Had a little separation on the front bumper trim of my suv so I brought it to Frankie's after a close friend recommended them. I was given a fair price to replace the trim that I already purchased. I came back a couple days later and had an amazing overall experience. I dropped the car off. They gave me a ride to my office so I didn't need to pay an uber, which was great service. They ended up calling me a couple hours later to pick up the completed job. I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. I don't wish to have damage to my car but if I ever do I will certainly comeback. My son was coming out of a parking garage with his 2012 Acura TSX. Some idiot decided to give my son pointers with leaving the lot since there was a big SUV having an argument with the minimum wage lot worker who barely spoke English. The idiot "helping" my son obviously didn't Know that parking lot curbs have steel bullnose that protects the concrete sidewalk, so when my son's tire hit the street, the entire front bumper landed on the ground. He managed to tie it up with some rope in the trunk and brought it to Frankies Auto Body about 3 blocks from home the next day. Alexis runs this shop. His first move was to evaluate the damage, which is the scary part. Alexis got us a great deal on a replacement bumper Bottom line: Alexus provided us great service, a fair price and polished the entire exterior while another worker vacuumed the interior. Where do I even begin ... told me 2 weeks ended up being 3 months ... if I was told that upfront I could have made a decision as a consumer to continue service here or find another auto body shop... after two weeks was told another week .... Rude , always seemingly unhappy, and unapproachable receptionist ... They Do not return phone calls ... Got into an accident and it was really convenient that they had a Geico employee working there to help check out my car and get it fixed! It was a fender bender so my fender needs to be fixed... nothing too crazy. The Geico employee was prompt and professional and so did Alexis (the owner). Told me it would be fixed in a day or two. Almost a week later it still wasn't done. I needed to arrange transportation but they never let me know an accurate time to expect my car back by. And then, after complaining to Geico,did the shop tell us that they were waiting on parts. I was infuriated. I needed my car for work so I had to pick it up, 75% complete, and then bring it back when the parts arrived to be fixed. Infuriating. read more

I had extensive damage to the back of my car when I was rear-ended while waiting for a light about 6 weeks ago. I chose Frankie's Auto Body because it is a Geico-associated facility and their work is guaranteed. Eleven days after bringing my car to Frankie's I was more than happy with what I saw. I had a trunk that was being held closed with a bungee cord and an entire bumper smashed into pieces and protruding from the car on the right side, even though the impact was more to the left. Looking at my newly-restored vehicle there is no evidence whatsoever that it was damaged. The paint is a perfect match! The staff in the office and the men who repaired my car were welcoming, reassuring, pleasant, patient and informative. I highly recommend Frankie's to anyone who needs work done on their car. Someone insured by Geico hit my truck recently. Geico took full responsibility for the accident and suggested that I have my car fixed at Frankie's Auto Body in Edison, NJ. They arranged for an Enterprise Car rental for the duration of the repair. Geico adjuster onsite to handle everything. Frankie's took EXCELLENT care of my truck and kept me constantly informed on progress of repair. This review is long overdue. I had what seemed like a very minor issue with my vehicle. I went to Pep boys, Auto zone and even a dealership and no one could help. On a whim I pulled into Frankies on my way home. The shop was closing for the day, but Alex came out to take a look at my vehicle. He told me to come back the next day and he would try to help. The next day I brought my vehicle in and waited inside while the guys in the shop addressed the issue. The inside waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Frankies was able to take care of the issue that 3 other facilites were not able to do... and here is the cherry on top... they did it for no charge!!! I highly recommend Frankies Auto body.
