaning of the car and hand wax was fine. Except that they didn't clean the rims of my car at all or the door jams which is a problem when your spending that amount of money then going home to need to clean what they missed. There was clearly brake dust and dirt still on my rims I had to wash off and dry at home right after getting my car hand washed. The rims of my car are grey but it was clearly visible. I was very disappointed in the neglect of the door jams and rims of my vehicle and this is enough for me to never go here again. This location writes out every detail of service separately into multiple packages, which is confusing and something I've never seen in any other hand car wash. I even tipped them $5 regretfully before inspecting. I recommend HoHokus Hand Car Wash or Andys Hand Car Wash in Cresskill for a better job and better price point. read more

Went there a couple of weeks ago upon the recommendation of someone I know, because I'd grown disappointed with the place I've been using for the past several years. I was hoping for a better experience here, but unfortunately didn't find it. Cleaning job was meh; trunk wasn't even vacuumed (that, apparently, is an additional service item), while the price was higher than my previous regular place; floor mats were still dirty; and the emblem on the front of my hood was left askew from their wiping down the area. They just didn't seem to care very much. I knew as I was driving away that it would be my first and only time there. read more

Best hand car wash in the area. They never rush the washes and are very thorough each and every wash. Car looks great after every wash. Only downside to this is that the lines on weekends are ridiculously slow moving, sometimes taking over 20-30 mins+ to get a wash. If you can avoid the crowds, this is the place to go. read more

I've been washing both of my cars here for a while, and must say overall the place is OK, but you should really keep an eye on the guys working and make sure they do the job well. Today left my car and went for a walk, and when picked up, found the interior was barely touched (although I paid for it), and had to ask the guy to clean it more thoroughly. When got home, found dirty patches inside the car and outside (such as around the trunk area), and spent 10 minutes finishing off their work. The floor matts were left completely wet, and didn't look so clean once dried up. read more

Worst car wash I've ever been to, I had to rewash and wipe half the car again. They missed the whole front and left wipe marks on the side. With those big white wash mitts you'd think they could remove all the dirt. read more

Went to get my car washed on the outside and inside, paid $19. Had some dog hair on the seats of my car so I figured this would get rid of it. When I got back in my car after they finished it looked exactly the same. Truly was amazed how they can give someone their car back looking exactly the same with dog hair everywhere as if they didn't even vacuum. Waste of money and won't be going back. Came home and used a handheld vacuum to vacuum up the dog hair and it came right off. Clearly this place sucks. read more

I have been going here for years. The employees must be paid well because they are the same ones who have been there from the start. They do a great job. One time I mentioned in passing to the owner that this would be my last car wash for the car because I was turning it in on lease end. Without my asking, he then directed an employee to buff out some scratches and paint transfers to make the car extra clean. They did not charge for this, but of course I tipped him. I'm sure he saved me some lease turn in wear and tear penalties. read more
