I'm sure many people have come here, washed there car and simply left, which i have done for years. Today 2/27/2021 is my last time coming here. I had the honor of meeting the owner/manager. Wow the older reviews are spot on (sad to say). As the owner/manager walked by with a trash bin he says to me "don't people read signs anymore, we're closed when it's raining or snowing"?! Okay, but it was not raining or snowing (sun was out). My wife and I were a little confused. So my wife asked him if they were closed today. The Owner/manager said we're closed when it rains or if snow is on the ground then he proceeded to mumble and curse. Lol How about this instead of being rude and insulting. Just say we are closed and read one of our many signs. Lol I would rather drive 10 miles further than give this guy another dime. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Place is ok for a self washing place but I will say it is expensive I have a 4 door sedan and it ended up costing me about $16 all said and done at that point I'll go to a car wash and get it washed and not have to do a thing instead of having to rush to clean it because the timer kept running out and have to run to put more money in could not really wash my car the proper way I will not be returning but not a bad place if you don't mind spending about $5-8 more for a regular car wash and having to do it yourself and not really cleaning it since you have to rush read more

I usually don't give any bad ratings, but this is out of hand. My brother and I used to clean our car up in this place numerous times and would have no problems, at least nothing big. But it was until that time when my brother was there alone trying to clean our car inside out. Meanwhile, I was at home taking a nap. Eventually, just because my brother was "taking too long", the person working there (probably the owner/manager) came out and started to bs around with him. My brother told me what happened when he came back home. Look (my message to the owner/employee who cursed out at my brother), he was just trying to clean the car. The person working there told my brother in an unholy, unpatriotic, and unprofessional attitude to get out just because he was "taking too long". It was sad that my brother lost some change over this while he was forced to leave. At least it wasn't like big money, thank goodness for that. This place is honestly just unacceptable, Saturday afternoon so we decide to take the car for a wash in the first dock with the dryer, we put the money in and the hose started to work and all of a sudden the machine turns off and we put more money in it and low and behold it happens again. There are cameras in the docks and rumor has it the owner watches the cameras and turns off the wash welp the rumors are true. Not happy at all with the service of this place it is very run down and there is nothing to notify you that specific docks are closed or not working or there's just a scumbag owner who wants to make triple his money who knows but terrible experience very unhappy. Been going here for quite a while and finally stopped a while ago, whoever owns the business now should be ashamed for ripping people off. There is never any pressure in the wands, the hand scrub brushes are old and dirty and scratch the car, the soap is always empty. Absolutely horrible, in the middle of me washing my car with 7mins left on the timer they manually shut off the machine in my bay Only because I was using a rag instead of their shitty ass brush I was still using their soap from the brush. We put $2.75 a machine - alarm sounded and equipment shut off. So we tried a different bay that someone had just finishing using. Put in another $2.75, squeezed the nozzle- no water, nothing. The same thing happened to the people in the bay next to us. It was a Saturday afternoon, there's no phone # posted. I called the # found online, but of course it only rang and rang. There are cameras everywhere, so you know this creep has to be watching and controlling the machines from home!!! Terrible Experience, The service is very unprofessional and lack people skills. I took my car there to get washed and vaccumed. The way this place is set up is strange because you have to drive around in a circle after washing your car just to get to the vaccums. So I figured to make things easier I would turn my car around so it would face the direction of the vaccums. After completing that task, I had another task at hand with the so called "Manager" there. He blanently cursed me out for not obeying the apparent signs in the facility, when I actually did obey them.He then threw me out and told me to find a new place and if I returned to this place he would have me arrested for trust passing. read more

Bravo. Last time I came by, the last bay took a dollar of my change. I decided to give this car wash another chance, and this time, whoever is controlling the bays turned them off whenever I pulled in. Perhaps I insulted his or her mother without knowing? I thought each of the bays were defective until I pulled into a bay just behind someone else, and the machine that worked fine for someone else would not turn on for me. **DO NOT GO HERE!!!** I went here this afternoon with my mother to clean and organize our cars. I had brought a couple of bags to separate my belongings(clothes, books, etc.) into so I could take care of them when I got home. Aka, I was taking the bags HOME, not throwing them out! I proceeded to throw a small bag with old receipts and water bottles into the garbage can. Immediately an old sweaty man with rotten teeth came over to me screaming that I was dumping and to take everything but a quart size amount of garbage out and put it back into my car. I asked him why he was approaching me so angrily? We argued back and forth for a couple minutes. He kept screaming saying there are signs everywhere saying "no dumping". I explained again that I was cleaning my car and that the other bags were clothes and whatnot that I was not throwing out. He kept screaming that he didn't care and that I needed to leave. DO NOT...I Repeat..DO NOT go to this car wash!!! They will rip you off. Each car bay has cameras in them that the owner watches you from. My boyfriend and I went there and put $20 in the change machine that only gives you tokens to use at that car wash. Every time we would pull in a bay the machine would mysteriously turn off. It was a Sunday around 6:00 pm so we figured they turn off at a certain time. Frustrated, we left and said we'll come back another day to use the tokens. We went back today around 2:00 pm. People were there washing their cars so we figured everything should be fine...NOPE! The same thing happened again. So, this time we knew it was not a coincidence. We looked around for a phone number to call because we just wanted our money back, but there was no number. We decided to call the police. The officer that answered looked up the number to the business and when we called it just rang and rang. The officer even went so far as to look up the reviews and when she came back she said they're horrible and advised me to never return there. I WILL NOT ever return to this car wash and she also advised me to report them to the better business bureau. While we were there another man pulled in and we told him that the machines are not working. The man told us that the guy that owns the place watches you from his home and he can turn the machines off from there. This man is a criminal!! He is stealing from people and needs to be stopped!
