His tow truck arrived quickly, and the he was not only professional but also friendly and courteous. He handled my vehicle with great care and made sure everything was secured. I appreciated his clear communication and helpful advice throughout the process. What stood out the most was the care and professionalism this man put in his job, saving my vehicle. ALBA TOWING IS THE BEST. THE OWNER IS A GENTLEMAN. HE TREATED MY 80 YEAR OLD DAD AND I WITH SO RESPECT AND COURTESY. My car would not start inside my car garage and so he came as quickly as he could, and he was able to jump start my car but he mentioned that because it was my dealership who had sent him it was his responsibility to bring it to the dealership or else he would not get paid. Now this was around 6pm the Saturday before Easter and while we were driving to the dealership I was informed that the service department was closed till Monday. When ALBA TOWING heard that he decided to take my car off the flat bead and use his equipment to successfully charge my car and fix me up so I would have my car back for my Easter holiday knowing full well he did this out of the kindness of his heart knowing he probably was not getting paid for his job. We need more people like this owner who put their customers before himself and I am grateful for him otherwise my Easter holiday and weekend would of been ruined. Early this morning, on my way to work, my car became completely disabled at a major intersection. I contacted my car insurance roadside assistance and they sent Alba to me. I could not have been happier for the service from this great company. Within 20 minutes of my call, the driver contacted me, he arrived 20 minutes later!!! The driver went above and beyond!! He was polite, helpful, reassuring and got my car off the road in minutes! Once my car was safely on the flatbed and we were on our way we had lovely conversation! I just want to express my gratitude. The quick response and professionalism displayed were top shelf. My Tesla died on the side of 195 and Alba Towing came to my quick rescue. They took caution and great care of my vehicle while loading it on the flatbed. Then took me to a Tesla charging station only to find out if the car is dead you cant plug it in. That didn't phase them one bit. He quickly figured out how to get the Tesla enough charges to allow the plug to be inserted and take charge. Saved me a whole lot of trouble and I am forever grateful. Louie came to my rescue today while I was stuck on the Manasquan Reservoir boat ramp without the ability to engage my truck gears. He managed to get my car in drive in order to drive home 40 miles. I got home safely and got the car to my mechanic. He called me to make sure I arrived home safely. Quick and excellent service at a reasonable fee.
