It looked like they just threw some water on it and quickly wiped the interior with no real supplies. I asked for a manager but everyone was acting like they don't understand me or spoke English, and the staff seemed rushed and dismissive. Out of frustration, I left before things escalated -- but I'm beyond disappointed. Now I have to go somewhere else just to get a proper wash. Never again.

Tony doesn't believe in advertising for some stupid reason which I think I have to agree with. If he did any kind of advertising he would be super busy and there would be a huge line. I'm really really particular about who cleans my cars. It's almost to the point of obsession. I was super impressed by the job they did and by Tony's knowledge. Have gone to this location multiple times and my car never seems to get cleaned and dried enough. Express wash is great, but you get exactly what "express" means. Poor quality wash. Either your car is not dry and water spots everywhere after the wash or it doesn't fully wash the car front to back. See pictures for example showing front is cleaned, but the back is left with dirt. There has to be a better way to fix these issues so customers get what they actually pay for.
