If you don't want to worry about what happens to your car in your absence, go to GloboAuto (for 2 days while my BMW was in service, the guys sent me photos of what they are doing at the moment and I was calm and happy! it didn't sound strange, but transferring your favorite car to another garage for a while is always exciting, it's like when you bring your pet to the veterinarian!it's always nice to know that you are taking care of him in your absence, like this in this service! also a very important detail, the price tag for the work done was a nice bonus and you can always pay in gold or silver !! There were few times I brought my recently bought car to this shop back in 2014. Every time leaving Alex's garage I had a great feeling of a good service and almost at twice as less bill as you'd pay in Meineke for instance. Not too long after my cars purchase I took it in for a service as I was smelling burn after the engine reaches working temp. Alex called me next morning, as I dropped it off the night before, wrote me a bunch of stuff to be replaced. We did all that! ..but the burning smell resisted to go away. So I took it back later.. They did not find any reason that 'd cause burning, recommended to replace a cabin filter. That didn't help of course. So all I was left to do was to bare with it for a year. ..until I took my car to another garage owned Mexican guy. Turned out to be a leaking head gasket, which Alex have already included $$ into my first bill. Long story short, I can't think of ANY part installed on my car at GLOBO AUTO that I didn't replace later or didn't last too long. Overall, I really recommend their services! :) Car: Honda Accord Coming here since: 2015 Garages: 2, I think Wait time: Reasonable Price: Reasonable, and relatively low in area Speed: they work on the cars at a reasonable speed. For normal oil changes, I just stay and chill in their front desk area. I've been going here since Alex was the owner and always go here for car work from routine maintenance to diagnostic/fixing problems. All the people here are super nice, especially Ivan (new owner) and Joel. Their prices are pretty low for this area, so very reasonable (I think, about $25 for normal oil change). I had gone to a Meineke once (they were fine/nice there) because my car literally died from a dead battery. I paid way more for a battery over there, than I did for a replacement here at Globo Auto. Also, Ivan always fits me in whenever I freak out about a small problem--because I know nothing about cars. I mostly consult Ivan and Joel, who are both extremely knowledgeable. They explain the problem to me and always patiently answer my questions. Personally, I think they're the best, but I'm biased. read more

They're personable and passionate about what they do. They took time and effort to explain what's wrong with my car and didn't try to up sell me on needless services. Fair prices as well. Btw. On my drive to work one morning smoke was coming from my Goldie (525i BMW) at a light, I panic, made some calls and got referred to Globo by a family friend Fred. I arrived and was greeted by Ivan who was pleasant and reassured me he'd find the problem. Later that evening Joel returned my call gave me the total rundown and put me at ease that he could fix it and have my car back to me by lunch the next day. He walked me thru everything with his radio personality voice I loved it. These guys took care of me, made me feel welcome and let me know some other care options for my Goldie so she and I will be back. This place is awesome especially for German cars. Had brought my car over there to get it diagnosed and possibly built but after I told him what was the problem he pulled the car in and started scanning it for a while then proceeded to pop the hood look at the engine take some covers off then stand there and touched a couple things and looked like he didn't know what he was doing and then walked into the office and and was gone for 30min and I was standing outside just looking around and I was like what's going and went to go asked him what he found. Come to realize he was on the computer googleing my symptoms and trying to find the problem on the internet and once I called him out on it he said it was looking up parts but I saw with my owe eyes and my buddy with me saw it to and then proceeded to tell me that I need to leave the car for a couple days to he can figure out whats wrong so I was like no thanks and proceeded to take my take and leave. I I just don't understand how a shop owner and his tech was with him helping him look it up not know what there doing and the place has some nice cars around the lot come to find out most of them don't run or drive i wonder why. read more

I came in by a recommendation - Needed some work done and while there thought to get my oil changes. These guys gave an estimate that was more competitive than the others and seemed like they knew their stuff. Everyone was friendly and offered everything they could. Im so happy with their job!
