Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. I knew this because I already had a chain auto repair place replace the starter about 8 years ago. So, I went looking for a tow-truck to tow it to the same facility.....Mandy's was the closest. As I was looking up the phone number I saw Towing AND Service Center. I decided to give Mandy's a shot. The tow truck took a whopping 9 minutes to arrive. Tom, the driver, was super courteous and professional.....also very respectful of my property and car. He did a great job picking up my vehicle. He asked if I was needing a ride to the garage - I said No....I would just call them. Mandy's called back in a few hours with an extremely reasonable estimate - I approved the work. They were done EARLY, part replaced correctly, no extra up-selling.....and they charged exactly what they quoted.....and the tow - was extremely inexpensive from what I'm used to. Mandy's may have had some issues a few years ago, but rest assured - my experience with them couldn't be better. Oh yeah.....their price WITH towing was around HALF of what the chain store was 8 years ago. What more can you ask for?
