Had a problem with the starter. Owner was kind in towing car to the shop for free. Unfortunately, on the issue of price, owner was sensitive and got angry when I wanted a remanufactured starter instead of new. Quoted me at $1700. I took it to AAA right down the street, and they quoted me $1350. Owner's a decent guy but has a temper and is rude. I've brought multiple of my cars to them for a cheaper route it's never helped me in my favor it always will cost me in the long run, crappy shop and service I've had a car backed in too there and they play it off saying no cameras bla bla bla, also took my truck for the headers to get done that opened a can of worms for the last over a month not putting my transmission or motors dip stick back in and car came back with more problems then it had I suggested you do not bring any clean cars here it will come back messed up poor service it is sad read more

1200-1300 is a bit much for a jeep starter and spark plugs. Labor costs at 175 per hour is really high for the quality of work. Especially when you get the car back leaking gas fumes into the cabin felt like I was going to pass out while driving. When questioned the owner Jessy about price and brand of parts used he literally told me "you're pushing it! They're for your car!" Which most likely means he uses non OEM parts. I wanted to supply OEM parts and he said that'll void any warranty. Like really? I wasn't pushy or rude in the slightest either. Brought my car to get a resonator delete. Paid them 200$ to cut out my resonator and weld straight pipes I took off my exhaust to see why I was getting a hissing sound, found that they did a horrible job welding... looks like they did it blindfolded and did not even care -they did not take the exhaust off to fully weld the top part, leaving exhaust leaks. -welds were horrible towards the top, basically looked like they welded blindfolded -they took my exhaust clamps that were on those pipes -took my resonator -did not even bother to let me see the job they did, just took it off the lift and revved my car and gave me the invoice Do not take your car here, they are a "muffler shop" but seem to not even care about the work they do, get people in and out... read more

Had been coming here for a while. But recently I've been played stupid by these guys. Very very un professional and cant be trusted again. They made a balancing and tire rotation 3 times on our truck. And in the end the tires had 140g when they should have only had 70g. Big difference. Costco fixed the issue in 20 minutes. I can now see that these shops cant afford proper equipment. Cheap equipment, cheap work, terrible quality. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRE/WHEEL WORK. 50 bucks at costco by a certified tech. Hello Yelpers, I brought my 2003 BMW Z4 in to Rayco for two issues. The first problem was it was not starting consistently and the second was my gas gauge was only showing half a tank after a complete fill up. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours they called me and found the issues and said they had to order some parts. This particular year car is unique because some parts are hard to get, but Rayco was able to source them with no issues. When the repairs were done, I picked up my car and noticed that not only was it fixed but it was fully washed and detailed. The bill was also very reasonable for all the work that they did. The one thing that impressed me the most was that they picked up the phone, called me and kept the line of communication open letting me know where they were in the repair process. Got ripped off ended up paying $700 for a SIMPLE brake replacement job. Not only did I OVERPAY but my brakes were still very noisy. Had to go to a different shop to get them adjusted. Very disappointing....NEVER going here again. IF you still want to go here, please have him explain everything that will be done to your car so you wont be charged $700.00+ for something simple and elementary that should cost half the price. read more

Had these guys install a walker quiet exhaust muffler on my car two years ago. Recently I started noticing a loss in back pressure and a loud exhaust. I checked underneath and the exhaust pipe rusted through. The weld work is really bad. Weld wire was still on the pipes. Forget a warranty repair. If you can't weld a exhaust and you put Aluminum pipes on a exhaust you really need to get out of the business. Time to find someone reputable. read more

Most honest guys around. Started using them years ago when recommended by a friend. Took car to dealer for an oil change, said I needed work done to steering column and other things for $4000. Took to Rayco and was told the work needed to be done, but cost less than half. Never went back to the dealer again. read more

Terrible place. Brought my car in 3 times for window repair. Just got it fixed the fourth time somewhere else and had to replace the window entirely because they never replaced the parts. They just glued them back on which caused the window to keep breaking in the first place. Wasted 300-400 dollars fixing it there and then had to fix it somewhere else... Do not go here!!!!! read more
