They took their time "vacuuming" but by the time I got into my car it's like nothing changed. I will give them credit for being kind from the first gentleman who took my order, to the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen that wiped down my car. They cleaned my floor mats but my seats never got touched! I paid for my seats to be vacuumed. Dogs = dog hair and that's what I needed removed. Wasn't a lot but enough to know it should all been taken care of. Don't waste your money here.

January 2026 - now Luna 100% Hand Wash…read more This has been changed to a 100% Hand Wash car wash called Luna. Prices for exterior only start at $17 for a car, $19 for SUV, $21 for oversized. You pull in and they wash your car 100% by hand - no spinning foam bristles to wreck your finish or knock your mirrors off - just a few hard working guys with spray guns, hoses, and micro fiber wash pads who wash your car inside the building. When you pull out, a few guys wipe down the exterior with cloths. I went at 9A on an 8 degree January Friday, and these guys did a great job, especially given the frigid conditions. Do they do as good a job as when I hand wash my car? Not quite - the rims of my car aren't fully clean, but I'm pretty meticulous about cleaning my rims when I do them myself and they're no more dirty than when I go through any other car wash; however, they are a heckuva lot faster at washing a car than I am and they're open even in frigid winter, which is exactly when I need the salt and snow grime washed off my car, and exactly when I can't wash the car myself. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a clean car, wants a 100% hand wash, and who doesn't want to risk mechanical automated machines possibly messing with their car. Make sure you tip, especially if it's in the dead of winter!

As I approached, I asked the head attendant if I should remove my bumper protector prior to the wash and he said "I've seen so many of these go through without a problem. Leave it on it doesn't matter it will be fine." So I shrugged and figured he's the expert. I was so very wrong to put my trust in his judgment and experience because I now have several hundred dollars worth of damages to my car from where their automatic washing machine broke the mount from my bumper protector which caused the hook to create a huge, thick gash in my once-pristine baby. So I called the owner. This is how it went... (my work phone records all calls automatically) Me: hello, I'm calling because your machine damaged my car. I believe the attendant may have called you already but I was hoping you could give me an eta on when you might get here? Him: he did call me. He told you to wait. Are you waiting there like a good boy? Are you? Good. Bye. Whatever I shrugged off the attitude (I mean I am a psych nurse, I've heard worse). He arrives later, says he'll give me my money back for the wash but nothing else. I say okay fine give me my money back, that's a start. Then. He. Walks. Away. He refused to live up to even refunding me a 19$ car wash fee. Refused to do an incident report. PHYSICALLY THREATENED ME without any provocation on my end - again I work in psych and I know how not to escalate situations. I had to call the police; thank you Suffern PD for arriving so quickly. (I had everything recorded on my dash cam thankfully). I had them file a report so there would be some paper trail for my small claims court lawsuit. In short, avoid this scam of a business if you value your property and physical safety.
