They do their best to replace it, a bit backed up and slow in doing so, but it was eventually done, shouldn't took this long but that mainly due to salesman's skill sets. There is a limit to what they can do as a service. Simple things like replacing wipers and battery is within their capability, during my time the, I do see hem helping customers with headlights and such. Since I'm smart and handy or whatever, I got under the hood of my car - itself a predicament that warrants watching a YouTube video. Btw it's not just me - this one time back in the day when I went to get my oil changed at a lube spot, the mechanics there couldn't get it open either lmao. Welp once I got under it I noticed the coolant reservoir was bone dry. As in there was a leak not as in I don't know how to keep coolant in my car. So I called over to AutoZone to confirm they had the right coolant in stock. BTW shout to them for still being open at almost 10pm by this point. I Ubered over, got the product, Ubered back to my car, filled it up and drove home with my hands on the wheel and my cheeks clenched tight. When I woke up the next morning there was a fun puddle of blue stuff in my driveway teehee. Highlights of this store: -open late -well stocked (this was the only place that had the European coolant I needed) -good pricing -helpful employees In case you were wondering: Busted hose, thermostat housing crack, a lot of money. New management, absolutely different vibe--all for the better. Every single person I dealt with from start to finish was great; a square-dealer who did not waste my time or money. I am finally 100% satisfied with this dealership, and, should I go for a 4th Subaru (likely), I'll go straight to Victory. None of the same Service personnel that I used to deal with are still there, but the new ones--every bit as wonderful! I don't know what it is. They obviously take service very seriously, and it's memorably good. They kept the baby with the new bathwater.

I purchased a Subaru because of the brand's reputation for reliability and because I believed…read moredealership service departments would have the expertise to properly diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles. Unfortunately, my experience with Victory Subaru has completely destroyed that confidence. My vehicle developed a check engine light related to the catalytic converter system. Victory Subaru diagnosed the issue and replaced the catalytic converter. Less than a year later, the exact same problem returned. When I sought a second opinion from another Subaru dealership, I was informed that the catalytic converter installed by Victory Subaru was faulty and needed to be replaced. Think about that for a moment. I paid a Subaru dealership to diagnose the problem. I trusted them to install the correct part. The same issue returned, and another Subaru dealership determined the replacement part itself had failed. Yet instead of taking responsibility, I was left to fight for answers while being told I was just outside the warranty period. What makes this even more frustrating is that Victory Subaru's own records show they cleared the code and sent me on my way without resolving the underlying issue. I spent months dealing with recurring check engine lights, uncertainty about my vehicle's reliability, and conflicting information between Subaru dealerships. The most disappointing part is Subaru of America. Rather than standing behind a repair performed within their own dealer network, they essentially left me on my own. My household owns two Crosstreks, and we were considering a third Subaru for our teenage son. After this experience, that is no longer happening. Mistakes happen. Parts fail. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those situations. Victory Subaru and Subaru of America had multiple opportunities to make this right and instead chose excuses, delays, and finger-pointing. I am no longer a Subaru customer, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering Victory Subaru to think carefully before trusting them with major repairs. One star.

Immediately after noticing the damage, I contacted Valvoline customer care. I was placed on a three-way call with the store manager, who--before even reviewing a single photo--dismissed the incident by saying it "sounded like a rock" caused the damage. After I submitted photos and went in person to speak with Matt, I physically demonstrated to him how the bar lined up exactly with the scratch. He acknowledged this at the time and told me he would follow up with quality control by the end of the day. Later, I received another three-way call with Matt and customer service, only to be told my claim was denied because video footage supposedly showed no damage. When I requested to see the video, I was refused. To make matters worse, Matt contradicted what we had just reviewed in person, suddenly claiming the bar did not match, despite my clear demonstration. This behavior came across as evasive and dishonest. My car is brand new, and I know every detail of it. The damage aligns exactly with the hood bar, and I also have supporting video evidence of my own showing this. Instead of being treated fairly, I have been dismissed, gaslit, and denied transparency in the review process. Not only have you lost a LOYAL customer but youve tainted my entire experience of trusting a company with my money.
