Recommend! Got a…read morestealth PPF for the wife's black Mach E here, and was very pleased with the final product. They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.

If the system would allow, I would give it 0 stars. Finally ended up paying to get it redone. There are cuts in my paint panels. These types of things are generally -masked- with the film installed but once removed, you see it Very disappointed in this. For those interested in film installs, just keep this in mind when you vet out your installer. They are using *x-acto* type knives to score the film on the car. It takes a skilled hand to do it.

The location was a bit difficult to get into being that there is a car wash right next door & the vehicles from that establishment took up space for me to reach the business. However, once I arrived I was greeted politely and they began the work right away. I was instructed on tint aftercare when I arrived & right before I left. Not to mention, they also put warning stickers on all of my buttons as a reminder to NOT roll my windows down. I got carbon tints on my vehicle & they look amazing. I am super satisfied with the price provided, the quality. & the care of this establishment. I will definitely be returning for future tint needs! Thank you guys!

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business. My family has had FIVE vehicles tinted by Pro-Tinting dating back to when they operated out of their Elizabeth location. Because of those positive experiences, I drove an hour and a half to their Newark shop expecting them to stand behind the lifetime warranty they advertised on their carbon tint. I arrived with the original invoice that THEIR company emailed to me in 2021. Instead of honoring their warranty, the new owner accused me of forging my receipt because it listed the Newark address. Apparently, in his mind, an emailed invoice generated by his own company was somehow fake. I repeatedly asked how I could possibly forge an email that was sent directly to me by Pro-Tinting, but rather than offering any logical explanation, he simply dismissed everything I said. To make matters worse, the owner communicated almost entirely through what appeared to be a high school-aged boy acting as a translator. Trying to resolve a warranty issue through a teenager while being accused of fraud was both unprofessional and insulting. Their solution? They refused to honor the lifetime warranty and then offered to "discount" the repair by $20, leaving me to pay $80. After driving three hours round-trip and being falsely accused of forging my own invoice, that offer was laughable. A warranty is only as good as the company willing to honor it. Based on my experience, Pro-Tinting's "lifetime warranty" meant absolutely nothing. They lost a customer who had trusted them with five vehicles, and they'll never get another dollar from me. Save yourself the time, the money, and the frustration. There are plenty of tint shops that actually stand behind their work and treat customers with respect.
