I took my 10 year old Honda Pilot to get detailed for my husband as a Father's Day present. I never thought it would turn out looking this new! I dropped it off at 8am and picked it up by 3:30pm. I have a 2019 Honda Insight, purchased in Nov 2018. There were substantial stains and grime from 5 years of cleaning neglect. I had the interior detailed this morning. They pimped my hoopty. My mazda went from old and busted, to new hotness in just under $160. The interior looks NEW! Not "like new" but brand spankin'. Even under the hood my engine compartment, which had a family of feral cats living there.. leaves.. and some kind of rare insect museum cemetery.. was transformed!!! They pulled out all the minor and moderate scratches.. only the really heavy chips and cracks in the bumper remained. I tell you.. all the work was cosmetic.. but my whip feels like it drives better now.. no joke. Prestige walks the walk friends, I came from a distance based on what they did for my clients Acura. What an amazing job!!! I let my car go for so long without taking care of the inside (I would show some before photos as well but boy was it embarrassing!) I'm always in a rush so needless to say the inside of my car was not looking too hot. I also used to do catering so I had my fair share of stains and spills on the rugs and seats. To say Roney and his team did an incredible job is an understatement. I am so impressed with how my car looks!! Roney took the time to look at my car with me when I dropped it off and listened to all my concerns. You can tell him and his team really care about the customers because when I picked the car up, we did another walk through and he pointed out all the areas I had mentioned before. Everything was simply fantastic - all the stains and spills I couldn't get out myself were taken care of! One of my main concerns was a spill in the speaker grate I couldn't get out and it seriously looks brand new, like it was never there. The team at Prestige Auto clearly took their time as they also got in all the cracks and crevices of the middle dash! I took my SUV here for a 4 hour detail, interior/ and exterior. I spent $255, when I went to pick it up, there was still wax marks and spots all over the vehicle, my rearview mirrors were still dirty, carpets could've used another vacuuming. Not impressed at all, it looked like I just went and spent $25 at a regular car wash, very disappointing. read more
