Enterprise fleet management dispatched this company late at night slightly after midnight guy came pretty quickly but only used jump pack to try to revive the battery when this didn't work he refused to use jumper cables because he said it was late and needs to go home (why you take requests at night when you can't complete them) even though his truck was much more then capable of doing it but refused said sorry and left very unprofessional and extremely poor service. read more

Scary. Some kind of weird scam and very upsetting.I ran out of gas. I called my insurance company. I requested 2 gallons of gas an hour later Amanda showed up with an empty Ken that only took one gallon. He wanted me to pay him five dollars. To get rid of him I gave him five dollars and he then, without any provocation, started to curse at me for what reason I don't even know, but I'm tempted to call the police right now because the guy was scary. read more

Very good, great price for towing! He was there very promptly. Very nice fellow. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! They have poor communication and customer service! They were scheduled to come change my flat tire, I had to follow up with them about their arrival time. Then I was told he had an accident at the last call. Had I not call I would have been waiting. read more

Amazing tow service!!!! Great price and They showed up in a timely manner even though traffic was bad. They safely towed my car and even helped diagnose the problem. Highly recommend this tow service and will definitely be saving their number as I found out they even do roadside assistance!! Thanks again!!! read more

Good people. I appreciate their professionalism and urgency. I have hired them several times.

I was waiting 3 1/2 hours for their road side service. They were contacted through my gieco insurance. I finally gave up and called a roadside service that was in town on my own not through my insurance. Fortunately they arrived in 10 minutes. If your insurance company contacts andrometer for your service please decline and ask for another service. This situation was extremely frustrating. read more

speedy, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Darrell Moore has all the tools for any job, on the fly.

wouldnt recommend, they were too lazy to put the bad tire back in its location and even left a note saying and spoke to the person that was servicing the vehicle.i even removed the spare tire for the tech ready to install, thought i would be proactive and help the guy out,its things like this make a company look bad, would give negative if i could. read more

Giving 1 star is because the lowest is just 1. I requested a road side assistance, after waiting for 1 hour, the driver asked me to wait for 15 mins, but later then, I HAVE ALREADY WAITED FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS! Between this 5 hours I have called them 3 times and the answer was they are on the road. When I did the 5th time calling, they said that they cancel the service, there was no ANY inform. I just waste my whole night waiting for the assistance! Luckily my car's battery was just dead in the garage, but what if i am driving outside with an emergency requirement? Completely 0 star, and AVOID this company! read more

One hour ETA, but as usual late with no end to their lateness in site. After an hour and 40 mins after 2 time changes. The dispatcher said they were at another job. The driver told Geico he was stuck in Construction. If you have a choice, dont use this company. Dont expect them to make an effort to be on time or even be transparent. read more

This review is for the post service customer support that was provided after service was rendered. Facing a key lockout situation, I was provided Andrometer LLC through my credit card's roadside assistance benefit. Luckily I was at work and at a safe place while not being able to access my car. When the technician arrived, he was able to unlock my car using conventional methods but accidently cracked my windshield from the inside. I wasn't sure how to proceed and neither was the technician, but all I could do was take photos and report the incident to dispatch. Dispatch connected me with the manager via email and I sent away a note with a photo of what happened. Eventually, we agreed on a workable solution to have my windshield replaced at an agreed upon shop and with reimbursement to happen out-of-pocket. That is exactly how it played out. I feel whole again, and for that I am here to tell Yelp that this company is honest and will stand by a situation if it presented itself. read more

This place deserves -10 rating. Absolutely pure garbage of a company. Employees are straight LIARS. I waited for over 4 hours and they never showed up. They called and texted that someone was on the way, then the person was delayed and then they never showed up. I had to pay out of pocket to be towed home (should have been free as I have roadside assistance with my insurance). So I called the company once I got home and they had the audacity to say I wasn't in their system. I will tell you myself, I cussed his ass out, hung up, called back and got the same dummy again. He tried to have me on hold for a long time but I hung up again and called back. Now she's claiming she doesn't see me the system, I tell her well you have called and texted me. Your last text said to call because you wanted to talk, so let's talk. Needless to say, she tried me and she got the business too. This was such a bad experience, I got AAA plus roadside assistance soon as I got home and will be canceling my insurance policy and going with another company because when I called Mercury Insurance for help, they were useless as well. read more

THE SUMMARY: Lied to me repeatedly, and left me stranded for OVER THREE HOURS in the middle of nowhere by the side of a highway until I decided to cancel. THE STORY: I ran out of gas at 8:30am, so I put in a request through the Geico app for gas (not even asking for a tow truck), and I eventually got paired with Andrometer, LLC. Their ETA was over an hour (just for gas): 9:41am. This was my first time using Geico's roadside assistance service, and based on my very positive experiences with AAA before (which I no longer pay for but am strongly considering switching back to), I assumed it wouldn't actually take that long. At 9:03am, I called Andrometer's dispatch number to let them know where exactly I was, and the lady didn't even see my vehicle in her system until a couple minutes later. She told me the truck driver, Jermaine, would call me. 15 minutes later, he did. Told me he was 30-35 minutes away. By this point, his new ETA (about 9:50am) was later than what the app had told me. I waited and waited. I called at 10:05am to check where he was. He said he was now 40 minutes away. 40 minutes away?! How does that make sense? He said his previous ETA was "based on no traffic". What maps app gives you an ETA based on no traffic? Keep in mind this wasn't during rush hour. He was lying to me. I checked the Geico app again, and the ETA was now 10:26am. He said he was on the Bay Bridge but was on his way. I waited some more. By this point, I was already hours late for work. I hadn't had breakfast or coffee. My phone was dying. At 10:32am, he texted me saying he was in Daly City. I looked on Google Maps and that was still 17 minutes away. Six minutes later, he said he was THIRTY-ONE MINUTES AWAY. I was livid and canceled the request. With my phone at 7% battery, I downloaded the Uber app and requested a ride to the nearest gas station (a 50-minute walk but a 5-minute drive). Once I confirmed that the driver was on her way, I went to the gas station, bought a plastic gas can, filled it with gas myself, and got a ride back to my vehicle where I successfully started it. I drove back to the gas station, filled the tank, and at 11:30am--a full three hours after I ran out of gas--drove to work exhausted. Thanks for completely wasting my time, Andrometer. I filed a complaint against you to Geico. --- EDIT: After reading every single other review on here (40 reviews), I'm not even sure this is a real towing company. There is zero evidence that they actually even show up or do anything. They just give you false ETAs for several hours (literally OVER A DAY in some cases), and either you will cancel the request or they will cancel it themselves with zero explanation. Then they don't respond to your calls. I'm fully convinced this is a scam. read more

The worst service ever!!! The worst customer support ever!!! They treat you like garbage! I got a flat tire on a highway. Andrometer - Horrible service - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Helmetta, New Jersey

Car parked on the side of the road and wouldn't start after jumping it. Requested roadside service through GEICO on a Sunday afternoon at 3 PM and was assigned Andrometer for assistance, ETA 45 minutes. They don't offer live tracking. After an hour I called and was told the the driver's truck broke down so they are dispatching a different driver to me, ETA 1 hour. 5 hours later and no one ever showed up. They never answered their phone and GEICO kept giving me 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. no idea where these ETA's come from. 30 degree weather outside, thankfully I was close enough to walk home. Complete waste of time. Unreliable, don't even bother with them. read more

I can't believe that Geico roadside assistance is contracting with this provider. I really question their legitimacy. They're based in NJ while I needed someone to unlock my car (keys inside) in CA. They never showed. Kept politely saying another half hour and making excuses. Eventually, I canceled and had Geico dispatch a different provider. I went on Yelp and see that almost everyone has the same experience with them. It's incredible that they've secured such a large contract as Geico. Geico should also get a negative review for calling this service "roadside assistance". If you're stranded, this company is "roadside trauma." read more

Rip off out the gate had to verify my account payment before they would send anyone to help.. Very rude unprofessional by all means. Ok had to pay an extra 200 to get my keys out of my running vehicle and on top of that it took them 1 hour to get to my house.. Then when I found out that they only pay there employees $17 a job and then still have to pay taxes. So if you want some help don't call them your in-store for more trouble and you'll be waiting and paying more than if you waited .. read more

ZERO STARS would be generous. I don't know how they manage to stay in business. Extremely unprofessional & show complete disregard for your time.
