My tire dropped from a 33 to a 17psi in under 5 minutes, so I knew immediately that I had a leak. Called to see if they could fit me in (less than an hour before their listed closing), and the manager told me to come on down. Sent my husband and it was done in under half hour. Such a lifesaver on a late Saturday afternoon when most places are closed in Sunday, and Monday is a holiday! It's nothing honest about this business. I called them to get an estimate. Gave him all the information he requested, he gave me an estimate . I said I would bring the car the next morning. I get there and the estimate is now 3.5 times higher because he had the license plate. He should have asked for the VIN or plate number over the phone. I could given it to him and got a real estimate if he simply asked for it. I declined work at the dealership based on his estimate. Could have had the car fixed that day now I have to reschedule. I don't like my time wasted. Wont be going back. read more

I have been going to Honest since they opened (20 years?). I have always trusted their information and the work performed. Even when Gary took over, I still appreciated the customer service and his willingness to keep me informed and updated on progress. Since this guy, I think his name is Ralph has taken over the front desk, I have found him to be very short , like you're inconveniencing him. He told me on Friday he found a part and I made an appointment for Monday. I had the car towed there on Sunday and when I didn't hear anything by 11:30am I called. Now he says he can't find the part and treated me like I'm bothering him. Even though they are the most expensive shop in the area (yes, I've shopped around and have had some work done elsewhere saving me a couple of $100), I only continue to use them because I feel a loyalty to Gary and I trust the mechanic, Rick. But the first point of contact there needs some adjustments. Thank you. read more

These guys are really really good. They are professional and know what they are doing. It's hard to find good honest mechanics and I am happy that I brought my vehicle here several times. I once thought I needed a tune up and they advise me that my vehicle didn't need it after inspecting the vehicle. They could have taken advantage of me to make several hundred bucks but they didn't. The prices are pretty reasonable too.I have a peace of mind that if I need something to get fixed on my vehicle these guys will be the best to do it. I highly recommend this Autoshop. read more

This place does excellent work. Stanford was so awesome and his team was exceptional. I came in thinking that I needed major repairs to my engine and Stanford and his team found out it was something else tremendously cheaper than I thought. They diagnosed my problems and only encouraged me to get done what I needed. I was moving across country and they went out of their way to make sure that my car was in top working conditions. I have never been treated so professionally and with such caring and concern. I am sad only that I do not live on the east coast anymore but they have more locations out where I am where I am sure to visit. Stanford and his team were like Guardian Angels to me. A few months ago they fixed a few things that I had needed for a while & were both nice & honest about what they found. Last week I had an unrelated warning light about my charging system & took it in. They tested it & the only thing they found was battery terminal corrosion. They cleaned that at a very good price & Stanford, the main contact, was again very nice & helpful throughout. It's always a good sign to me when a repair place tells me that a $27 fix should do the trick instead of a much more expensive option when I have no clue what's wrong. I've been to too many other places that use scare tactics to make sales so the honesty here is a wonderful change. read more

Don't trust your car to Honest One. I brought my 1 yr old SUV in to get a tire patched. When I picked up my car, the Tire Pressure warning light was on. I asked why and was told I need to take it to a Ford dealer to have it reset. I took the car to the dealer who told me the sensor may be damaged. I brought the car back to Honest One who told me that I need to follow up with Ford because the vehicle is under warranty. The local Ford dealer fixed the sensor that was damaged ($278) and told me it was destroyed when taking the wheel off the rim. When I went back to these hacks, they said it wasn't them and that the warranty should cover it. I explained the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by repair shops and that nobody had taken any tires off the rim except them. They refused to make good on it. Stay away from these hacks. read more
