From the start, the team went above and beyond. Before I even made the appointment, they researched and sourced the right high-quality tires for my motorhome. Their pricing was outstanding -- easily the best I found. They accommodated my schedule by having me bring the RV in late in the evening before closing and had me back on the road early the next morning. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mike, and his professional, friendly team. Even though they don't typically handle big rigs, they took excellent care of my Verona LE. Not only did my car come back running great but it looked practically brand new because of how great the detailing came out. I believe I had the boss package detail which was around $150 but worth every penny. Car was showroom condition and smelled great inside. The repair costs were also very reasonable and cheaper then most other mechanic shops around the area. And I also checked out the used car side of The Carfather shop and ended up buying a cheaper car at a good deal with financing even though I didn't have the best credit. My overall experience here was really above expectations and the staff were straight forward with me and honest about all costs through the entire process. They said I needed to replace the windshield washer pump which would have costed hundreds of dollars. I brought my car here and they took a look and immediately after opening my hood said that was not true by showing me the motor was still running. Just tell them whats wrong and they will let you know if they can fix it and you'll be surprised on how low they will charge. I've been going here to service my car for at least 4 years. Every time I go to Honda to get oil change, Honda says I need other services. I recently went to Honda dealership the other day for wheel alignment. They say I need to replace my rear brake pads. Which sounds about right because last time I replaced them was 3 years ago. Honda wanted to charge $399 to replace rear brake pads and resurface the rotors. I didn't bother to ask how much to get new rotors because I know they will add at least another $700 base on my previous experience with them. I call Auto City and he quoted me $400 for brakes and brand new rotors. Services I had here over the years: replace spark plugs, replace transmission oil, replace brake oil, replace coolant, replace drive belt, replace brakes and rotors, replace front wheel axle, check AC for freon leaks, and recharge the freon.

They provided us with very thorough service records and a carfax. Dave also made sure that he oversupplied us with paperwork so that we wouldn't have any issues with the DMV in Mass upon our return. Highly recommend this dealership, both brothers run a class act operation here. Wish we had more of these family type dealerships in Massachusetts.
