For…read moreanyone who has ever had to do this before, you know that the vehicle must be "white finger glove clean." Glow Express was recommended to me and I am so appreciative. The attendant was very nice and friendly. I chose the "Ultimate Wash," because I wanted every exterior nook and cranny thoroughly cleaned. I'd washed the car in VT before driving to NJ, but I knew that it would need that extra step. The attendant handed me a bag with a lint-free cloth, two interior wipes, and an air car freshener. All I can say is, wow! I do not get those things back home and I pay $25 to go through the machine. This was an awesome bonus. The wash itself was very thorough. I go to a similar place in VT and I felt this place's machines did a better job. There was a lot more sudsing and getting the bug junk off. I then wiped the car down with the amazing cloth (superior quality) and used the air pressure to push any bugs and debris in the from radiator out. The vacuum was also high powered and excellent. All equipment was clearly well maintained. I was there at 10am on a gray Monday morning and there were at least 6 other customers wiping down their vehicles and more coming. Clearly the negative reviews do not match the popularity of this place. If I lived in the area, I'd pay the $40/m for the unlimited Ultimate wash, but they also have unlimited basic washes for $20/m which is truly a great deal. So how did the POV white finger glove test go? It passed with flying colors, largely in part to this great car wash.

I have two big dogs and of course it can take over 30 minutes to vacuum, clean the leather, wipe the windows and clean the doors etc etc when you are doing it by yourself but for employee Edward to say you need to hurry it up I am about to get a rush is hella rude especially when there were maybe 5 cars every 15 minutes if that and only one other person using the vacuum on side of the entrance to the car wash. I was immediately confused about how they were even tracking what I paid for versus what everyone else was getting. Turns out, it didn't matter. I got nothing extra. The car went through a basic wash, the job was sloppy, and the car was still visibly dirty when it was "done." The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, like they didn't want to be there. When I asked about the interior (which is supposed to be included), I was told the wash was finished and handed four quarters to vacuum the car myself. That's not "The Works." That's barely the basics. This was easily the worst car wash experience I've had. I genuinely don't understand what I paid for, and I regret spending the money. The whole operation feels disorganized and misleading. I'd strongly warn others to skip this place and take their business elsewhere. Edit: For anyone reading this, you can make your own assessment by looking through the reviews. There is a consistent pattern in the business's public responses to negative feedback: concerns are frequently dismissed as "silly," "fake," or unfair, and customers are often told they "ran to the internet" rather than having their experience acknowledged.
