After me and my seventy year-old mother came down to pick up a vehicle that was stolen and recovered. She started to yell at My mother. At that point, I got upset with her and told her very calmly not to yell at my mother. She threw me out of her office! They should do a better job of hiring employees that interact with customers. read more

Car broke down on way home to Connecticut AAA requested Anthony's to service our needs. Tow truck on the way, AAA then advised Anthony's that there were Two people that needed transportation. The driver then returned to shop and switched vehicles for one to accommodate two people. Driver Tyler arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to secure our vehicle and told us that we could be more comfortable in his vehicle. Tyler had approximately 100 mile trip in which during this I would like to say he was Professional, Courteous and Friendly,made our trip home enjoyable. read more

on Easter morning, my electric car needed charging and I went to charging station that was non-functional. The next charging station would have been too far for me to travel to without running out of battery life. Anthony's towing was dispatched to rescue me, with an estimated time of arrival (58 miniutes). I received notification from Anthony's towing that the job was received, and within 5 -7 minutes, the owner himself pulled up. He was a God sent to my rescue. He didn't know that I am a pastor, but he said that he felt the need to come to this towing. I am so delighted to know that he followed his God sense, instead of common sense. My day started out Great. Afterwork I drove to Payton (just northeast of Colorado Springs). It was snowing but not too bad. As I was head home on Hwy 24, had my 4 wheel drive on was doing 25mph I hit black ice. The car started to fish tail so let off the gas and tried to correct it. The car started to speed up and fish tail the other direction. So I light tapped the brake tried to correct it and started sliding down an embankment. Simultaneously I did a 180 came up on 2 wheels, said "oh shit God please don't let me roll" the wheels came down and I slid backwards. I told God "I don't know where I will end up but please help me." For about 5 seconds I was at peace and relaxed when I hit the tree. About 30 yards behind the tree was an RV so I am glad it was a tree and not an RV at the RV park. Got out of the car... was so shaken I didn't even remember to call 911 the 2 guys that came to help me even reminded me to put on my coat. Anyways 911 said cold reporting and call my own tow truck... so I googled tow trucks close to me. The first one the line was busy and the second one Anthony was right around the corner. Anthony told me that his guys were calling for help and his girlfriend was super confused as to why he was in Payton. He said something told him to park wait. So he did. And about 2 minutes later I called him. So not only did God save me in the wreck He had a tow truck waiting to rescue me and calm me down and Anthony could only take me out of the bad roads to a Walmart so I could tape stuff up because I didn't have fee to atleast get to Pueblo because I live 2 hours away... but he stayed with me until I came back from getting some tie downs and even helped me make my car drivable. He is also working a payment situation plan with me. I finally made it home around midnight. So God saved me from rolling, let me wreck in the safest way possible, provided 2 guys to keep my head straight, gave me a tow truck driver to answer my distress call, provided me with an Amazing group of Sisters to help me figure it out and testudo, got me home safely with no bumps or bruises or scratches from the accident. That is How Amazing our God is. Anthony was the BEST tow truck driver I have ever had. Sweet and kind. Like a Big Brother really. I would recommend him a 1000 times yes. If I could give a gazillion stars I would. Call him you won't regret it. read more

These guy are awesome and extremely genuine and caring! They saved my butt this past Sunday night. I unfortunately had two flat tires and every towing service I called was either closed or very unhelpful. But as soon as I needed help and called Anthony's towing, someone was on there way. As soon as the driver got there, I got out to help him pull up my car, but he insisted that me and my buddy just sit in his car and warm up. Then throughout the ride the tow ride, the driver was very pleasant and talkative and even gave me a great rate. Overall an exceptional experience and if you ever need a tow in the area..... I don't know how these people tow cars , but I can tell you one thing. If they tow cars like they towed my motorcycle then stay away from them . I called them for a tow on my motorcycle and the first question I asked them was " do you guys tow motorcycles"? They said yes ...well when the guy came with the flatbed he had no idea what he was doing ... he strapped my bike down wrong on the flatbed and bent my kickstand. They charged me 120 dollars to go 8 miles with my motorcycle and then I had to get my kickstand replaced which was damaged due to the tow truck drivers inexperience and that costed me another 130 dollars. So my advice would be to stay away from this company especially if you are having a motorcycle towed. read more

Quick response!!! Can't beat his prices!! Was stuck on Christmas Eve after 10pm with my child and I called Anthony he was out to me within 15 minutes. Very professional and polite. These guys are awesome! We came back from vacation to a dead car at Newark Airport. Nobody would tow us out because we were parked in the garage and clearance is low. Never thought I'd be writing a review for a towing company with good graces but here I am. Stranded on a Sunday night going south on the 1 & 9 and Anthony was the only one that was kind and helpful enough to come get us on an extremely cold night before a storm came through. Extremely courteous and thoughtful once he arrived. Showed that he actually cared about our safety instead of just coming to get our money. We even had to ask him to take us further than initially planned but he charged us the same amount. Rare to see a tow truck driver do that. He was honestly better than most uber drivers I've had. Next time I have a disabled vehicle, I hope its in Jersey just so I can use Anthony's Towing. read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was in New Jersey visiting a friend for a weekend, and my car broke down from a dead starter. I called Anthony's Towing because it was the highest rating towing company that I found on Google. This was the first time I ever had my car towed, so you can imagine the fluster and frustration I was going through (needless to add that I was in a different state and had to get back to Wisconsin the next day for work.) When they showed up, FIRST THING they did was check and see what was wrong with my car. They confirmed that it wasn't a dead battery and was indeed the starter. After checking that, then we towed my car. I have never thought that a towing company can be more than just tows. When in the truck, I explained that I was going to a shop because it was highly rated and close to where I was. When we pulled up to the shop, the driver said the specific shop wasn't a good one (took very long for service and overcharged, not reliable) I was shocked to hear this! He then called up his trusted mechanic, and got me in for a quick appointment. Because it was close to where we were, he didn't even charge me extra. I woke up that morning feeling lost and frustrated (How could this be happening to me of all times?!) Anthony's Towing really eased my worries and took care of me like I was one of their own, even when I wasn't from the state. I really appreciate that! read more

Had a lovely dinner in the iron bound section of Newark . On our way home, the car broke down on route 22. Called Anthony and he was there within 30 minutes.
