So I called roadside and this is the company I got stuck with. Car broke down literally 1/4 from my…read morejob. They said 45-75 min at 1:30pm.... At 3 pm they said 45 min. At 4 pm they said 45 min. At 5 pm they said 45 min. At 6 pm they said 45 min. At 7 pm they said 10 min. Car got dropped off at 7:45 at the repair shop. Nice. Oh and all the while I left the car in there with the key in it so they can put it in neutral.... So my car sat in a parking lot in Ocean County for 6 hours with the keys in it. 100 degrees out. Can you imagine if I was actually on the side of the road waiting? I will 1000% never use this company again and..... I'll make it a point to tell anyone how bad they really are. Don't so business with people like this. Completely unprofessional. Telling me. 45 minutes every hour. Who does that??

We called another local towing place and was told the wait was at least an hour. An hour and a half later they had not showed so we called Vinny at petro. Thank goodness! He showed up before the first towing company and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He watched YouTube videos with us and successfully got the job done. And not a scratch on the car. He saved our beach day and did it with a smile. Highly recommend Vinnie and Petro towing!

He said the next step was to get a new starter to be installed and he would come back and do it free of charge so I guess he must've known that he messed up. But then again I never heard back from him. He completely ghosted me and left me with a useless car. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional.
