Thank God for Mr. Hook! Our car went over some metal on 287 S in Bridgewater and we ended up with two blowouts. We called AAA. First they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Then they said they would be delayed until 7:00 PM. We initially called them at 3:00 PM. At 5:00 a tow truck driver was driving by and stopped us and asked us if we needed help. Wow! Mr. Hook Towing saved the day! First, they picked up the phone right away and immediately asked important questions I hadn't thought about. After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Motorcycle battery died on me in the middle of 287. After not being able to find a way to tow it I came across Mr. Hook towing and my night was saved! They responded quickly to my request for help, Luis, the gentleman who handled my towing, was extremely polite and friendly. He made me feel confident that everything would be ok with towing the motorcycle back home. He went above and beyond to ensure the motorcycle was strapped down properly and securely. My night that was already quite long at least ended with ease of mind thanks to Luis and Mr. Hooks Towing! Excellent service! I would highly recommend this towing company. My husband got a flat tire while driving on Rt287. He called the roadside assistance that we have & for some reason they couldn't locate him (he was in the weight station, no way to miss that). He waited 4 hours & 3 tow companies that roadside assistance sent never arrived. I looked up towing services & Mr. Hook was one of them. I called & someone picked up immediately. I told him where we were & he said he knows exactly where that is, told me about 20-30 minutes. They showed up within those 30 minutes. 1/18/25 Needed to have my car towed from scene of accident to my house. Called Mr Hook Towing. Owner (Luis) responded to my call very quickly. Took info as to where car was located. Promptly sent one of his workers to accident scene and arrived at my house and placed car in driveway. Driver of flatbed was kind enough to find a way to access items in trunk (which could not be opened from outside car) and even helped to take items out.
