The result was exactly what we hoped for - the urine smell is gone, and the car looks like new inside and out. Pulled up to the rear of the building; the surrounding area/lot was clean and well-kept. They had big signage with the price packages. The crew was friendly, I told him which package I wanted and he quickly gave me my slip (to pay the cashier in the lobby which is towards the front of the building) and he got started cleaning the tires and vacuuming. Their process is flawless! The interior was clean, nicely organized/set up, had signage with different package price points, and it is stocked well with various accessories. They have another section that looks to handle the full-service/high-end auto detail. They offer a 10% military discount, don't forget to ask at the register.
