I was able to get a free ride home while it was being serviced, and another free ride to bring me back to the shop after the work was finished. The car had a new paint job and was vacuumed inside. The owners were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make my life as little disrupted as possible. The fees were reasonable. I would recommend Cross Town Auto Body to anyone. I found all of the pricing differences to be negligible, so I was really leaning towards whichever was geographically convenient. A friend insisted I call Acme Auto Body before committing elsewhere and I'm glad he did. It was during the initial phone call, with Steve, that I knew where my business was going. Having not seen my car yet, he kept most things/pricing rather vague - but honestly, as long as he wasn't outlandishly far above the average estimate; it was a done deal. His personable approach, unlimited time, and willingness to field any/all of my questions was unparalleled. It was extraordinarily refreshing after my first few estimates and past experiences. From start to finish, the attention and care that I (and my car) was given was incredible. My perception of the standard auto related experience, has been far surpassed...Acme raised the bar. The work itself was also flawless. Further augmenting my experience, they repaired a relatively nasty scratch I had on the opposite side of the vehicle, stating "it was easy enough considering we had the materials/labor in action for the collision repair". When asked, I was told, "it's complementary, you didn't ask for it". Easy money to be had, yet they understand the value of the customer relation - future business is worth more than a scratch repair. Acme will get any/all of my continued business and referrals. I would recommend his service to anyone. He told me to drop it off on Monday or Tuesday and he would have it ready by Thursday. The only hold up was the compound he needed to use on the car. I did see it on Thursday, and it looked great!!! He just needed to finish with the buffing of the hood and give it to me. True to form, the car was ready for Thursday but needed to wait until Friday to pick it up. NICE JOB!!!

Dropped car off early morning and Al calls me that afternoon after the job is done, about 1.5 hours earlier than he estimated. What stood out is he offered me a ride back home in the morning, which I didn't need because I live so close. I noticed my car parked in the back as I went to pick it up, but he drove it out front for me so it's easier for me to drive on the road back home. Definitely appreciate these helpful gestures and actions.
