Absolutely terrible unprofessional no communication Within management and Personnel on phone…read moreorders. Ordered a product a week ago on the phone with store associate was told no problem, we will have it ready for you in a couple days couple days later I call up yes we have it it's here and it was even described it to me over the phone I said thank you I will pick it up as soon as I have the time. I call up on the way there after work assistant manager answered phone I asked to double-check the items that I called that we're ready and make sure that they're there because I'm on my way. He says they're not there and that product has to be paid for in advance had I known that it would have got taken care of the first phone call I made with them a week ago very unprofessional. Customers that order a product confirm it on the phone called several days later and confirm of its arrival and availability in stock to come and pick up then later find out that it never took place and on top of that a deposit has to be put on it. I have never been to this location nor will I dare suggest anyone else to do business here buyer beware the store has a lot of laundry within its walls to clean before it can be called a business. I oh this review to the assistant manager who is well deserved in retraining his staff on store policies over the phone. What an utter and complete joke this whole week was thinking I was going to pick up my product that I was told was there.

Three Strikes -- I'm Done With This Location…read more I've gone to the Valvoline in Bound Brook, NJ regularly because it's close to home. Even though my dealership in Wayne, NJ offers free oil changes, it's too far to be practical for regular service, so I've relied on this Valvoline for the convenience. The team is friendly, and the service is quick, which I appreciate. But as far as I can tell from tracking my visits, after the same issues happening three times in a row, I can't trust that I'm getting the full service I'm paying for -- and I won't be going back. The first thing I noticed was that my oil changes felt too frequent. When I checked my credit card statements, I saw I was getting oil changes way more often than I should. My car takes full synthetic oil, which should last about 7,500 miles, but each time, they set the return sticker at just 2,500 miles -- that's 5,000 miles early. When I asked about it, the attendant said it's their way of helping customers "avoid going over." But without telling me they were doing that, it just caused me to get unnecessary oil changes and spend more money. Then there's the tire pressure check, which is supposed to be included. On each of my last three visits, I went in with the tire pressure light on, and was told it would turn off after driving. It didn't. When I checked the tires myself, some were as much as 20 psi under. Clearly, they weren't checked or filled -- even though I was told they were. I don't mind putting air in my own tires, but I do mind being told something was done when it wasn't. And I really don't appreciate being guided into oil changes thousands of miles earlier than my vehicle requires. This location has been convenient, and the staff is polite and fast -- but trust matters more. After three bad experiences in a row, I've decided I'm done with this location
