This place isn't talked about enough! They offer the best washes in the state. One of the only few that still clean the interior for you. The workers work so hard and care for the customers. Great management and customer service. They offer a wide variety of services and are all affordable and worth every dollar. I walked in and received the Mini Detail and was so impressed by the time it took and the quality and detail of the work. I recommend this place to everyone. This will become my go to from now on!! read more

Amazing wash and great customer service!! My car came out spotless. Will definitely be back!

Hello, I've been going to your car wash for many years now. I'm always satisfied with my Just wanted to send a note to the manager or owner. I think his name is Tony I wanted to acknowledge one of your employees that I have dealt with several times in the past his name is Carlos. I think he is the only one with that name that works there. I told him I was going to put a good word out to his employer. Carlos always goes above and beyond. he is the nicest guy so kind, considerate and hard-working. i'm hoping this message gets across to you and Carlos will be the Spotlight and recognized for all he does for your customers you are very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee as Carlos thank you for your services Dawn read more

Although I normally wash & detail my own vehicles, I don't have the option of doing it myself in the winter. I've tried all the local car washes in my area over the last 30+ years Cleanway has been my go-to for winter cleaning. They are friendly and conscientious. There were two occasions where my vehicle exited the car wash and the attendant told me he wasn't happy with the results so he was going to run it through again. He even apologized for the extra wait time! read more

The car wash roller felt on top of my hood and the owner. Irresponsible management and ownership.

Cleanway Car Wash charges a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. This is excessive since a get only 1% back from my bank.

Carefull workers will steal items from your car! Missing rear car mats! Didn't notice until 1 hour later and went back! I was verbally insulted, and shown a altered video the was cut and did not show the full recording of the car cleaning! Will never go back! I can replace my mats that not the issue! Being taken advantage of and verbally insulted not worth my time! Be carefull! read more

Great service every time I come here. I came to get a routine oil change and got everything checked out. The oil change was done efficiently and quickly. Received a free car wash and noticed they have all new equipment, an entirely new system. New brushes, a number of new machines. Great upgrading guys!!! read more

Clean Way Hand Car Wash is a decent local Car Wash that always does a pretty solid job each time I come here. As the name implies it's a non machine set up where the conveyor moves Your vehicle through while workers wash and rinse by hand under an overhead spray system. I think it's a better setup than the rolling brushes because workers can actually see where your vehicle needs the most attention and deal with scrubbing and washing on a visual basis. It just makes for a better wash imo. They also do a car detailing business here but I can't speak to that portion of this Car Wash as I've never had that done here. read more

Best car wash ever! There open early in the mornings, never any waiting that early in the morning and they do a fantastic job!!! I won't go anywhere else read more

Amazing service, got an oil change and got a free car wash. Reasonable pricing and great service. My car came out looking like its brand new. read more

This car wash used to be great -- I guess there is a new owner. I brought my car there yesterday, and they did a miserable job. It was very cold, and I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I got home and looked over my car closely, there were scratches all over the car. Clearly they were using dirty and wet drying towels, because there were scratches and dirty streaks all over my car. I am very disappointed and angry. read more

I specifically pointed out that the back seat needed extra attention because of my kids climbing in and out of their car seats with their shoes on the seats. Despite this, the workers didn't put much effort into the wiping/scrubbing. My car was still visibly dirty all over the interior. Also, the vacuums must not have great suction. I ended up re-vacuuming and wiping down the interior when I got home. I paid for the Platinum full service package at over $30 (and left a $10 tip incorrectly assuming they did a decent job). The outside wash results were fairly standard. I did not like that they used the same brush on the tires as they did for the rest of the car since tires tend to have debris that may scratch the car's paint. I also had to rub some spots that were more stubborn and overlooked by the workers. Btw, some parts of the internet show this as a hand wash--it is not. It's a machine wash with rollers through and your car is on a track. Long story short, this was my first and last visit. I will not be returning. read more

Meant to write this review back in August. I went here and sprung for The Works Super Plus, primarily because I wanted to get dog hairs out of the back carpet and figured why not. Being the top option on their menu outside the complete detailing, you'd figure it would offer quality they could stand by. And you would figure wrong. What they call "super vacuum"... isn't so super. So here's what you do. Go on Amazon, get yourself a shop vac if ya don't ready have one, get yourself a Chemical Guys wash and a wax, maybe a spray bottle of Invisibe Glass, maybe some Turtle Wax for interior, the break out the hose and bucket, and just do it yourself on a weekend. You'll save money and be a lot less disappointed by the results. Just make sure ya spray the underneath especially with the winter road salt and such. So many of these drive through car washes offer mediocre results, meanwhile full detailing is gonna cost you a LOT. So unless you have a high budget, a car fetish, and a car purdy enough to really want it all shiny and whatnot, make the initial investment and get the exercise of doing the occasional wash yourself. Even if you just want a quick solution, you'll probably be less frustrated with the results. read more

They still do an ok job but a little expensive. Cost $28 with tax for just the outside done. They didn't do the rims or tires. The truck looks good but it's also only has 700 miles on it. read more

THE SHORT STORY: Terrible experience... THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PAINT DAMAGE - STAY AWAY! The owner is a total scumbag that would not honor a gift card issued by his store. DETAILED STORY: I was excited to get my car detailed as it needed a good waxing. I made an appointment and dropped off my car at the scheduled time. The cashier asked me if they gave me a price for the exterior only detail. I said, "No, but I have a coupon from your website that says exterior only detail $119.99". They told me it would take about 4 hours so I had my wife drive me home. Upon returning to pick up my car, I went to the office to pay using a $100 gift card (issued by the car wash) and cash for the remainder of the balance. The cashier got the owner since she couldn't figure out how to apply the gift card. The owner came in already angry and told me that she would not accept the gift card since it has been defaced. Defaced? He said I removed the bar code to scan and got even more angry as I explained to him that is the way I received the gift card and it was clearly not tampered with. He then accused me of "bamboozling" him and stated that I cheated him because I told the cashier the price for an exterior detail was $119.99. I explained it was on his website but he insisted that it was a $200 job but honored the $119.99. Angry, I paid for it all in my credit card to simply get my keys back. I left quickly and as I got home I actually looked at my car. THEY DESTROYED THE PAINT ON MY HOOD BY SEVERELY OVER BUFFING MY CAR. I took it to a body shop to determined how this could have happened and the response was simple: negligence. To add insult to injury look at how they cleaned my windows. read more

Went to Cleanway Car Wash this morning, they were friendly, present, and did a lovely job. Highly recommend them!

I used to go here all the time for years because it was a hand-carwash and a very good one. Sadly, that is no longer the case. They have now installed automatic machines and are the same as any other carwash. If they go back to handwashing I will consider returning , otherwise, they are just like any other carwash now. read more

They are awesome! Definitely have long lines but because they do a great job for a descent price.

I literally just left this place and i see my car in the sun. The car IS STILL DIRTY!!!! There are still water spots (sprinkler at home) all over my vehicle, the driver's side window is still dirty do are the mirrors. I paid an extra $19.99 for some spray wax that i really could have done myself. This place is horrible. How does the car still remain dirty after being "washed"? I should've just gone to my regular place but since this was nearby I figured I'd go there. Now I'm out of $35 for a service that wasn't even performed!! Don't waste your money going there!! PISSED!! Then I call to get my money back and I'm given a hard time. The mgr is telling me to bring the car back. Why would I drive all the way there for them to NOT wash my car yet again?? This place is trash and so is the mgr. I will be disputing the charge!! read more

There was a pretty long line, but I have to say it was definitely worth the wait ! They did such a great job cleaning the car inside and out (hands-on literally) definitely tip these hard working crew! I can't wait to comeback nothing like a clean car before I head back home to philly! read more

This is not a hand carwash anymore. They do not do a good job cleaning the cars anymore and the prices are the same if not more expensive than a few months ago. I will not be bringing my car here anymore. read more

Ok, i gave them a chance for an oil change. i tried to tell them that my truck has a different process you have to follow, i got "he knows what he is doing". yeah right. they caused over 800.00 in damage. my truck you need to drop the skid plate, easy process, they did that ok. but when you put it back on, it needs to be torqued properly. not just put on with an impact wrench. well they stripped the bolts and bent the plate. i turned it into my insurance and i am waiting for my deductible. if that wasnt bad enough... they lubed my driveshaft, like any oil change would involve then tried to tack on 80.00 for it... WHAT???? that is part of the oil change. the tech who knew what he was doing didnt know how to charge for it, or do an oil change. but wait. then you are given a piece of paper and you need to go to the car wash to pay. WHAT????? but its all good, you get a free car wash. they did ok, for just the outside. and please dont expect them to wipe it all down, your luck if you get most of it. oh yeah, now the last complaint, they charge more than the dealer and do less, a lot less. needless to say i will not be back, i will never be back and i suggest you all do the same, stay far away read more

I gave this place a second try after a not so great first time (they scratched my car). And the second time is also a disappointment. The car still has some dirt spots that were there and dust/dirt on the front grill. I even opted for a higher priced service than the basic. Not going back here read more

Used to frequent this place more often years ago and I needed a car wash and this was my closet option. The workers are nice and friendly however my car came out looking terrible. I had to pour water on a towel when I got to my next stop while running errands. My car was so dirty! I was able to get the dirt off slowly while scrubbing the towel. I won't be going back. And I'll be rewashing my car at home. read more

Gross. I made an appointment for interior detailing days in advance. Brought my car in at 8am Friday, was told to pick it up by 1pm at the latest. By 5 pm, I hadn't received a call (what??!) so I called them. They told me my car would be ready by noon the next day. Yes, my friends, almost 24 hours late. The manager claimed that his staff was tired. Why wasn't my car the first one they worked on, since I dropped it off when they opened? When I complained that I had to pay for a car service to drive me around, and asked for a discount for the inconvenience, they refused. Instead, they told me that if I paid in cash, they would give me a coupon worth $20 for a car wash. What is that going to do for me??! I had to pay for an extra full day worth of car service, thanks to their negligence, and they did not offer to make this up in any way. They also never notified me of anything; I had to call them. DO NOT GO HERE. You WILL be ripped off! read more

I've been going here for years with no problems. I went today and had a horrible experience. I paid for the Gold package and honestly they didn't even vacuum my car. my inside looked like the same when I took it in. I had to show my receipt to get the tire shine. I spoke to the manager and he didn't care. he refused to refund me or correct the problem. This place has totally gone down hill. I will not return here. Their are too many options for us customers out there. The manager needs to learn how to run a professional business before he puts the owner out of business read more

Best car wash around. They always doo a great job cleaning absolutely everything, specially during winter time with all the snow

I am very happy for the car wash, keep it up. Thanks for the service. I always come to this please because of the service that I get.

We have a long time employee who works extremely hard at getting ahead in life and has saved his money to buy his dream vehicle after almost 20 years of service for us. He treats his new vehicle like his baby he brought it on a Sunday to a car wash and trusted it in the hands of the employees. For whatever reason a mishap or misjudgment one of the carwash employees accidentally hit the gas over the break and drove the car over a curb through a fence and snapped a tree causing $30,000 in damage of the vehicle. Not only has his vehicle sustained substantial damage but his insurance premium has also taken a hit.The Clean Way Car Wash of Randolph has been absolutely horrendous to except any type of blame not to mention the manager Jay wanted to refuse medical treatment for his employee that was suffering in our employees vehicle. People need to know the truth behind using a car wash where they drive your vehicle through and more so the ethics's of how The Clean Way Car Wash operates!! read more

Today I requested "Super Works" package. The most expensive package. When I was called to get my car, the mats were not cleaned properly, the dashboard was still dusty, the seats still had spots and crumbs within the seams and the wheels were not cleaned. I asked an individual who I think was a manager to complete the services I paid. He pulled down his mask which was below his nostrils and the discussion became about me not that the the services were not completed. He was rude and disrespectful He walked away and did not complete the services. I will not pay for an organization to have their workers be respectful to me. This is not the first time I have experienced the non completion of services. But the individuals who took care of the issues on those occasions were apologetic and respectful. In the COVID-19 pandemic, staff at this car wash wear mask below their nostrils!! Masks must cover the nostrils. If an individual has the virus it is located in the nostrils. This car wash is not safe read more

This place used to rock, but lately it's gone way down hill . Twice I had preset appointments for a full detail. On both occasions they made excuses why they couldn't perform the service. I made the last detail appointment this morning for an afternoon detail. I took off work and arranged for someone to pick me up. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't do it because it was too cold...boo hoo. It's 28 degrees, sunny and no wind. When I pressed them on the issue, they finally fessed up and said there was no one there to do the service. I've noticed lately that the regular car wash service isn't what it used to be. I guess it's time to find another car wash who is reputable and provides decent service. read more

Seen some bad google reviews but needed to get the salt/snow off car. Got the works, and for $21, car looks way way better. Guess experiences vary. The crew vacuumed, and cleaned the car thoroughly. I'll likely come back next time I need a wash and get a higher wash service done. Think I've found my go-to. Also like the fact they hand wash and dry. read more

I enjoy bringing my car or truck over to Cleanway. Usually I will bring my vehicles during the winter months when cleaning my own car becomes too difficult and more of a chore. Also, I don't have to worry about mechanical scrubbers causing scratches all over my car. This hand car wash is very reasonably priced. Actually , less than most mechanical car washes. read more

I got my oil changed here. I returned to get the car to see my car in front of the building, fully unlocked, windows open, and a person smoking less than 4 feet away, getting smoke in my car!!!!! I mentioned this to the cashier. He gave me an unsympathetic apology and did nothing to alleviate my anger. I will never go back. Contents in my car could have been stolen, and cigarette smoke got into it. The owners and workers are rude, careless people that only care about taking your money and doing a half-assed job. Would not recommend this car wash! Had gone there a few years ago, and they damaged my vehicle. They are conveniently located to my home, so I figured I would give them a second chance. I was charged for services that where not preformed. They charged a extra sanitation fee that was not done. No tire shine was used. The car still dirty when they completed the wash. There are many other car washes in the area who do much work then this place. read more

Pretty poor job here. Went here twice first time was ok, except after my car went through the wash it just sat at the exit for about 5 mins with about 6 workers standing around doing nothing. The interior never got cleaned. I took a different car this time around and went for the AAA works super plus assuming id get a better clean and this car really needed a good vacuuming and I noticed the super vacuum treatment in the AAA. Long story short there was definitely no super vacuum. It was 2 guys barely 30 seconds and no different than every car going through. Outside was still dirty pollen and dirt still on the windows and in the door jams. To cap it all off though I used their coupon for 4$ off the works super plus but the cashier only took off $3, didnt notice until after I paid. Very shady. Dont bother going here. read more
