As a woman who knows very little about cars I am very appreciative when it comes to business etiquette such as theirs. They did a great job, it's running well and didn't break the bank. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop.
