Disappointed. I made a morning appointment to fix scratches on my car. I dropped my car off and showed up five hours later when I was told it would be done....my car hadn't even been started!!! I was told that everyone was currently on break and that my car would be next. I never received a phone call that my car would be delayed! Finally my car was completed. The work was pretty good and I'm glad most of the scratches came out; however, this crack was NOT there when I dropped it off & I'm not sure what they did to my hood. There's another mark from overbuffing as well. I was excited to get my car detailed, but now I'll have to take it elsewhere to fix this mess... read more

I recently brought 2 of my cars to Auto Perfection for detailing. The first car is my 85 Corvette Coupe painted in White Diamond Cadillac paint. The car was in storage for over 5 years and needed some TLC. I had them do an exterior detail and engine bay detail since the interior was all going to be replaced. They brought the paint back to a like new shine, cleaned all the windows in and out. Then polished all 4 wheels and dressed the tires. The paint looks new, the windows are spotless. The engine bay looks great, they even polished the valve covers. In addition, which was a free extra, they dressed the dash and door panels. All this for a very fair price, outstanding job and value. The next car was my 2017 GMC Denali, which I have to admit is my "work vehicle" and it was trashed. They had the truck all day (and worked thru the hurricane) The outside looks great, very nice shine, polished wheels, and crystal clear windows. The detail on the interior cleaning and dressing was over the top. They vacuumed every inch of that truck, under all the seats, all the storage compartments, door storage areas, everywhere. Then they dressed every surface. The truck looks fantastic, better than the day I got it new. I am planing on bringing them our new Audi A7 for a ceramic treatment. Took our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder here for detailing. It was much needed after years of multi-sport coaching, field dirt, diamond sand, beach sand, rogue fast food fries, dog grooming trips, etc... it was an embarrassing mess. Just bought a used vehicle from a dealership had a very bad experience with them the car looked as if it was just dropped off by the prior owner and was very dirty. I found auto perfection and had them completely detail it I couldn't be more happier this vehicle looks as if it was brand new just driven off the lot. The staff is very friendly and professional. When something accidentally breaks, it's a true testament of the character and professionalism of the individual or company with how they respond. AP broke the center console while detailing my wife's SUV. AP apologized and stepped up immediately and said they would fix it. Never once did I need to call to remind them. Auto Perfection did an AMAZING job coating my new Honda Civic with Ceramic Pro 9H, they are they only shop around that is completely certified to install it, and they did a superb job! My car left their shop looking so great that I can't believe I have never gotten a ceramic coating before. I had a bad experience at a detailer near me and recently took my car to Auto Perfection as the reviews were great. I can confirm that Dan and his team did a fantastic job on my cars. I have blue audi that had bad swirl marks on the hood and scratches. His team were able to completely transform the exterior to a showroom finish.
