I had a great experience thanks to Leo. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish--patient,…read moreattentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He explained things clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a positive attitude, but Leo absolutely delivered. I left feeling confident and satisfied because of his outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Scammers! Go elsewhere. 'Twas my first time going to this place and will be my last. An attendant…read moreasked me if I was being helped. I told him I was not. He said OK and walked away. Hmm that was strange. Another beared attendant approached my car and asked if I was being helped. I told him the same thing, I was not. He said OK give me a minute, and walked away. Hmm, strange indeed. A young lady approached my vehicle and once again I was asked if I was being helped. Again I said no I was not. She said she would help me and explained the services. I asked for their $30 top tier car wash called Reflection. She was kind and asked if I would like to join a membership and explained the membership to me. I declined and let her know that since this is my first time, I would like to try it out before I join. I did the wash, came out, and waited on the left to use their free vacuum, towels, cleaners, etc. While drying off my car, the beared person came to me and asked if I joined the membership. I said no I did not today. He then asked me to leave because members were waiting. I kindly left and will not be going back at all. $30 is all Speeders will ever get out of my pocket. What a scam! It is advertised everywhere to use their free services, but when you go to use them, you can't because members are waiting. Car washes are a dime a dozen. And there are so many others near by, with new ones popping up all the time. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place needs a lesson in customer service. With these practices, they won't be around for long as their predecessor, unless they change for the better.

Well, they do get your car clean. If you don't mind wiping it dry and vacuuming it yourself. (And…read moreif your bumpers are in good shape.) On the other hand, on my last trip through (on a crowded Saturday morning), the line stopped several times. That's not fun if you're claustrophic. And then, when I got to the end, the pickup truck in front of me had his brakes on and was hitting his horn. Because the self-serve vacuum/wipe area was crowded, and there were cars waiting to go there, and there was no room to exit the car wash. I ended up having the car behind ME hit my bumper, and I hit the bumper of the pickup truck. (Softly, but, come on: this never should have happened.) It took several minutes for the staff to show up and wrangle the traffic enough for a couple of cars to get out of the wash. I left, because there wasn't a safe place to wait, and drove my car out of there wet and un-vacuumed. If you're going to build a car wash without enough stalls for drying/vacuuming, you should not be putting cars into the wash before you're sure there's room for them to get out on the other end. TL;DR: Too crowded, cars run through the wash close together, the line kept stopping, the exit was blocked, cars were bumping into each other, had to leave without drying or vacuuming. Kind of overpriced for this experience, I think.
