If I could give -5 I would. The worst experience ever with this place. The owner is very disrespectful and dishonest. Wanted to charge $200 for removal on top of the service putting it up to 500$ Left the car early in the morning with specific instructions and because the owner Raul is out of the country and not paying attention to what his employees are doing... They did everything wrong after the car was there all day. Wrong number of tints not the full service plus bubbles in the rear window. Very rude. Stay away from this place ! And didn't even offer to fix it on the spot. read more

I got a Groupon for a detailing and they cut some corners which I think was unfortunate. I almost left without one of my floor mats- so make sure you double check everything is put back into your car before you leave. I had 2 booster seats in the car they didn't bother to vacuum under. That was literally the only thing I had in my car, because I had to pick up my kids after my appointment. They left the center console kind of dirty too. Overall not impressed.. for a Groupon I guess it was ok, but I expected better than to leave a dirty center console and completely avoid vacuuming the entire back seat under the booster seats. read more

My car needed stage 1 paint correction due to minor swirls caused by car wash that my dealer used during the delivery of the vehicle. While I like to do all the car work myself, i thought of getting this job done at Prestige Auto Studio. Being a weekend warrior myself, I wasn't expecting to be blown away but I was so wrong. I wish I could give 10 stars. They use high quality tint and really take their time to get the job done correctly. I ended up deciding to go with the level 3 tint. So bad that it chipped a good chunk of the paint and it was down to the bare metal. Like most Yelp user, I did a search for a body shop in the area and Prestige Auto came up. Based on the reviews, I decided to give them a try. I reached out via Yelp and got a response from Raul within mins. Since I was getting the car repaired, I decided to also get a full exterior and interior detail. When I came to pick the car up, I was AMAZED at how clean my car was. It was like it just rolled out of the dealer. Not only was the door ding repaired but the paint matching was flawless Now even though they are on the pricey side of things, I am a firm believer in paying a lot for something just as long as the quality is there. I wanted to update my review with some photos. Take a look and see if the "Platinum Package" is worth your money. I brought my car here for a detail, specifically because there were a few scratches on the car I wanted addressed. When I called, I was told they could take care of the scratches on two conditions (1) I go to the dealer and buy them touch-up paint, and (2) I upgrade to the Platinum package - their most expensive package. I did both of those things as asked, spent time getting the paint from the dealer, and paid for their most expensive package. When I came to pick up the car, the bottle of touch up paint was completely unused! They didn't touch up a single scratch! The whole reason I spent time getting paint from the dealer and paid for their priciest service was to get the paint touched up. When I brought this to their attention I was told I could bring back the car on Monday. No thanks! I work on Monday, and there is no reason for me to be paying you $300 with tip to be inconvenienced and have to come back another day for you to do the job right. I get my car detailed every 6 months and would have been repeat business for life. I will spend my money with a detailer that cares about doing things the right way. read more

This review is long overdue. Raul at Prestige has helped me so many times over the last several years . From installing a remote control starter in my husband's Acura RDX, detailing my Honda Pilot, to repairing my son's brand new Honda Civic, after being involved in three accidents, he has done it all. Not only did I receive prompt, impeccable service, but Raul was extremely kind and compassionate when I went there after getting into an accident with my son's brand new car. I was so upset, and he assured me that he would take care of the car, and that as long as I wasn't hurt, there was no reason to worry. After getting the run around from my insurance company, calling 4 or 5 of their authorized shops, none of which could get the car back for at least six weeks , Raul had the car back to me and looking brand new in a matter of days. And when I brought my 2008 Honda Pilot there for detailing, it was done in a day. The car was a mess and he made it look 100% better, inside and out . I honestly can't say enough great things about Raul & Prestige. My Audi S5 was completely butchered by another auto custom shop when I attempted to have it repainted from dark blue to white. After 4 months of straight-up nightmares, I finally gave up with trying to get everything right thru the other shop. When my husband brought my car to Prestige to be hand washed, Raul noticed the issues immediately including the paint easily chipping off from the simple hand wash. After I met with him and went thru all of the mistakes on the car (including the fact that they had painted the door & the body 2 slightly different shades of white...can't make this up if I wanted to!!), I decided to have Raul & Prestige correct all of the problems. They repainted my car the proper Audi white cleaning up the insane amount of paint drips that were all over the vehicle, re-tinted the 3 back windows that were full of creases & bubbles, completely detailed the interior of the car which was completely coated in overspray (the other shop never cleaned it, nor did they wet sand my car after their sad attempt at a paint job), re-painted my break calipers including repair one of the plates that was broken by the other shop & glued back on. They then fixed the rear back up sensors that were damaged, re-attached the side rockers properly (the other shop literally used glue to attach one after painting, but had never bothered to remove the other before it was painted!!), wrap all of the chrome on the car in matte black, and repaired one of my rims that had road rash on it. When my car was ready & I went to pick it up, I was floored. It literally looked like a brand new car, I couldn't believe it was mine!! I've included photos of my car when it was blue, after the initial botched paint job (there are about 100 photos taken of all the mistakes, if you need more info/detail, please message me), and the final once I received it back from Prestige. I will never trust another shop to touch my cars again after the tremendous job Raul & his team did for me, and I can't thank them enough. read more

We dropped my husbands car off this past weekend for the "platinum detail package." The car, a 2011, was in desperate need of some TLC - serious paint swirls, had some dings and an overall dull appearance. Raul and team did not disappoint! Took my 2005 Acura TL to be repainted and was very happy with the results. Now the price was not cheap but the paint job came out beautifully and for the quality it was worth it. I also got wheels fixed which came out better than when I initially bought the car. I got the wipers replaced and overall I felt that my car looks like a brand new car. terrible customer service. My wife made appointment with owner on Wed to drop care off thurs night and pick up end of day Friday and car was not ready and NEVER received phone call. We had to call him and he was nothing but excuses. Turns out when my wife picked the car up on Sat, the owner admitted to never writing her appointment down. We had to completely change our plans because we didn't have the car. On top of that, he offered to buy the vehicle from us, we agreed on price, we left to get all the paperwork together and upon our return he backed out of the deal. Owner needs to command the English language first, learn to run a business second and honor his word lastly. I got the ceramic coating treatment. Raul offered me a way to save money on that, by only treating the hood, roof, and trunk, and omitting the sides. Paid $290 for window tint and to remove a couple badges. Ask who I am assuming is the owner if he can buff out a bit of foreign paint on the driver side door since he already had the materials out. Went to Prestige when the leather door panel of my '05 Ford Escape peeled off. He said he could fix it and gave me a quote. The job became more complex when the new adhesive wouldn't stick to the old foam underneath. Raul ordered new foam, got the job done and honored the price he quoted me. I have a 2007 MDX which had gotten rusted water on the car which didn't come out in a regular car wash. Hence I really needed to have it professionally detailed. After doing some research on line I decided on Prestige. My car is practically new looking!!!!!! I also had them remove those pesky little dents and the foggy headlights! I brought my vehicle in to Prestige Auto Studio to get it cleaned from top to bottom. Raul and team did such an amazing job and my car now looks brand new, inside and out. I read all of the reviews that everyone wrote and decided to try out this place for myself. I had a 1994 Ford F-150 pickup truck that had gotten a little neglected over the years and I went for the Platinum package that included every single service that Prestige offers. They took their time with this truck and after it was done, it looked as if the truck had just rolled out of the factory, it was like brand-new again! If they can work this kind of magic on a vehicle that was already 23 years old, imagine what they can do for your car! lol read more

Prestige has done an excellent job once again in detailing my car. The detailing and also the customer service is great at Prestige. I decided to have my car detailed again this year and after the job was completed it looked like showroom condition top to bottom and inside and out and the body felt smooth as anything.
