I am sad to write this review as I was hopeful to have a better experience with this shop. It is true that he will take advantage of women as Brianna Scafe also wrote in her review so please stay far away. I went to his shop asking for a QUOTE on fixing some water damage in my car. He said okay and called me back a day later saying he finished the work and gave me the bill. I said ok fine. The car's electricity was also messed up and he asked if I also wanted to have that fixed. I said ok but PLEASE tell me how much it will cost before beginning the work. He began anyways and when I called him to get the quote he said he was still working on the car. I asked if it would cost anything for him to look at it and he said there would be a diagnostic fee. He did not mention this fee either of the times I asked him for a QUOTE. I told him to stop working on the car and he said if he was to then he would be leaving it as is, refusing to put it back together. The pictures show how he left it. When we arrived at the shop, he refused to accept a card and would only take cash. At this point it felt like he was being discriminatory not only of the fact that I am a woman, but also because I am a woman of color. I ended up taking the car to the dealership where they explained and showed me how he never even fixed the first issue that I ended up having to pay for. I have a 2004 Pontiac gto. Extremely rare car. Don't like just anyone touching it. But finally found a right place. They take care of it in and out. Very reliable and very reasonable prices. Would recommend this place to all of my friends that have performance cars and rare vehicles. Don't know why everyone is complaining about their service. I don't like to leave negative reviews but THIS place deserves 0 stars!! Please beware and take your vehicle elsewhere. We originally looked on Google and their reviews came up as 4.8 stars with 30 reviews. I don't know if a business can edit Google reviews and remove the comments they do not like, BUT that rating makes absolutely no sense. Our vehicle was involved in an accident and the insurance is covering all costs with this auto shop. Supercars originally gave us an estimate time for repair of THREE DAYS. It took them close to 4 WEEKS and the repairs were not completed. They constantly gave us excuses. The manager never wanted to speak to us, always an excuse of not being in the store (he was definitely avoiding us). The store would give our insurance, information and then change their story when talking to us. Do they not know that customers talk with the insurance companies for confirmation?! I could go on and on about this place but it's not worth the time. If you go here, you will regret it! read more

I have dealt with Supercars a couple times. Once my Porsche was fried due to rain got in and they took look at it, and basically Marcus was honest about it and felt completely comfortable with the verdict. Second time was with used car Jeep Patriot 2013 which he coated the bottom part to prevent further rusting, the price was fair so no complaint. Marcus seems to be an honest guy and I am basing on my reviews from the above mentioned situations. The negative reviews listed here for me confused a bit and wondering if there is another Supercar with the same name as the owner's name is Marcus and he is pretty present on day to day operations. I have not fairly evaluated their other capabilities, but based on my interactions with Marcus I trust that he will let you know as transparent as possible. Hope this helps. read more

Severe rip off. Over charged $1800 on what should have been $550 for parts and labor. Parts are broken less than 2 months after installation. They installed remanufactured carbon breaks that were garbage and lasted for less then 4000 miles of use. Avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars. read more

Scam ..:.. Came in for a non blinking check engine light they said originally wanted to charge about 600 and something dollars ! Ok ... then they dropped it down. To 400 and something . Kept my car for a day! When I come back the car is vibrating on idle , next day same lights come on ! I take it back and they say oh now the p0420 code is on ! They knew all along SCAMMers! Watch where you take your car ! Never agian will I go there , and I will let everyone I know not to go there . When I get my car back I expect the job to be done right ! read more

Save your money if you're going to get your windows tinted. They lure you in with a good price, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The little guy Marco very nice guy and good talker, he sells you on lifetime warranty if there's anything you don't like we'll tint it over and over till we get it right. Sounds good right??? Well my rear windshield had more bubbles than a fish tank, and brought it to his attention, then I hear no problem we'll take care of it, just tell me when you want to drop it off and we'll fix it. Dropped it off once before I went to work, came back at 5:30 to pick up I get told oh sorry we couldn't get to you today but bring it back any other day and I promise we'll get it done. Fine things happen I understand that..... Second time drop it off 8 am get a call at 11 we can't do it today our installer had a problem but don't worry bring it in tomorrow and I promise we'll take care of you. OK got me again, I will admit I was a little annoyed at this point, but I work in a high demanding service environment as an installation technician myself so again I know shit happens..... Now it's Wednesday, I drop my car off again no call no worries I'm thinking everything is getting taken care of, show up at 5:45 to get my car and guess what the same nonsense....we couldn't get to you today but I wanna make good so bring it back blah blah blah, I'm like what's the problem guys???? the slick talking mechanic is like well there's some imperfections in the window it's gonna take more time then I thought and on and on with excuses. Long story short lifetime warranty a LIE, they know how to tint windows LIE, I asked for a refund so I could take my car elsewhere which is a brand new car that has never been tinted, and they screwed it up........in their defense I did get half my money back which I wasn't expecting anything, but even if they had fully refunded me it still would not have been enough to cover what I was charged to remove the tint, let alone what it cost to retint it, which in total came out to 475.00 And worth every penny, should've brought it to the first place I knew would've done an awesome job instead I brought it to super cars for convenience of being close to my job..... Lesson learned. And to top it all off some poor guy was in the office with the same problem the last time I was there when I demanded my refund, don't know if they took care of him but I know he wasn't happy either..... Again nice guys at first, maybe even great mechanics I don't know and will never EVER try to find out. Window tinting definitely not their strong suit. My advice pay a bit more get a lot better quality elsewhere..... read more

To be honest, I don't know how this place is still in business. I dropped off my 2019 SRT Dodge Charger to get fixed and it's was damaged in the rear bumper. I waited over a month to get fixed and it after I CONTACTED them on fixing the bumper they finally got it done. Few issue I dealt with before the story took a turn: 1)Took forever to get the part in 2)Promised me an after market part but never forward with it 3)Completely unprofessional and couldn't even call me to contact me in anyway Way more to the story now, I get the car back and the bumper that was "fixed" had scratches above it. I called them to clarify that it was done correctly and "LEE" the owner was so hostile on the phone as if I was guilty! I let it blow over and I went to wash the car and I noticed 3 small holes in the front bumper and the car never had any in the first place. At this point I'm seriously angry because I was promised so much and nothing went in my favor, EVEN THOUGH I AM THE CUSTOMER BRINGING BUSINESS TO HIM. He starting getting even more hostile on the phone and then he said come to my shop aggressively. At this point I show up and first thing he says to me is to get the f*** of my lot if you you're gonna yell at me even though they did a poor job and the car came back more damaged with 3 holes in the front bumper. After scream battle with that 55 year old child, he called the cops on me and said he has surveillance on my car but won't check to see if anyone in the shop drilled the holes. The cops asked me to leave the property and I did without hesitation. Now that back bumper wasn't correctly fixed and the front bumper has 3 holes in it and he will not hold himself accountable. As for Lee (the owner) the most arrogant, disrespectful, small-minded person I have ever met in my life. I came to his shop and get service done that was poorly done and he has the audacity to get mad at me over it? Im taking legal actions to get the car fixed and get surveillance of the car being worked on. It's seriously a shame that he gets the upper hand, but businesses like these shouldn't be even in business because he's not for the people, he's for the money read more

TOTAL RIP OFF Im assuming Mark is the shop owner, who makes his money off of taking advantage of women that aren't aware of vehicle maintenance. My grandmother drives a 2015 Nissan Altima, and he charged her $900 for brakes. This was in addition to other services she did not need such as a coolant flush and fuel injector flush. I have a BMW and have never paid more than $250 (including labor)at my trusted mechanic.Now, I sold car parts for 4 years, and I have been a Business Manager for a very reputable dealership for the past 4 years. I am very aware of how much parts and labor should cost. You can go to the local parts store to get a fuel injector cleaner for $5 and pour it into the gas tank. He really sat there and argued with me for 10 minutes instead of admitting that he was wrong and took advantage of my grandmother. I let him know that this would be the last time that he would ever be able to take her money again. STAY AWAY read more

On September 28, 2018, I called at 8:00 in the morning to schedule tints done. I spoke to someone and they requested that I call back in 15 minutes, since their "tint guy" should be in. I did so and spoke to Marcus, the alleged "tint guy." Marcus schedules me for 3pm. I then receive a call at 12:27pm informing me that an appointment canceled and I can come in early. I arrive at the shop at 1pm, guy parks my car in the garage and tells me "the tint guy is on his way." I grab something to eat and return around 1:45pm and see that my car is still in the garage, untouched. Apparently, the tint guy had an issue and is still on his way to the shop. So I wait around until it's 3pm, my originally scheduled appointment. Still no sign of Marcus the tint guy. At this point, I'm annoyed at how much time I've wasted here. I get up and leave. Got my tints at another local shop with much better service. I suggest you do NOT take your car here. read more

I brought my Acura in due to an issue with my all wheel drive. They were quick to look at it and identify the issue.
