I brought my car in as a recommendation from a friend. I was truly impressed from the I walked. Was greeted by Tammy the owner of the repair facility. She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. I would drop off my car once the ports came in and she make sure that the repairs were completed in time. After I off my car, she told me it would be approximately two weeks. To my surprise, the car was done and only seven business days. I went over to the shop to pick it up and couldn't even tell that my car was ever in an accident. True workmanship at its best. I was introduced to Val who completed the repairs on my car. I wanted to meet him so I could thank him and give him a tip. These ladies KNOW what's up and are so helpful! I moved from Kansas not too long ago. I got into a small wreck that caused damage to my front bumper a few days before I moved, so, of course I sent in pictures of the damage to my insurance instead of having an someone take a look, and I drove with the damage halfway across the country at high speeds that it made my bumper worse. (There was duct tape holding my bumper up!) Once I finally got my car into this shop, the ladies gave it to me straight AND they dealt with my insurance company, AND all the other intricacies that come with pricing differences between the two states. They even contacted a rental company to get me set up with a rental car and I was able to drop off the car at their premises. On top of that, they were able to take a credit card over the phone. They made this process as easy as possible, especially for someone that's new to the east coast. They really put my mind at ease through what could have been a much more stressful process and that is NOT something that money can buy. TLDR: Great staff! WONDERFUL work-ethic and customer service! 10/10 would go again. read more

I brought my 2007 Nissan Versa if for several repairs on 6/30/14. One of the repairs was the replacement of a Front Passenger side door LT Handle Bezel. I was quoted a price of $25.80 for this part. When I went to have the part replaced I was told that due to a supplier error the price was actually $75.00. When I protested that this was not what I agreed to the Manager, AJ Messina, offered to charge me $37.50 which was still more than the price agreed to. In addition I had to bring the car in twice to get the repairs done as the correct part was not received and this would have been a third visit to get these repairs done. Stay away! After 3 times bringing the car back to be "fixed" after it was initially repaired I see the bondo lifting off the body a 4th time. This was for a quarter panel that was called out to be replaced by our insurance, instead if was filled and painted. read more

They are very rude. They said the repair would be done in no time to lure me bringing the van and change to 7-10 days after I dropped if off. I needed it for over the weekend and called me to pick it up on Saturday just 3 hours before shop close. I asked to pay by the credit card over the phone and leave the van outside so that I can pick it up later. They have such a stupid policy that no credit card payment over the phone. I was at work 50 miles away and there was no way I could come in to pay for the deductible. I really needed the van for Sunday and I begged to pay by credit card over the phone but they did not care. I will not use their service anymore and will tell everyone that I know not to use them. read more

This auto body shop is essentially a fraud, they 'estimated' 2000k worth of charges on a bumper replacement/paint job, with about 60 hours of labor. Got a second opinion and was told that this is a way to defraud the customer and add additional costs to a very small job. Stay far away from this place, unprofessional and clearly unqualified. read more

We brought my daughter's Dodge Charger there after she had been backed into in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job on the repair - you can't even tell any damage had been done. It involved the front bumper, left light/housing and hood. They were super nice to work with, kept in touch through the whole process regarding insurance and parts and completed the work pretty quickly. Oh-and the other matter that just thrilled me was, this was a used car. There were minor issues that were not visible and they let us know and took care of that too.
