Simply put this company and excellent and if you need a tow or assistance with your vehicle not starting you need to call them. I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are. Just want to say thank you so much to the entire crew there for getting me home safe and with a feeling of integrity in their work and trust. Kudos to this place, I love them! Eva M. Iadarola

Mazda collaborated with AAA and that's how Quality 1st came into play. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Highly recommended.

I called my insurance company but the company they provided couldn't assist me as I needed the car towed back to NY. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY. I would highly recommend this company as the service was great and pricing was reasonable.

I am a Sales Representative and I stopped by with my manager to introduce our company and discuss maintenance and supply needs. The shop was busy, and upon arrival I parked in a spot I believed would not interfere with operations. In hindsight, I acknowledge the parking may have been improper. When it was brought to my attention, I immediately apologized and took full responsibility. However, during the conversation inside the shop, an individual who appeared to be in a supervisory/owner role said: "So you come here in a Tesla..." and "The Indian decided to come to my shop and park across three spots like that." I had already apologized for the parking issue. My race had absolutely nothing to do with the situation. Referencing my ethnicity in that context was unnecessary and inappropriate. If my vehicle needed to be moved, that could have been communicated directly and professionally, and I would have done so immediately. Instead, the interaction escalated to include a racial remark, which made the situation hostile and unprofessional. I am not posting this to create conflict, but to accurately document what occurred. Professional disagreements should remain professional -- without racial commentary. I hope ownership addresses this appropriately so customers and business representatives are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
