A great experience! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile. Dropped my car off to Address a warning light. They later called me back to let me know that it was a software problem and had to take it to the dealership. They did not charge me. Huge thank you to the staff that helped me during a dangerous situation. My car died at the intersection right by the shop. The staff jumped in quickly and efficiently. At first they couldn't get the car to take the jump but with their persistence they got it started and moved over to the shop. In a timely matter they ordered a new battery and had me on my way. I had my right front axle replaced on my Toyota Rav 4 it was a difficult job they had a very hard time removing the axle it took 7 hours so I had to wait until the next day for them to put in the new one. Just the opposite of honest. Took my truck to fix a starting problem over the summer. Mis diagnosed and charge me $1400 to fix but it turned out it was a bad fuel pump and had to tow my truck back to the shop. Charge me an additional $300. Check engine recently went on was told the truck needed front and back brake pads and rotors and arms and oxygen sensors to clear the check engine light. Estimated $1600 to complete repair. STAY AWAY. This guy Joe gives legitimate auto mechanic bad name. DO your homework before you go here!! read more

I have been a customer here for years. I will never return again as this Saturday I was literally robbed. Whomever worked on my vehicle felt that it was okay to snoop around and also take what they want. How do I know this? Because when I dropped my vehicle off I had $15 dollar coins and 5$ in quarters all counted out. Once I got my truck back boom.. bout 5$ remaining. I love been doing all my own auto repairs for decades. So I'm familiar with the cost of parts and what's involved In The various repairs. But as I'm getting on in age I no longer have the desire or the time to do them. I've found that they are fair in their prices and do a good job in the repairs. Plus they are quick on returning the vehicle back to you. Been to many other repair shops were I wouldn't trust them to change my wiper blades let alone my brakes. when they say honest it is 100% true. neded brakes and 3 tires. got quote of about $1,000. about 3 years ago i went to pep boys and they wanted $1,000 just for all brakes. now 3 years later the brake part of the repair was about $600 (all new brake pads and rotors).this place is now the only place i will use except for warranty covered work. they now a new 2 car customer. i recommend this place. read more
