I want the Owners and the locals to see and read this message ! This morning my wife took our new Infiniti to be washed at Urban auto spa in Ramsey. I had forgotten my men's Tiffany time piece in the passengers side door ! As she got into the vehicle the Timepiece was front and center !! Thank you for the Honesty and Integrity !! urban auto spa scratched the inside of my front window in 3 places, one of which is right in the middle of my line of site. They refused to acknowledge what they had done. Abe the manager tried to refute the damage by claiming if they had scratched the window there would have been more and longer scratches and the entire inside of the window would be scratched. They refused to work with me. That is the Urban Auto Spa treatment. Awful. read more

Worst place ever. Had truck derailed and the soaked the electronics. Had to have usb replaced for over $400.00. No call back, no response, no nothing. Next step is my lawyer will be reaching out. Such bad business practice. read more

Terrible service. Do not get oil change. Cake in for oil change, left with engine light on.

BEWARE!!!! . this place has gone down drastically. From management all the way to service. It's shitty to say the least. The value is not worth it at all. You will spend more time having to pay someone else to fix or clean your vehicle the right way. The manager, the large Latin man you see is unprofessional. I would suggest BeverLy Hill Auto Spa in Mahwah. It's only six men in the garage. They clean your car without having to pay all these additional fees only to not have it done, right. They are courteous, kind, professional unlike URBAN AUTO SPA. They suck read more

I paid for the highest package for a car wash and asked the attendant if that cleans the inside and he said yes. When my car was done, only the carpets were clean and the rest of the car was still dusty. My car is super small (Mazda 3; hatchback) so the fact they couldn't clean it good was very disappointing. This was definitely not worth the $37 I spent on this car wash. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I have been a customer for over 4 years and the last two times I have brought my brand new car to get washed it has been damaged both times. I pointed out the initial damage the last time was in and asked the guys to be careful, and then it came out damaged again. Abraham acknowledged the damage, took down my information and said the Location Manager would call me to rectify the situation. After multiple unanswered calls, both the Location Manager Jason and his Manager Brett blamed me for the damage and were willing to lose a longtime customer over something that would cost maybe $150 to fix. I have spent thousands with this car wash over the years and will not come back or recommend to anyone. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used this place since they opened and watched the service deteriorate over the past 3-4 years. Today will be the last time I go there. I paid for a gold wash. When I walked over to my car the entire rocker panel around my vehicle was filthy. The back wasn't vacuumed, the seats were barely wiped down. It looked like a hose with water was sprayed on my car. I went to say something and there was no one (that spoke English) other than the young girl behind the register that could help me. I understand it was hot today but it was not busy read more

Only full service wash in area. Not inexpensive. Wash didn't remove bird droppings. I know they are difficult, but never brought to my attention. Dried car with droppings still there. Senior with older car not worth it to the business. read more

They just do a great job all around! Especially the rims! When you pay for the extras they really get in there and really clean everything

I left they did the job. They have various car wash options with different price ranges. Not sure if it's the option I got but I didn't love the job. The outside was clean and they did a good job, the inside was okay, I ended up coming home and using detail wipes to make it perfect. Not a bad spot but I'm sure there's better. If you want a quick wash and to get your mats done it will do the job. read more

car barely cleaned on outside and garbage left inside... total waste of $25 never going again

This place 100% scams you for what you think your buying. I have been here twice. Went a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I should have trusted my gut. Don't bother getting the platinum. It is a waste of money. This time coming they try to tell me that I only paid to get my car washed and two of my mats power washed. Don't bother wasting your money here read more

We have been going to a Urban Auto Spa in Franklin Lakes for a long time. They take very good care of our cars, we expect a similar standard from the Ramsey branch however we were left disappointed. The car was not clean properly, the staff had to be reminded over and over to spot clean in very many different areas of the car. It was just not a satisfactory experience overall, along with that they were just jam packing in cars back to back which created even more of a rush to be done with your car. They need to do it better to survive in this area! read more

Urban Auto Spa - Terrible exterior wash for a $39 platinum wash - Car Wash Near Me - Ramsey, New Jersey

The outside of my car looked great as soon as I sat inside I noticed how half way everything was done. I payed $31.95 for their platinum wash which I would expect to be exceptional being that you're paying the most from the choices they have. Couldn't even place my mats where they belong just threw them on my backseat. read more

Horrible experience. I paid for the gold package which cleans inside and outside with some extra stuff. They didn't clean the inside at all and when I asked them about the crumbs they told me I have to pay for the platinum package that includes mats. Makes no sense since dashboard and interior cleaning is included in the gold package. Safe to say I won't go back here. If I can give it 0 stars I would but I guess the 1 star minimum is for the hardworking people outside in the cold. read more

No stars really, but I had to put one. When i go to a car wash i like when they wash the whole car and not just half of it. Urban Auto Spa - Pretty sure that is still filthy - Car Wash Near Me - Ramsey, New Jersey

I've always wanted to come here because they are always super busy and I felt like that was a good sign. Alas, I could have gotten this wash anywhere. I paid for their best wash ($31) and as you can see from my photos, they didn't care to get the dirt under the roof rack. It seriously would have taken a few seconds to wipe it off. I understand I wasn't paying for a $200 detail, but these kinds of spots are unacceptable for me. They did an excellent job on the interior, but I had just cleaned that anyway. I just don't understand how they could leave such visible dirt splotches on my car. I want to go take my tip back. Oh well, we have car washes coming out of the wazoo here so I'll just not come here again. read more

Today, New Year's Day I tried out this spot. I had a coupon for $3 off from a handout and since it was a warmer winter day I thought why not. Time to get rid of some of that salt. Bought a package which included a cleaning of the interior in addition to the exterior ($18). They were detailed, fast and efficient. I was really pleased by the wash. Sometimes depending on where I go they neglect the trunk even after my request to vacuum but here they did it without me having to question anything. Was very pleased. If I'm on this side of 17 again I will have no hesitations on popping in for a wash. If you go get the bronze because you get the same poor job no matter what. If the owners where out there I think they would be appalled at the job they are doing. I went in the morning not busy but still got the same poor job. There are alot of bad reviews for a reason. Do it yourself instead of funding their great lifestyle for a horrible job. read more

Just got my "car washed" today. I guess prices are comparable to this area and extremely quick when you want to get in and out. Brought my couple of months old car which didn't have a lot of dirt to clean inside and out- pretty much the same way it went in it came out. When I said something about the center consul still having some dust on it I literally heard the guy blowing on my center consul- seriously you're blowing on my car!? Now I feel like I need to re-sanitize my entire car. Unfortunately this is my second time coming here and the first time they forgot to vacuum my trunk and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by trying again and I will never come back. It really wasn't a lot to clean this time around but now I feel like I spent $25 I need to clean it when I get home. Waste of money and time read more

I was very disappointed to see customers inside the building not wearing masks. I was even more disappointed when I notified the manager and his response was that the owner was aware but that some customers refuse to wear masks. I have been here twice now, the first time was ok and the second time just now was very poor. There are splotches on the door on the driver side, the backseats weren't even touched and I don't even think they back in the backseat. When I expressed my concerns they did a half assed attempt to wipe one of the back of the seats and told me that's what I did was not included. But I did pay for something that included vacuuming which I don't think it was done at all in the back. Will not return, don't recommend just do it yourself it's easier and you'll save 20 bucks. read more

Brought my car in for oil change and full service car wash (the one they offer with the coupon) ...I wasn't expecting the car to be spotless but it was a joke with the "vacuum " job in the back...I know I had some hay in the back , but they didn't even attempt to clean it...it was free - so I guess you really do get what you pay for!!! read more

Urban Auto Spa - This is AFTER a full service wash ....not even an attempt to vacuum this ....disappointing - Car Wash Near Me - Ramsey, New Jersey

TERRIBLE car wash. Bought the most expensive car wash that included a 'super' vacuum and cleaning of interior. The whole $32 wash took five min, so I knew there was no way they did a good job. I specifically asked for them to clean the interior well, and it was AWFUL. Spots everywhere, and they clearly didn't touch the seats. So bad that I just went home and cleaned it myself. These people shouldn't be in business. read more

My mom and I got a car wash here today and paid for the gold wash. Not one thing was different except the exterior. Dust and leaves were still on the inside and it didn't even look like they touched the inside. Not to mention my boyfriend got his oil changed here last week and on his way to work the oil completely leaked out and upon review FOUND OUT THEY COMPLETELY DID THE OIL CHANGE WRONG. When we told them and brought back the receipt they said "not us" and didn't even offer his money back. Now he has no car at all. Would not recommend in the slightest - highly disappointed as we've been coming here for years. Go somewhere else!! read more

I went to Urban Auto yesterday since it's close to home, but I'm pretty dissatisfied. The wheel rims, seats, and interior along the back windshield were still pretty dirty despite paying for the silver package. They also overlooked a couple shoe prints along the pocket of the driver's door. Mats aren't washed, just vacuumed. The entire thing felt incredibly rushed and wasn't worth the price. read more

Used to be great but has gone down the drain. Full price for partial cleaning and horrible attitude from main attendant when you drop off your car and the manager who doesn't care when you raise issues to him. read more

Do not go here if you expect full service. You'll pay $35 for an exterior wash and a few window spray down. I've tried multiple times, better off at APC in Waldwick. 10 times better service for only a few more dollars. I think I'll now take my oil changes elsewhere as they don't seem to care. Only reason I'll give it two stars, you're in and out of there fast. But for the price, I don't think that's what you want. read more

I've been coming here to have my car washed for about 10 years now, it'll always be my go-to, but I'll warm you, it REALLY matters what time of the day you go. I've made this mistake a few times, and it's not always an exact science, but I've had more hits than misses. They've serviced a couple of my vehicles as I've had leases on small and larger SUVs. My small car, was an x1 and they did a fairly consistent job cleaning it. I have since upgraded to a Lincoln and I've noticed a slack jobs more than good ones. Even scratched the interior straight away after it's very first wash. So if you have a large car and come during peek hours, you're going to get a half assed vacuum and wipe down. I typically go either right when they open, or just before they close when there is only a few cars in front of me. They are not rushed, they do a great job vacuuming, and the service is pleasant. Any other time, and you'll get a rushed job. read more

No stars but i had to leave one to start this review. I bought my Wife a Groupon gift certificate of washes here. The washes are terrible. The attention to any interior details is completely lacking. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

If you're expecting an A-1 top notch car wash this is NOT the place. They do an ok job on the outside, minus the wheel/rim cleaning which they totally don't get. Vacuuming the inside is a waste...we all can do a better job. The management doesn't know how to deal with customers when an issue comes up that is not satisfactory. For a basic car wash, which at best is all they do, you can go elsewhere for less $ I would NOT recommend going to Urban Auto Spa Ramsey, NJ. Their " I don't care attitude" shines more than the car does after the wash. Go to a place where they will appreciate your patronage. read more

Urban Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Ramsey, New Jersey

Let me start by saying I have never posted a bad review about any business, but I am so upset at how poorly I have been treated that I want to make sure others are warned. I've been going to Urban Auto Spa in Ramsey for years, my husband too, we have taken several cars there and have always been pleased with the service. However, in January of this year a car wash attendant accidentally closed my 3rd row seat with a sharp ice scraper on the seat cushion. Unfortunately the ice scraper cut a hole several inches long into the leather seat cover. I understand accidents happen. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism in how this is being handled. The manager has been mostly pleasant, but is denying any fault, saying it's the owner's decision. I have called both locations asking to speak to the owner and every staff person is trained to say they are not allowed to tell me the owner's name and they take a message. But no one ever calls me back. It seems shifty and dishonest to me. This is a fairly new car, I take good care of my cars and I am just shocked at this lack of customer service. Urban Auto Spa must be insured for repairs like this. It's probably going to cost them more to lose me and my husband's business than it would have to just pay to fix my seat. read more
