My schedule has been the absolute worst, so the fact that they can come to your work or residence and work on your car is AWESOME. Josh did a great job with my car. He had quite the shitshow to deal with (2012 Hyundai elantra, tan seats that stain even if WATER gets on it, and it's never been shampooed or detailed. Bless his soul for taking on that challenge). I apologized profusely for the state of my car, but he was super nice about everything. It took about 2.5 hours for my car to get done, and I came back to a beautiful, clean, shiny car! I was apprehensive at first about whom to go but decided to give them a chance after the reviews I read on here. Wow! Where should I begin? Car-Rx (Brian) did an absolutely fantastic job with my cars. I have a 2003 Highlander and 2004 Highlander and they both had hazy headlights from years of driving. Brian restored them their factory level of sheen and clarity as if they were brand new. Driving at night is now a breeze! Both vehicles also have their fair share of road chips from driving on the highways in the tri-state area, he was able to patch those up to the point where you can't even see them anymore. The best part about working with Brian is you will get someone knowledgeable about the business who enjoys what he does and does it with a passion. He also loves to get good advice on how to upkeep your vehicles so they can continue to look and perform well in the long run. Great work and very customer-oriented. I got a small crack on my bumper and the grill was knocked off by an unknown object on the highway. Car dealer quoted a ridiculous price for changing a new bumper which totally turned me off.. Well though I am not smart about cars, even I know it's unnecessary to replace a whole bumper. Brian explained to me about the options I have for the bumper and quotes for each option. Eventually he spent 3-4 hours working on re-welding my car. After that, the bumper looks as new as before and I could not even tell there used to be a crack! I am so happy. It's very convenient for customers since Brian is mobile with his biz truck. I really dislike dropping my car off in an auto shop/dealer, and have to come back and forth picking it up ( and looking for nice friends/coworkers to give me a ride). It's a good thing my company has a huge parking lot at the back so Brian could perform work. If you have no issues finding an available location for him, it's really efficient to arrange and get your car fixed without going around. read more

Couldn't be happier with the results. This was the first time I got my car detailed after owning it for 4 years. I had a German Shepherd in the car several times and left a LOT of his hair. Along with the pet hair, I also had lots of sand from beach days that I was never able to fully clean, and food stains from lots of traveling and eating out of the car. Brian took care of everything in a timely manner (took him about 4 hours to complete the job and that is what I was told when I made the appt online). It just can't get better than staying at home while my car is being treated right outside my door step. I definitely recommend!! Now that my car is detailed, I will be getting a few more things fixed such as a bumper paint job. Will definitely be calling Brian again :) read more

I cancelled same day, but was told I can't get part of the deposit back because the order was already placed with their "parts company" and they'd have to pay "restocking" fees. Amazing detailing service!!! What I liked most about Josh and Brian is that they come to you! I was able to be in the comfort of my own home while they worked on my car right outside. Josh and Brian (especially Josh) was very nice and personable. I called and Brian answered and I scheduled my detailing service the same day, and they came a few hours later. They were on time and started almost immediately. Everything took about 2.5-3hours. My car came out great. I only had indoor detailing done but they did great on it. I have beige seats and they got 90% of the dirt and stains out. The car smells fresh and I'm glad I had it done. They charged me $120 for a supreme indoor detailing. It seemed like a bit much but I never had my car detailed so I think it was worth it. I also paid for one of my headlights to be restored because the other one had been recently changed and the one looked horrible. They did a pretty good job on that as well, it almost looks like the new one. Overall I would use them again. read more

In preparing to trade in our current vehicle, we desperately needed a deep cleaning and detail done. I had never heard of mobile detailing services, but I'm so glad we found Car-RX on Yelp! We have two small children (hence the need for the deep cleaning!) and one on the way, and there's no way I could sit in a waiting room and keep them entertained while waiting for our car to be done. Brian was so helpful and prompt in responding to my emails. He sent me a detailed invoice ahead of time with quotes for the options he recommended to me, so I could look things over and decide what to do. When I was ready to make an appointment, I needed one on short notice and he put me on the schedule for the very next day. Our car, which has taken a lot of abuse from our children, (and let's be honest, isn't cleaned out much by the parents) now looks fantastic! I'm debating whether to let my kids get back in... And I got to relax on the couch and play with my daughter while it got done instead of wait in a waiting room or try to get a ride for all of us to and from a body shop. That said, the icing on the cake is the bumper repair service, I must say. We had a sizeable dent in the front left of our car, down very low, and we honestly thought it was not really possible to repair without replacing. We weren't even going to try until we came across this business and saw photos on the website of past repairs. So we took a chance, figured it wouldn't be worse off, and WOW. Again, looks fantastic. We paid a fraction of the price we would have had to pay at a body shop, we didn't have to pay for a more extensive repair than we wanted, and our car looks better than I hoped it would. In short, I highly recommend this business. I know I will be going back to them any time I need bumper work or car cleaning/detailing in the future. Five huge stars. read more

Josh and Brian were extremely knowledgable and explained what my option were for my two vehicles and did a thorough job. We had an energy drink mess on the cloth roof of my son's vehicle and when they were done cleaning the interior it looked as good as new. The 5 year paint protection on my screaming yellow Mustang made the car look new again. It was amazing. They were very professional and came out on just 1 days notice. Brian and Car-Rx offer a really cost-effective way to fix scratches rather than paying the body shop's costs. I wanted to fix a rear bumper scratch of my leased Infiniti but without paying for body shop costs and more importantly losing my car for 2 days using traditional body shop techniques. Brian's mobile setup does a good job of painting. It's not as predictable as a environmentally controlled paint booth inside a body shop but it gets pretty good results (as he explains fully) Also he can touch up rim scratches for substantially cheaper than specialized rim repair technicians who remove your wheel. Again, a good result which is half the price of rim specialist. Certainly the results are much better than I could do myself. Brian is a perfectionist and takes his time to do the best possible job. I'll use him again for my or my wife's vehicles when I want to fix up something. Check if he comes to your area or you can go to his home business. read more
