Following the accident, I had to go to pick up my personal belongings from the car and release my vehicle. When I got there I saw a sign asking to make an appointment ahead of time. When I got there I was taken to my car and the man who helped me remembered the accident and asked me how my kids were. I got my stroller and everything I needed and was able to leave no problem.
