I was up in NJ visiting when I realized that my car was due for an oil change. As I was almost…read more1,000 miles from home, I didn't want to wait until I returned home, so I chose to go to Fastrack based on the reviews of other Yelpers. I gave Fastrack a call to check out their wait time, and though it was less than 30 minutes the afternoon I called, I was told that if I came first thing in the morning, it would likely be quicker. So taking that advice, I arrived just past opening time the following morning. I received a very friendly greeting upon my arrival, my information was taken, and my car was quickly taken to the bay for service. I was told that I was welcome to coffee or cocoa, all of which were available in a very clean looking coffee station area. I liked that they offered about six varieties of single serve coffee which you made fresh for yourself. Also in the comfortable waiting area, was a nice play area for little kids, which also looked very clean and organized. As I was the first car in to the shop that day, my service was quick. From the time I first walked in, to the time my keys were handed back to me, was just about 18 minutes. The guys seemed to do a great job, and my car was clean and neat just as it had been before they worked on it. I definitely recommend, and I would return to this Fastrack if I was in the area again and needing service.

Excellent coffee with a wide variety at a very reasonable price. Occasionally, QC runs a $1.99 promotion for any size coffee, which is great. They should implement this on a more frequent basis. Now what separates this particular store from the rest and their competitors is the people employed here. Jeannine, who is the manager, is personable and does an outstanding job ensuring that the store lives up to the QC brand, which it clearly does. I enjoy chatting with Patty each morning. Incredibly nice, always helpful when needed, works exceptionally hard and I have seen her handle a wide variety of tasks and does each one exceptionally well. In fact, I saw her working the register last week. Jason also is very personable, works hard and always wears a smile. While I do not know everyone's name, all of the employees at this store work hard, treat their customers with respect and are very helpful. From a customer's perspective, everyone seems to work well and as a team. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to all of the gas attendants at the Morganville store. They are equally friendly and work extremely hard in all conditions. I highly recommend this store.

He checked what type were on my car, Ordered them for us and had them the next day. He came out and put them on for us, and a trip all the way down to the dealer for stupid wiper blades (a 25-30 minute drive) averted! Excellent customer service at this place. Since I'm smart and handy or whatever, I got under the hood of my car - itself a predicament that warrants watching a YouTube video. Btw it's not just me - this one time back in the day when I went to get my oil changed at a lube spot, the mechanics there couldn't get it open either lmao. Welp once I got under it I noticed the coolant reservoir was bone dry. As in there was a leak not as in I don't know how to keep coolant in my car. So I called over to AutoZone to confirm they had the right coolant in stock. BTW shout to them for still being open at almost 10pm by this point. I Ubered over, got the product, Ubered back to my car, filled it up and drove home with my hands on the wheel and my cheeks clenched tight. When I woke up the next morning there was a fun puddle of blue stuff in my driveway teehee.
