Might as well take a hose and lightly spray your car, that's what mine looked like after paying a ridiculous price for a "thorough cleaning." These people are scammers. Side note -- don't park your car in their "private" parking lot for 15 minutes, because the owner has the towing company on speed dial and they really enjoy to ruin your day!!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The service is not friendly. I had a reward come up after 2 washes and i showed the cashier, older blonde woman and she said "oh the wording changed. That's for next time." I checked the screen next time and she blatantly lied. They lost a regular customer just to lie and save a few bucks. The workers are also not trained properly. The work is patchy and for Ultimate wash they don't do everything listed. Avoid and go to other places nearby for better price and better service. I moved here from Brooklyn about three years ago.I had a very good car wash there.I was concerned that I could not find another good car wash.Boy,was I wrong.This is not very good,it is excellent.I have been going here ever since. Never a complaint.Always does a superb job.I never have to ask the workers to do anything.They always know what to do. Strongly recommend this place, amazing service, trustworthy and did an amazing job cleaning the car. What I found impressive is the way the employees gathered all the loose change and placed it in the cup holder instead of sucking it all up with the vacuum. It gets better, while getting some coins from the cup holder I noticed that they have found my gold ring that I have lost and completely forgotten about a while back, and they also placed that in the cup holder witch was very honest of them. I was BLOWN away. I never detailed my car before and only did sporadic car washes. My car is about 6 years old and was honestly pretty gross. My seats are light beige and cloth like material so it picked up lots of dark stains and spots. I didn't even expect them to remove it but not only did they end up removing all the stains, it looks brand spanking new inside! The other great part was the price! I called around before picking this location. I'd definitely say you get the best bang for your buck here. Don't forget to tip! It is for sure a group effort. read more

Everyone was nice and the service was prompt but for $33 dollars I expected a spotless car. I didnt expect having to further clean the car when I got home. The seats looked like they hadn't been wiped down even though I mentioned that was why I was getting the car cleaned as well as sand in my trunk. I ended up taking 20 mins cleaning both the seats and vacuuming the sand out the trunk. I have no problem paying a higher price but I would expect to get a spotless clean on a month old car that's not used but brand new off the lot. read more

You are better off hosing your car down in your driveway then coming here and spending $15+ on a car wash. I went to get a car wash and I found this place while I was driving around so I thought hey why not give it a shot. After my car wash was done I thought it looked great then I stepped in my car and it looked worse then it came in. I spilled a little coffee in the cup holder that's the main reason I wanted to clean it and the coffee spill was still there. To add on all this I asked for them to clean my rubber mats and he cleaned only one out of three....... Overall this is the first and last time I come here and waste my money. read more

My car is never thoroughly washed when I come here and the prices are not that great for the quality of their work. I only come here out of convenience and unfortunately the car wash I normally go to, A-1, is temporarily closed due to the fire that occurred in Edgewater a couple of months ago. I brought over a black 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo that had been under a tree with a window open for 6 months, there was sap everywhere, scratches on every panel, and the clear coat was fuzzy in a few places. I had very low expectations. After they spent a few hours detailing the car, I could not believe the transformation. Not only was the paint lustrous, the clear coat was clear again. Many of the scratches had been removed. Water had previously accumulated and started to build mold on the leather door panels, but everything looked brand new again. The odors were gone. This was nothing short of a miracle, I have recommended several people to this facility and everyone has been happy. read more

I have been coming to this car wash since I was in freaking diapers. I'm 19 now and I drive my own car and drive 25 minutes each way just to get my car washed here. Owners are very on the ball and treat their customers like family. They do such a good job cleaning my car that I get depressed because I can see my ugly-ass face in the reflection so clearly. 10/5 stars; would recommend. read more

Its a good car wash, reasonable prices and quality service. When something does happen they fix it - like when you find out they only put tire shine on three wheels, or forget to put your mats back in or even mislaid your car key. About one in ten times there is a problem, rest of the times things are perfect. Never had a detail, but I am sure they do a great job as the cop cars come out of there looking good - hardly any blood on the back seat :) read more

Let me start by saying I have a white car that had stubborn bird poop for weeks! I was very please on how hard the workers worked to get the poop off! I was sitting in the wash part for about 10 mins that's how stubborn the bird poop was to get off. Not a single bird was left. I was like " wow what hard workers and good Service they are ! And for the Price of 17 + tax can't beat that. Great hard workers !!!! Left my car brand new !! Please tip them. That work hard. read more

I'm surprised nobody has written a review for this family run business. FYI-I think the Cliffside Park yelp listing is a fluke. My husband and I have been going here to wash or detail our cars for maybe 3 yrs now. $12 for a quick (15min?) basic hand wash and dry (they vacuum the inside too!), not a bad deal and they always do a great job. Of course, I always try to go during off hours, that way they'll give more individual attention to your car. We brought our cars here after Hurricane Sandy and they did a great job lifting off the upholstery/ carpet and sucking up the trapped water underneath. I have a Toyota, but I see lots of luxury cars here too... Don't want them to get too crowded, but like to give a good business a good review. read more

I got the basic service plus the armoral on the tires for just under $12 so I guess you can't ask for too much but it literally took them seconds to wash my car AND dry it...I suggest grabbing a towel and drying the car your self because the amount of water streaks left over is ridiculous. read more

I've been to a few carwash places in this area. I think this by far the worse. There's not a whole lot of foam with their soap which in turn doesn't remove dirt on my car leaving smudges when wiping down. My floor Liners weren't even removed to be sprayed, they just vacuumed it. Everything was rushed, and they weren't even that busy. Never coming back. read more
