Owner AJ is friendly, approachable, and hands down the best person I've ever dealt with at a garage. From the initial phone call to the keys being back in my hand, the entire process was seamless and never once even hinted at triggering my car repair anxieties. AJ explained exactly what was needed, gave me dates and timing that he never had to alter, and even stayed after hours to make sure I got the car the day I needed it since it's the only car in the house. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved.
