I wish it didn't take a canceled order and the Yelp review to get a response, but Vincent went above and beyond to correct the situation and reach out to me. I received the parts yesterday in order to make the necessary repair for my long road trip. For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. I've been purchasing Ford OEM parts and accessories for years, this domestic supply chain like many others warehouse and ship their products the most efficient way possible. I've never stepped inside this brick and mortar location and probably never will but apparently they do process a lot of orders through the ford.com website when it makes sense. I recently received shipments from All American Ford and have had no issues, all the products arrived on time and in good shape along with documentation showing I had purchased and received genuine Ford original equipment parts. I took my ford transit van to Ford Dealership by my house in old bridge rt 9. On Monday driving home from work I smelled a weird smell but I didn't pay notice to it. Today I see smoke coming from the engine bay and decide to look and I find no oil dipstick, oil all over the valve , smoke accumulating from the engine bay. I got off the phone with element and they advised me to call the dealership back to have them tow the van and rectify this and stay in contact with them. I am in the towing business for 36 years, I have been using mostly Jerr Dan trucks the entire time. I had always purchased my trucks from the same dealer for 35 years. Until last year because they are retiring. I started using Dominick from All American Wrecker Sales for all my Jerr Dan parts ( the man is a Guru ) on parts for Jerr Dan. So when it was time to spec out a new truck I asked Dominick who to talk to about building a new truck. He put me in touch with ERIN , he switched me to her phone and I got voice mail. I left a voicemail in which she never returned so I called back two days later and asked to speak to whoever was in charge of wrecker sales and I got RANDY on the the phone he said I had to speak to ERIN and that she would call me back ASAP ( 24 hrs later ) I got a call back. The first call with ERIN went ok but she is clueless about the wrecker sales business. I was going over options that I wanted on my truck and she was unaware of some the options that were even available on a Jerr Dan truck. So she had her Jerr Dan REP Garrett call me. He was very helpful and basically helped me build the entire truck . Anytime that I put a call into ERIN it was either get her voicemail or I had to hear how S*&TTY her day was going or how she was fighting with co-workers. I felt so sorry for her I sent her flowers to cheer her up and never got a thank you or a reply . I ordered my truck in March of 2025 and didn't take delivery until February 2026 if I didn't call to check the status along the way , I would never know it , It kept getting pushed back for numerous reasons they said beyond their control. So then the truck finally comes in at All American Wrecker Sales. Two random guys delivered my truck not one being my sales girl. The Truck is beautiful but it is missing the front license plate mounting bracket required in NY. And has no ICC light (Clearance Light) on the rear of it. ( REQUIRED BY FEDERAL DOT LAW ) So I call RANDY cause ERIN is totally clueless what a ICC light is. Well it turns out so is RANDY ( The wrecker sales manager ) I explain to him what a ICC light is and even e-mail him a picture of a new truck that is for sale on his lot, with it on it. His answer to me is if the truck is suppose to have it the manufacture would have put it on. So I call the Jerr Dan REP and he informed me the truck is not sold complete by Jerr Dan and the truck builder should have put it on the truck. So I call RANDY back again and he gets a ATTITUDE ! Now we are only talking about a $20.00 light on a $160,000 truck and instead of just mailing me one, He tells me the wrecker builder will call me inference to it and straighten it out. Never got a call from the wrecker builder , so I put a call into All American Wrecker Sales and ask to speak to the General Manager. I was told it was a gentlemen named CHRIS and that he was in a meeting but he would call me back. YEAH THAT CALL NEVER HAPPENED !!!!!! The truck also had no high idle bump up on it, which any wrecker salesmen or saleswomen should know a wrecker needs, When I asked about it, I was told to drive the truck back two and a half hours each way to have it done. NO we are sorry we missed it. I had to take my brand new Ford wrecker to my local Ford dealer to have it programmed and pay for it. With no compensation from All American Wrecker Sales. So for customer service I give them a ZERO !!!!!! If you are looking to purchase a new tow truck or flatbed go to a dealer, That all they do is sell tow trucks and flatbeds.. I said I lived close by and knew a couple people who worked there (after buying there for 12 years) The salesman shut me down and didn't show me anything i requested. I had to walk out. I'll try to make this short. To start I will say we have bought 6 cars from All American since 2010 and 95% of our service work has been done there over the past 16 years. One of those cars is a 2015 Ford Explorer with the twin turbo V6 (Ecoboost) engine the we bought from All American as a CPO in 2017. About 3 years ago it had engine issues and we had work done to the cams for $4k. The truck only had 79k miles so we thought it was worth the investment. Less than two years later (last summer) the check engine light comes on again...same issue...thank God still under warranty. Fast forward to a few months ago the check engine is on again. My son not knowing any better takes it to the inspection station and they give him a full report of the engine diagnostics. Two errors indicate issues with the cams -again! We bring it to All American and are told it's not the cams (conveniently) - it's the timing chain and it will be $5700 after loyalty discount. This time I decide to get a second opinion. I take the truck to a local guy know for doing work like this and he quickly informs me there is nothing wrong with the timing and that the solenoid that regulates the cams had three frayed wires that needed to be soldered back on. Repair cost $320, engine light off, inspection passed. Now tell me - HOW DOES THE DEALER MISS THAT? These are the guys I get a notice from all the time that says no one knows my car better than them?!? Now I am beginning to wonder if I was scammed on previous work they did. Or are they too lazy to not truly investigate the issue? Furthermore, I can tell you that they supposedly did a mobile oil change on the same truck last May but after only 1500 miles the oil is the dirtiest I've ever seen and the oil life says 11% left. I have also taken my F150 in for scheduled service and rotating tires to them is front to back and back to front. THAT'S NOT ROTATING! Regardless, I think I am done with All American. I have seen a steady decline over the years. It seems like the bigger they've gotten the worse the service. I still believe in Ford and there are a lot of dealers in the area (including one in my town). Time to move on. read more

Disappointed First-Time Buyer Experience Diangelo D. As a 23-year-old purchasing my first vehicle, I was hoping for a more transparent and supportive experience. Unfortunately, my visit to this dealership left me feeling misled and brushed off. We had scheduled a test drive and were at the dealership for nearly six hours--(which I admit I did slightly snappy since I asked a question and was told to just pay and we will talk about it) an exhausting amount of time, especially considering we had already asked ahead about the final price if we decided to buy the car. When we arrived, we found out the listed price wasn't accurate. When we asked, the salesman, Stephen, admitted they post appealing prices online just to get people in the door. I appreciate the honesty, but that practice feels incredibly deceptive. On top of that, the car had visible damages--rust spots, dents, and paint chips, including a major dent that wasn't disclosed or compensated for. When I pointed them out, I was told "it's fine," which felt dismissive. Sure, some wear and tear is expected on a used vehicle, but these were significant issues that should have been addressed or at least acknowledged with more care. Throughout the process, Stephen seemed disengaged, especially once the financial part began. It felt like our concerns weren't taken seriously--possibly because of our age, or maybe he simply didn't care. He only seemed genuinely attentive when discussing money, and otherwise showed little interest in us as customers. Once the papers were signed, any remaining courtesy vanished. I'm happy to have gotten the car I wanted, but the experience left a sour taste. As a first-time buyer, I expected to feel excited and supported--not rushed, misled, or ignored. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves how they treat their customers, especially younger ones just starting their journey. read more

I was expecting a seamless buying experience but it ended in extreme disappointment. Judge for yourself... I looked at a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and called my salesperson shortly after the lot opened the following morning. We negotiated a price, they sent me the total cost sheet, and I called to confirm I'd buy the vehicle at the agreed price. I asked if a down payment was needed to reserve the vehicle as I could not make it back to the lot until Monday morning (dealer is closed Sundays). I was told it wasn't necessary and the salesperson asked me to fill out the credit application when I could. Approximately 2 hours later I texted the salesperson to let them know it was completed. I was then told, "So I went to pull the key and someone unfortunately is in the process of buying the vehicle. If it falls through I will let you know." I immediately called to speak to a sales manager who essentially told me there was nothing they could do. I was told they have other vehicles. So, they looked through their stock and sent me a vehicle with slightly higher mileage, similar options, and one year newer. But, here's the comical part... $5,500 more expensive. When I pointed out the similarity between the vehicles and suggested they honor the original deal I was essentially asked how that could be possible. In short, I negotiated a $1,000 off the total cost, we agreed to a the number, and I filled out a credit application, which of course results in a hard inquiry. Just to be told that the vehicle was being sold to someone else. My guess? The other customer was willing to pay full price so they decided to renege on our agreement. I'm shocked how a dealer network this size can lack such basic customer service, cohesion, organization, and training. I'm not a fan of online reviews as I'd prefer the situation to be corrected out of public eye. Unfortunately, this situation wasn't; so I'll at least hope to make some kind of impact for future customers by posting this. 1. Best case but least likely is that this is brought to the attention of senior management and there is a review of how they handled the situation and an overall review of how they handle inventory and negotiations. 2. If nothing else, prospective buyers should use this experience to tread cautiously and ensure they aren't blindsided like I was. Ensure you don't waste your time just to have a vehicle sold out from under you. And at the very least, don't let them run your credit for absolutely no reason. read more

I found the sales process to be quick and simple as there was not a lot to negotiate as they didn't have a vehicle in stock. I had to get a brake job on my F150, I was told being I lost brake fluid during this brake job I had to pay an extra $200 for a brake Flush, and they can't just top off you me fluid. Your good fluid needs to be flushed to put fluid back in? When I questioned this practice with the manager, he would not elaborate on his mandatory flushing policy, instead told me to go somewhere else for service. He was very keen to loose me as a customer for over 10 years than answer that question. So now I feel ripped off and disrespected. I brought this SUV new 14 years ago and ALWAYS maintained it... never missed an oil change and never drove it over 75 mph since I owned it... Their service department refused to help me and I feel strongly, that they took advantage of a single woman. I was told the Service Department Manager's name was Doug McHenry. I left two voice messages for Doug McHenry and I received no return phone calls. I spoke with his assistant, Brooke Ancona and she just insisted it was not their issue and appeared to be very bothered by my phone call! They towed my car back to my house and left me with a non running vehicle. I spent $3,700.00 on my SUV to fix an engine light and got back a car with a serious mechanical issue after they had my SUV in their possession for eight weeks. I have been an owner of a Ford vehicle since I was able to drive and have owned and bought new 5 different Explorers in my lifetime... this dealership is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever done business with read more

I'm currently sitting in there HUGE waiting area , I purchased my car here , and many others prior even when it was a " different name " dealership, currently I'm here to get 4 tires mounted and balanced as well as alignment, they have snacks waiting for you , free coffee and vending machines as well as free WiFi , also take a walk around and check the inventory ! I have had no major issues coming here . To start off, I would just like to say my vehicle was purchased in June 2023 from All American Ford POINT PLEASANT. I live a lot closer to their Old Bridge location but I was in the Monmouth county area when looking for a new car so I stopped into their Point Pleasant location. I purchased a brand new 2023 Ford Bronco sport (my first big purchase as a 23 year old 2nd year teacher) from Justin & he was amazing all around. He answered any phone calls with questions I ever had for him numerous times before during and after the process. Now back in January on a snowy morning on my way to work I got into a minor fender bender. The damages were very minimal but I assumed that once my insurance claim came through I'd look into getting the minor dent fixed. In February (before my insurance claim from the incident came through) my Sync radio & auto start from the Ford app stopped working & after speaking with a customer service person on the phone I knew I needed an upgrade on Sync in order to solve my problem. I was told this process takes an hour tops so I took it into their Old Bridge location. I was told that morning I brought it in, it would be an easy fix & could pick it up later that day so I left it there. I ended up having to leave my car there for 3 days before they fixed it. Now I understand everywhere you go these days is short staff but on the day I was being told I could pick it up I was also then sent a video of an inspection done to my car (it wasn't there for anything except the SYNC update) stating that my active grill shutters were broken, I was given an estimate that I could give consent to over TEXT MESSAGE to go ahead & begin the repair process. Along with that I needed an oil change (The car had 7,589 miles on it at the time) along with being told it needed a wheel alignment. I told them that I would just like the radio fixed up & that if these other things were covered under warranty that it would be okay to do so. At first I was told the wheel alignment wouldn't be covered because it seemed from a minor dent that I had been in an accident. They (pretended) to then get it covered for me as if they were doing me a favor. I never asked for these extra services in the first place, AKA they were just trying to make some money off of me. Flash forward to Presidents day, February 19th 2024, after discussing with my insurance company, I brought my car in to All American Ford Old Bridge to get a what I was told "a 10 hour job" done. 52 days later (I had to make 2 car payments throughout this entire process with no car) I am just getting my car back on April 17th. After numerous times I would text and text and text and call and call and call and would receive no answer. I went into the shop on several different occasions to get some answers & each time received nothing but apologies & still no answers. Finally managers Brooke & Rachel assisted us & listened to our concerns & got the ball rolling at the end of the process. Kaitlin was my original service advisor then towards the end of the process we were told she was "no longer with the company." She didn't answer our text or calls, she lied and told us she had been in contact with our insurance adjuster when at the same time he was asking us "Have you heard any word on the car? We call and get no response." There were 2 extra supplements entered in on the car as they worked on it. They were apparently finding more "damages" and things that "needed to be replaced. Again after about 6 weeks of nonsense, no communication & no further information we were assigned a new service advisor named Karen & I wish that all along she was who we got to work with. She was beyond attentive and texted me with updates rather than me having to call a number that they don't answer to non stop & copy & pasting the same text to send asking for any details or updates for 3-4 days on end repeatedly with no answer. It is a shame that this is how this business is conducted because of all of the constant advertising I see. It is also a shame that I will never be returning to All American Ford in Old Bridge. I would never and will never recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a car. read more

I think it's horrendous the way this dealership is exploiting a national supply chain crisis by price gouging the way they are. They're proudly posting $3000 dealer gouge charges right on the sticker price. This is no different than a gas station charging $20 a gallon during a hurricane, or a grocery store charging $25 for a bottle of baby formula. It's price gouging by definition and should be investigated by the attorney general. I've been a customer there for 20 years and they couldn't care less. Update: in response to the general manager's reply: I WAS THERE IN PERSON willing to talk, before writing this review. I purchased two brand new Ford F550 tow trucks from this dealership within 12 months of each other at close to $100k each and ran into a huge problem with Randy the sales manager and Dave the parts manager. I requested help with a part I needed for one of the trucks (2020 Ford F550) that should have been covered under warranty, but it wasn't. I reached out to Randy as he was courteous to me on my last two trips from Texas. He was eager to help me get my broken truck back on the road. Randy reassured me he would get the part to me as he wanted me to return as a customer and continue to buy trucks from this dealership. After giving Randy all the info he needed to get the part ordered just before Thanksgiving, but I had received nothing in the mail (keep in mind this truck was sitting at another Ford dealership since October broken down costing around $2000 per month payment and insurance) I followed around the second week of December and was told the part never was ordered. I spoke with a different parts guy that said he needed the same numbers I had previously provided. A couple weeks went by and still no part. I sent a text to Randy who sent me Daves number saying he had no idea what happened as he works in sales not parts. I called and spoke with Dave at the beginning of January who was dragging his feet to get the part ordered, also needed the same part numbers, but then wanted to be praised for expediting it to me (weeks later) at end of January. Dave called me this past Tuesday out of nowhere wanting my credit card to charge me for the part that was supposed to be sent to me as a courtesy. Dave ended up charging my credit card for around $830 without calling me prior to tell me how much I was being charged and Randy was cussing at me on text messages after I brought this to his attention. I will never return to this dealership. I was about to order a new truck this morning but Randy changed my mind. I hope other people take their business to a dealership who deserves it. I got a call A few weeks ago from a guy named Genaro (not sure I spelled his name right)... I usually hang up on car dealers. It was interesting, he wanted to buy me out of my old lease and put me in a new car... I have a few friends in the car business so what I know is what they do is roll over your lease payments into your new payments. He explained to me that he would show me all of the paperwork everything upfront... I told him what I wanted he called me back the next day with the numbers that I wanted and the exact car that I wanted. When I arrived at his office all of the paperwork was on the desk, the car was waiting outside for me to test drive. I was in and out within two hours... These people are for real. No games and I even met one of the owners in the service department. I was ready to go to Lexus or BMW for my next car, but I got incredible deal from American Ford. Thank you American Ford. Service department is incompetent and could use some training in customer service. I dropped my vehicle off as scheduled on a Thursday morning at 845 am only to be told they wouldn't look at the vehicle until Monday.... Why would I lose the use of my commercial vehicle necessary to work for 5 days just to have it diagnosed?? That coupled with bad attitudes and long wait times is pretty unacceptable. This in an update to my original review in response to Jason's comment s to my original review. Jason makes it seem like I took the ridiculous prices out of context I did not. I had no idea of the tale Jason told. I only was emailed the prices. I then call up the sales representative and asked her why All American's prices were so much higher than the sticker price. Her answer was because there were not a lot of Broncos currently available. In addition, in response to Jason's explanation, if anyone thinks a car dealer is going to sell a new car to a customer at list and then by it back used at a price higher than they originally sold it, I have a bridge to sell you. read more

Horrible sales team! As a returning customer who was returning a 24 month lease was offered a used demo model with less options for 300$ more than what we were currently paying. Returned the explorer with lower miles than we were allowed and charged a 395$ deposition fee. read more

Recently bought a car here. Our salesman was very good. The process was easy with no games played. We were patient and he was helpful. I drove nine hours to get my vehicle, as what I wanted was not around my area. They changed the bill of sale on me and tried to charge me extras. When they brought the car out for me, it had a spot on the rear fender where the paint was rubbed off of it. Their solution? "Well, you're not going to throw the deal for the car for that, seeing as you came all that way?" Then they tried to lie, saying the car was just scratched. They offered to reimburse me for either a paint kit or a portion of a body shop bill. I had it done before I stored it and when Stephen Kaye called me up to see how the car was doing, I sent him the receipt. That was when he stopped calling... not a big surprise. I had a huge issue receiving my title for the car. I could not drive the car for two weeks due to the temporary registration running out... As I was driving the car back, the paper car mat was sliding around because it's a six-speed. I pulled over to take the floor mats out, and here's the real joke... the mats say, "We take pride in your vehicle!" When I removed them, I found two holes in the carpet right below the brake and the clutch pedal. I had hoped that they would reimburse me for the paint issue, but I knew that they wouldn't. I've never had such problems result from buying a car as I have at this place. read more
