When I realized I had far too much gas to ship my car, I contacted the shipper and they recommended…read moreI come here. I called and the gentleman was very nice and his calm demeanor put me at ease. I was about 5 minutes away and they got me in quickly. The customer waiting area is spacious and very clean. There are magazines to read and they had on Drew Barrymore's Talk show. The price was very reasonable. I will make sure other service members know that this ecological option exists here, versus trying to drive around and add additional mileage just to burn off fuel.

I saw the BELOW COMMENT by the purported owner William posted Mar 10, 2025 .It caught my attention…read moreas Bill's picture is shown as the Owner's response, inferring that he is onsite. To my knowledge ,Bill retired and stepped away from GT automotive at least 6 years ago. I've been there a few times after Bill stepped away and more times prior to Bill retiring. Perhaps he is still the owner on paper, none of my business. I believed that the new owners were, Julie and her husband. I did not go to GT to make friends, but high quality work. However, Julie is rough, arrogant and lacks any semblance of HUMILITY and appreciation of customers. I stopped going to GT as the front desk woman "Julie" was consistently rude and dismissive. GT does great work, however, Julie was a terrible "Know It All" . ************* July 17, 2026- UPDATE - Responding to the "Owners" response to my post of July 4, 2026.... As to my standards and expectations, Customer Service is not limited mechanical work, it also includes respect, kindness, being treated with dignity. IMO, the "Owners" response to my comment reflects an unwillingness to accept constructive feedback, the need and desire to try to insult, rather than embrace, hence, reflecting a lack of humility, or ownership, full stop. In possessing a civil litigation background, I ask questions, not intended to put one on the defensive, as it may. Julie's husband (a seasoned mechanic) is kind. I just could not tolerate Julie, who works the front desk, and for the most part answers the phone calls as well. She displayed impatience with my questions. She is the conduit to the mechanics. In any business, the front desk gives the best impression on the appreciation of customers or lack of. Julie should be grateful and thankful that GT Automotive is doing well. This is demonstrated in having a high bar on respect and kindness to all customers. My comment should not be misconstrued as a vendetta as alleged, nor do I consider my comment a "bad review" as further alleged. It is intended to provide an opportunity for Julie to receive and accept the feedback in that this is how she may come across to some. Yelp Guidelines is to rate the "Overall" Experience. It is my first hand experience. Unequivocally, I am not a mechanic, nor is Julie. I had not dealt with Bill on my few last visits, as he'd long ago retired, at least 5 -6 years ago. Once again, GT DOES GREAT WORK. ********************* Business owner information William G. Business Owner Mar 10, 2025

Victory Subaru

Somehow, though I was initially hesitant to even give them a try, I got my 3rd Subaru from this…read moredealership. TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience. New management, absolutely different vibe--all for the better. Every single person I dealt with from start to finish was great; a square-dealer who did not waste my time or money. I am finally 100% satisfied with this dealership, and, should I go for a 4th Subaru (likely), I'll go straight to Victory. None of the same Service personnel that I used to deal with are still there, but the new ones--every bit as wonderful! I don't know what it is. They obviously take service very seriously, and it's memorably good. They kept the baby with the new bathwater.

I purchased a Subaru because of the brand's reputation for reliability and because I believed…read moredealership service departments would have the expertise to properly diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles. Unfortunately, my experience with Victory Subaru has completely destroyed that confidence. My vehicle developed a check engine light related to the catalytic converter system. Victory Subaru diagnosed the issue and replaced the catalytic converter. Less than a year later, the exact same problem returned. When I sought a second opinion from another Subaru dealership, I was informed that the catalytic converter installed by Victory Subaru was faulty and needed to be replaced. Think about that for a moment. I paid a Subaru dealership to diagnose the problem. I trusted them to install the correct part. The same issue returned, and another Subaru dealership determined the replacement part itself had failed. Yet instead of taking responsibility, I was left to fight for answers while being told I was just outside the warranty period. What makes this even more frustrating is that Victory Subaru's own records show they cleared the code and sent me on my way without resolving the underlying issue. I spent months dealing with recurring check engine lights, uncertainty about my vehicle's reliability, and conflicting information between Subaru dealerships. The most disappointing part is Subaru of America. Rather than standing behind a repair performed within their own dealer network, they essentially left me on my own. My household owns two Crosstreks, and we were considering a third Subaru for our teenage son. After this experience, that is no longer happening. Mistakes happen. Parts fail. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those situations. Victory Subaru and Subaru of America had multiple opportunities to make this right and instead chose excuses, delays, and finger-pointing. I am no longer a Subaru customer, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering Victory Subaru to think carefully before trusting them with major repairs. One star.
