They took their time "vacuuming" but by the time I got into my car it's like nothing changed. I will give them credit for being kind from the first gentleman who took my order, to the lady at the front desk and the gentlemen that wiped down my car. They cleaned my floor mats but my seats never got touched! I paid for my seats to be vacuumed. Dogs = dog hair and that's what I needed removed. Wasn't a lot but enough to know it should all been taken care of. Don't waste your money here.

January 2026 - now Luna 100% Hand Wash…read more This has been changed to a 100% Hand Wash car wash called Luna. Prices for exterior only start at $17 for a car, $19 for SUV, $21 for oversized. You pull in and they wash your car 100% by hand - no spinning foam bristles to wreck your finish or knock your mirrors off - just a few hard working guys with spray guns, hoses, and micro fiber wash pads who wash your car inside the building. When you pull out, a few guys wipe down the exterior with cloths. I went at 9A on an 8 degree January Friday, and these guys did a great job, especially given the frigid conditions. Do they do as good a job as when I hand wash my car? Not quite - the rims of my car aren't fully clean, but I'm pretty meticulous about cleaning my rims when I do them myself and they're no more dirty than when I go through any other car wash; however, they are a heckuva lot faster at washing a car than I am and they're open even in frigid winter, which is exactly when I need the salt and snow grime washed off my car, and exactly when I can't wash the car myself. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a clean car, wants a 100% hand wash, and who doesn't want to risk mechanical automated machines possibly messing with their car. Make sure you tip, especially if it's in the dead of winter!

PHYSICALLY THREATENED ME without any provocation on my end - again I work in psych and I know how not to escalate situations. I had to call the police; thank you Suffern PD for arriving so quickly. (I had everything recorded on my dash cam thankfully). I had them file a report so there would be some paper trail for my small claims court lawsuit. I explained it was a brand new car and although did want a regular detail which included wash, vacuum, shampoo carport dash doors shine inside wax and tires. I didn't need the extensive detailed. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it and give me a price. I went in yesterday morning and got they looked at it and said they could do it and would give me a good price. The pricing is a bit high, but I did not mind as it was way more convenient than dropping my car off and it being at the shop all day or waiting an hour somewhere else. A great perk is you have a free car wash from your oil change to use within one week after your service. They are a fully automated wash which tends to miss spots but if you're looking for a quick clean it is not bad at all.
