I've had my car for 5 years and never interior detailed it, or shampooed the seats/carpets. i brought it to A-1 in the morning and all i can say is wow, my car looks new inside. i highly recommend dropping off your car to get detailed here, the price is fair and well worth the work that gets done. i'm going for the exterior detailing next! read more

they kept in contact with me, confirming my already scheduled appointment, went over with me the cost, and what would be done at that time and what time they would be here. They were very punctual and showed up on time and were done with my car needed for an appointment. They were both very professional and explained everything. I was very happy about the job they did because I know my car was especially dirty from moving and from my dogs. They were able to remove all dog hair out of my black carpet, which I was especially thrilled about my interior, looked perfect. I definitely had a very good experience with them and would highly recommend them. Cathy from Colony Park, giving them a five star read more

10th Feb booked an appointment with this individual for 1april. Called to confirm appointment on the 30th march. This individual not only acted unprofessionally by canceling and texting me at midnight, but also followed up with a call the next morning quoting a higher price than what we had previously agreed upon. He was fully aware I was shipping my vehicle and traveling from far away. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. read more

I've taken my cars there over the past several years and the cleaning they do is awesome. Really great job getting almost all of the stains out of the upholstery and cleaning everything else. Working with John has been great. He's a nice guy and I was surprised how low his prices were. Highly recommended! read more

I requested to have my interior detailed and spoke with John. He was accommodating and pleasant to work with. He mentioned he didn't have a sign up since the building was repainted but gave me clear instructions. The detailing took about 3 hours which he informed me beforehand and the pricing was reasonable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because I noticed my car has a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and I noticed it on my clothes when I got home. I'm 9 months pregnant, I do not smoke and neither does my husband so this is quite upsetting. I got the car detailed so it'll be clean before I have the car seat installed but now that it smells like cigarettes, I'm not sure what to do. It's also winter so I can't just keep the windows open and air it out but I shouldn't have to do that after getting it cleaned.. read more

Very good experience on my first visit. Execution was excellent, and the no one can beat the prices. Only call out - cards are not accepted so pls carry cash or checks read more

I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in last week after a summer of beating the inside and outside of it up going surfing. Filled with sand, it desperately needed some help I simply couldn't do on my own. I am beyond pleased with the results - the guys did an amazing job on both interior and exterior detailing. My Jeep has never looked better. I'll be coming back for sure and sending more vehicles A-1's way soon. read more

I've had my Honda for 6 years now and I finally decided it was time to give it a midlife facelift. I gave John a call over the weekend, told him I didn't have much time to get it done and he took my car in on his day off. TWICE! I got both an exterior and interior cleaning done and the job was spot on. For the interior, he vacuumed the entire car out, any carpet stains, scuff marks on the door from passengers (and myself) kicking the door, dashboard dust, hair, random trash, were gone. I had a carpet stain on my passenger side from spilled coffee over 3 years ago and it's also gone now. Any valuables found/worth keeping were stored in my trunk in a bag. I had him apply leather conditioner to all my seats and the results were amazing, he spent 5 hours going top to bottom getting every little detail right. I stopped by before the car was ready and John was standing there toothbrush in hand. That's how I knew he was going for a deep clean, this guy really stands by his work and it was only $75, most places go for $150+ for a job like this. There's real value here. I also had the exterior detailing done, he did the full works, washing polishing, waxing, my rims are completely clean as well. There's no trace of the previous small scratches on my doors or bumpers. My car looks like I just took it off the lot yesterday. You can tell when someone really cares about their work and takes pride in it and John goes above and beyond with his work. I'm definitely taking my car back here any time I need detailing. read more

So I read the reviews and decided to check it and and put it to the test. I used my vehicle for Lyft and Uber the past few years and I have take it into a few vehicle detail locations I'm not going to name, however A-1 Auto Detailing surpassed my expectations by a landslide. The attention to detail and removal of the cab passenger smell was amazing. Let me tell you, using your own personal vehicle for rides at times can be messy and frustrating. Depending on the passengers and hygiene. Let's say the odors were gone despite numerous car washes to include interior shampoos and odor removal chemicals. John has a Knack and insightful knowledge to the solution. The building is currently undergoing a facelift so the signs aren't up until they finish painting the exterior of the building. Other than that expect a experience beyond reproach. read more

They've moved locations, I found the new one when I called for hours. For $75 they did a great job cleaning up the exterior of our car with nicks and scrapes on the body, and did a thorough inside vacuum job. read more

John and team did an amazing job on our minivan. They got it looking like new. Will definitely go back!

Unfortunately, very disappointing interior detailing; missed many obvious areas which I have to do myself - waste of money, do not recommend. Update: owner did provide a refund and offered to redo as was short staffed, so upgraded rating. read more

John did really great job. He is very nice and honest person. I just went there with this yelp reviews for inside and out detailing. Not very expensive and work done is very satisfying. read more

I cannot recommend A-1 high enough. I only knew of this place from the excellent Yelp and Google reviews. I must say I was a little hesitant due to the fact that there is no website or even, as of today's date, a sign on the building because it was painted recently, however the reviews are completely warranted. John could not be more trustworthy. He cleaned vomit out of my car seat and floor right away when I brought the car in without an appointment. The price was beyond reasonable, so much so that I gave him a little extra. I thought my car seat could be ruined but it came out looking and smelling like new. Thank you John for excellent service. The next time I need auto detailing (hopefully for a different reason!) I know right where to go. read more

John made my 14-year car look AMAZING! Inside and out! I thought I would need a new paint job because the hood looked corroded and dry. NOPE! My car was shiny lacquered black. Truly exceeded my expectations!! Worth the very penny (and the price was more than reasonable). Happy customer!! read more

John is a really nice guy who did an amazing job on my car. I would highly recommend him.

I recently just purchased a user car from a private party, and the inside was filthy. Called A-1 and spoke to John. John was super nice and accommodating to my schedule. When I picked the car up, it looked BRAND NEW! John did such an excellent job on the inside and outside of my car. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks John for being a decent person, not overcharging people, and making my used car look brand new inside and out! read more

John and his crew are very, very good at what they do. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and it was quite grungy inside with coffee and soda stains on the seats and the floor. John exceeded my high expectations and the inside looks wonderful. The outside also had minor scratches and marks. They were buffed out and polished. The car now looks sleek and new, inside and out. John worked with my schedule and was very accommodating with my drop off and pick up times. Also, and here's the best part, A-1 Auto Detailing gives you all this great service and meticulous workmanship at a very, very reasonable price. I looked at several other detailing shops and none could compare with the excellent pricing at A-1. So, if you want a fantastically clean car coupled with excellent service at a wonderful price, use A-1. read more

Brought a used car in that was FILTHY on the inside as well as the outside. WOW ! Couldn't believe the results.John and his crew did an unbelievable job on the interior. This was an old mechanics car that was dirty, stained, and just filthy. When we picked up the car you would never know it was the same interior. Couldn't do much to exterior as car was damaged with a bad paint job but still made it look clean. This place is top notch !! Which i had pics but writing from work. I normally don't write reviews and can Assure this is not a bogus review!!! Would surely do business with them again. read more

John and his team at A-1 is awesome! My white SUV had a lot of yellowish spots all over it. A regular car wash cannot take those spots off, I have to scrub very hard to get them off. The whole process takes a long time, and the spots would reappear. Then I was doing some research and found John's place. After reading all the reviews, I brought my car in hoping it would work, otherwise, I was prepared to get the whole car repainted. When I finally got the car back, the car looked brand new! Even the spot that once had a scratch mark on it had disappeared, it's like it was never there before! They applied a lot of wax on the outside, so the whole car felt very smooth and shiny. I was very pleased with the job that they did. I will definitely visit this shop again, and I certainly recommend it to everyone reading this review! read more
