Came here to replace a dead car battery, unlike before this is a impromptu visit without any prior research on the shop other than a news article of why autozone manage to beat the odds of staying open and make profit in this day or age, undefeated by large retailers like Walmart and Target.
We imagine it's their service.
So we came, they tested my existing battery for free, making sure how dead it is. I end up purchasing their most expensive battery bit because their salesmanship but because I want the best for my vehicle.
They do their best to replace it, a bit backed up and slow in doing so, but it was eventually done, shouldn't took this long but that mainly due to salesman's skill sets.
All staffs were courteous and helpful, the location is located at a busy intersection by Goodwill, plenty of parking, if you need service, park by the front.
There is a limit to what they can do as a service. Simple things like replacing wipers and battery is within their capability, during my time the, I do see hem helping customers with headlights and such.
No dedicated tech support, the salesmen are the tech.
